It seemed as it was a good choice since its cleaned and organized. Of course there was a bad thing tho the lady in the meat deli was rude she and a man just ignored me!Bad customer service! .. Actuality another girl in the cashier was better.

This is the 2nd time I buy raw meat and poultry from their meat department and it’s no good. The chicken and meat smelled horrible it made me gag. My husband told me to go back I didn’t even bother I threw it in the trash. Their meat is definitely not fresh. Also, I ordered a pound in a half of the ground beef 73% lean the one that is suppose to have less fat and an older lady that was helping me said, “they mix both meats you don’t actually get the one with less fat. It’s mixed but just don’t say anything.” She told me this in Spanish though. Wow! I didn’t even get it after all. Come on Cardenas. Not right at all!

Stopped in for coffee creamer & went through ever aisle. Great bakery, restaurant, ready made deli items, meat dept & produce. Bought lots of things and have enjoyed each of them. Nice staff, too.

It’s kinda hard to rate this, this is regarding food for delivery or pick up, on the weekends we like to order door dash, burritos, soup, yummy bread etc. We’ve done it a few times, this time was disappointing due to the fact that, when placing our order, I specifically asked for a burrito be made with just meat cheese and red sauce, no onions, no cilantro nothing ( my husband hates it lol ) Please make sure to read what’s being ordered, my husbands burrito was basically inedible this time due to it being not only full of onions and cilantro but even corn!! And another complaint is, you call the store and nobody answers!! Why doesn’t anyone answer during business hours??

Customer service was awesome. Every item I wanted was in the store. Parking lot was packed but parking was available. Shelves were stocked, meats looked great and I was in and out in no time.

I love the quality of produce and meat at this market. Its pretty reasonable(the prices) and always clean. I would recommend this place.

Just went to buy made chicken from thier kitchen, and got two orders and it smelled oddBut we thought they put alot of lemon juice on it, then a little later a relative smelled thier chicken And it smelled so awful, we had to go back to cardenas immediately to receive a refund. So just be careful and make sure your chicken doesnt smell bad or is spoiled. Never going back again.

Clean and very nice market I actually went in for the menudo in Sunday and the reason for 3 stars was it was not good at all too many Chiles and no flavor and so greasy. Sorry Cardenas but you guys need to change your menudo recipe ASAP!!🤮 Other then that 5 stars menudo 0 stars

Wow brand new to me Mexican Supermarket in Victorville High Desert, where have I been? This place is super clean fair prices and plenty of cashiers to check out. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because the hot food kitchen could of been better service, the prices are higher in price than other Mexican Supermarkets but the quality is there. I wish I wouldve taken down the name of the young cashier helping me out because twice she rolled her eyes like if I was bothering her when I increased the pounds in my potatoes wedges and the second time when I changed my original order of 10 tacos to 15. You would think increasing my order she would appreciate the Supermarket making more money. I did enjoy my food so I will give them another chance in the near future.

Good tortillas, otherwise, I wouldnt go there. The service has always been poorly. Products are good quality and served food isnt bad. Kitchen is just unprepared, slow, and at times rude.

They need more 💡⚡ electric ⚡ wheelchairs they only have 1 and they have various of handicap parking

Although the food is very good the cashiers have no idea what there doing and cannot work a simple register they made a mistake on payment type and instead of fixing it they made me pull out cash to fix there mistake I payed with my card and she pressed cash so I had to get cash to pay horrible experience will not be going back

Had the worst experience on 3/3 with a supervisor name KARLA she was very rude with the cashier name Kathy and Tanya that we’re paying it forward to myself and two other customers behind us. These women were being very professional and so kind and funny and paying it forward to US WHEN this (SUPERVISOR KARLA) yells at both of them and then physically removes the young lady that looks embarrassed leaves. The older cashier Kathy apologizes as she herself looks embarrassed and keeps on saying she’s sorry for the inconvenience. I work for a law firm gave all my information to her. What that woman KARLA did was awful she had no right to raise her voice at anyone nor put her hands on anyone. Cardenas needs to analyze what kind of management they have. Seems like the cashier Kathy was able to keep her composure still smile while paying forward.

Extremely slow....took an hour in the drive through with only 3 cars. They waste too much of your valuable time. Go elsewhere.

Great for a quick trip to the grocery store. However, its frustrating to take my elderly hard if hearing mother, the music in the background is so loud that neither one of us cant communicate with each other while shes sitting in her wheelchair. Ive talked to the manager, but it seemed louder on our latest visit. Just today I met a lady there that had to take her son out because he had autism and she said he couldnt take the loud noise.

Worst service ever i used cash and cashier threw the change saying it wasn’t exact ( when it clearly was) i fell and broke my ankle trying to catch myself, as i laid on the ground helpless, the roaches from the back came and lifted me up and threw me out.! IM LIVID

Staff is always friendly, keeping the carts clean and sanitized for our use. I like the fresh marinated meats and weekday specials! Even the cafe has specials on their food. The ceviche shrimp could be cleaned a bit more intensely but the flavors are good when your in a pinch of time. The spot for busy mommas!

Food very disgusting the Tamales were not cook right they use menudo meat as supposedly pork in the tamales.. and the menudo was horrible and old had a sour taste to it. Old meat and was not spicy at all.. how can you mess up on either dish.. when that is a main dish that is made all the time.. will never order from there again. I would drive to Pomona and order my menudo, tamales that I know will be made authentic with love.. didnt even want to give a star but had to otherwise I wouldnt be able to post..

I went for a nice hot cup of champurrado... and it was nowhere near hot, not even close to warm... it was absolutely disgusting. Then they tried charging me $20 for a watermelon ummm it was not that heavy or anything special about it... other than that I think the store is ok

I ordered a cake last Thursday for an event for Saturday the 20th For the price I paid for the cake I expected it to be very good ... NO ! It was super dry like if they made it that day I ordered the cake .. not only that I had ask for banana and only had a few banana here and there. To be honest the baker sucks and Ill never order cake from there again .

We were very excited to try out this market. The staff was very helpful and nice . We spent $280 here when we got home and started putting the meat away the chicken breasts had a HORRIBLE ODOR the rest of the meat that we bought are fine we will no longer be buying our meat here we will be sticking to our stater brothers when it comes to the meat.
