I took in 2 watches that had been damaged from another place to be fixed and have new batteries put it. The backs were gouged and the back plates would not go on. They were able to fix both watches and for an amazing price! Jeweler is on site and can answer any questions. Great service and communication. Will definitely be using them for any jewelers repairs in the future, as long as Sears remains opens!

I went to different places in the mall to try to get my iPhone 7+ Screen repaired and they were charging me an arm and a leg! I came to sears watch and jewelry repair and they did it at an affordable price. Very professional fast and honest. I will definitely come back to get my jewelery repaired as well. UPDATE : Usually he’s my go to guy when my kids break my phone but I recently went back because the battery he replaced had began to get big and cracked my screen. I paid for the screen to get replaced and he gave me the battery free. I have a iPhone 6s Plus when he replaced the screen my fingerprint button no longer worked. When I went back the following day he said it never worked and refused to fix it. But I know forsure it worked lol it’s my how I unlock my apps with passwords and everything. I just won’t be going back to him again. He has lost a loyal customer.
