Just called these people and whoever I talked to was one of the rudest person I ever talked to in sales. I was trying to make a deal with them and making an offer for a specific vehicle. And as soon as I mentioned my number the guy quickly interrupted me and said “that’s not going to work, so don’t even waste your time with me” I was offering 50k cash for a vehicle that is worth 46k to 48k max, and the guy was trying to tell me that the vehicle is worth more than 56k, he thought because he’s a sales person, he knows everything and tried to make me feel I know nothing about vehicles. Looks to me like he cares more about making money and a good commission to take home than making a good reputation and have good clients because the first thing this guy asked me was how I was going to be paying for the vehicle instead of saying something like what kind of vehicle I’m interested or something. If I was selling a vehicle and someone offered me 50k cash, I wouldn’t treat them the way I was treated. Worst sales experience I ever had. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

There was no pressure whatsoever and he let the quality of his cars speak for themselves. To be honest, the car was in better condition when I saw it in person, usually its the opposite. Absolutely horrible customer service. We went in recently to buy a truck, absolutely ready to take it home. My boyfriends credit score is in excellent standing, and he owns 2 houses alone; he did NOT need a co-signer for either. With that being said, the salesman (who had already received us at the door with a sour face) promptly told him that he would NOT qualify and he would not even TRY to run his credit without a cosigner as he is a first time CAR buyer. He literally refused a sure customer. I didnt know the qualifications were tougher for a used truck than for a HOME (sarcasm). He literally told him he would need to put down half ($20,000) for the truck and that if he made such good money, why couldnt he put down $20,000 cash? He was obviously discriminated against for his age, as my boyfriend is 22 years old. I wont name the salesman out of respect for his job, as I dont know their disciplinary policy and I wouldnt want to have a man lose his job over one bad experience, but I couldnt believe it. Maybe get a better job, Mr. Salesman, one that wont make you envious of a hard-working young man! And anyone reading this, if youre looking to purchase from them, be ready to have half the money, cash or check, on the spot!

This was my first time buying a car that I could not see and inspect in person (due to the distance) and had to trust the information on the dealership website and their words on the phone. Mike went out of his way to ensure the car was a in great shape and answered all my questions promptly.Their no haggle pricing also reduced some of the pressure when buying a car and made it clear that it was their best and final price. Once I bought the car, Mike arranged the transportation to deliver the car to my house some 400 miles away. The transportation company had some issues with the delivery date and Mike went out of his way again and hired a second hauler to deliver my car to me on time. Recently bought a 2011 M3. The price was about the lowest I could find. The car was very clean and in good shape. The transaction took place fairly quickly. I was able to get Mike to agree to transport the car I drove up in back to LA at no additional charge, about a $150 value. I got the financing through Mike because it was very competitive (about 1.9% interest rate).Because the car was priced so competitively I was not able to negotiate a lower price. The quote for a trade in was the lowest I received from 3 dealers, so I did not trade in.1 fairly minor issue with the car - while it had new rear tires, they were not an exact match with the fronts - Continental ContiSportContact 2s on the rear, 3s on the fronts.

Over this past weekend I bought a car from Platinum. On Thursday Mike texted me and we set up an appointment for Saturday. I made the trek up there and traded in my 911 for a beautiful and barely used S Class. I have a new racecar coming in a couple of months so it was time.Mike made the process very easy. Once we came to terms the paperwork/deal was done in about 45 mins. The car I bought was immaculate. I keep my cars pretty much perfect so that was a must. Pretty much pain free process. I used these reviews as a guide for my purchase and hope this helps out someone else. The only downside was the traffic on the way back to LA. This is a family run business and theyre up front with you on pricing and terms. Mike has a great understanding of the market. They take care to make sure theyre at or near the right level of pricing. That said I tried to negotiate for less.My only suggestion would be to invest in a better camera/lighting system to take better pictures for Autotrader because to my surprise and delight the car in person was much nicer than online. Bought a car here about 4 months ago. Car was clean, engine sounded strong and steady. About a week later the check engine light illuminated. Mike took the car in to Lovelands where they successfully cleared the codes and problem solved! Then the check engine light came on again, and again, and again and again..... Turns out the car had multiple issues from previous owners. Some issues were even things that could have been fixed, free of charge, because they were Recalls!! Thankfully, Lovelands was out of the picture by now and I was able to get the car to a real shop and an actual dealer that gave me answers. Mike actually held true to his word. Paid all the expenses and repairs. He even paid for the time I was in a rental car. The car runs great now! The whole experience started out crappy since I wasnt able to enjoy my newer vehicle for the first month or two but in the end with Mikes help and professionalism I feel that I got a great little car at an excellent price, right in my budget.

A real humble experience from the start. Michael was very honest and easy going during the whole duration of the process. Encouraging to apply for a pre approved loan from my bank, other banks, and through their application online which made it easier and less time consuming. I ultimately went with my bank, which Michael was familiar with so it made the signing a peice of cake. Being from out of state his team helped with finding everything that was required for the registration and what was needed to be done so I didnt have to have California regristration. What started out what i thought to be a great experience turned up sour after finding that mike not only lied to me on my test drive saying the winding noise i heard was a Trans brake to slow the truck when off the accelerator which ended up costing me 550.00To fix the rear end bearings come to find out after having it in the air there was no catalytic converter or dpf resonator ect. Engine has delete code on it making it work properly supposedly and they r taking no responsibility and actually accused me of straight piping it myself like i would go spend my own money have my exuast modified then come try to put it on them thanks to lovelands automotive across the street giving them a smog certificate they r assuming no responsibility i have given them the chance to make things right but nothing has been done to make this right now lovelands isnt even getting back to me i guess its tim to contact b.a.r or dmv investigations hope to hear from you soon mike or your dad what ever his bad attitude name is you guys need to do whats right and not throw john under the bus
