Employees were helpful answering questions on face powders for 55+

Boring!!!What happen to that energetic store Sephora?? Does it still exist?? Lol store needs more products and staff who love make up and have sales experience. I felt like I was more helpful to a customer than staff was. Shame I started shopping at Sephora since I was in middle school at the Beverly center in bv hills because I loved the amazing colors it looked like a art store but for skin. It took my breath away the first time walking inside. Now It feels like a Coca Cola without the bubbles, flat! Hope Sephora makes changes fast!

The worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. & it’s been this way for years. Their shelves are always empty. They never have anything.

Not great, wanted to look at the pallet of eye shadow in person but could not. Only on the computer. Was very disappointed.

Got what I needed of course end up spending more money than I should have but it was all necessary. The employee was very nice and although they werent giving out testers he said I could return the product if I was unhappy within 30 days. I love Sephora

This was my first time in the store at this location and before going people really wrote bad reviews and I was very skeptical but I went and the service was AMAZING!!! there were 2 girls that helped me. JESS AND AMELIA both girls were so helpful not rude at all and just over all doing a great job.

The workers there are extremely rude. If they dont like their job then go find another one and get people in there who would actually be helpful and polite to customers. They also need workers in there who can give a good make over. Worst place ever....i wouldnt recommend going to this place ever!!

The workers don’t know what the products are for. I went in looking for a good night cream for dry skin and they were clueless. I have used alot of the brands they had ( which isn’t a great selection) so I picked my own from experience. Also I tried to get a mini makeover (to find a new foundation) and the girl who tried to put makeup on me had no clue how to match my skin undertones and was uncomfortable putting makeup on me.

The worst customer service a business could have. Bad attitudes all around. I had a better experience at McDonald’s. I bought a $90 cleanser that was opened and half way used. When I know it is strictly against the rules to sell open product. Then when I tried to exchange it the Manager Brittney told me “well there’s no more so you can just return it if you want”.... like excuse me ? I paid $90 I want my freaking cleanser. So she said I could come back in two days they would have a new shipment which was my third time coming back for their mistake. And my luck... they in fact did not have a new shipment of the cleansers coming in ... so I spoke to a different sales person and she said “Well she shouldn’t have guaranteed that to you” and all I could say was “okay so .... how can I get the cleanser” and the sales person says “well she already signed you receipt so there’s really nothing I can do” Nothing you can do? Then she said “Well I can have it shipped to your house” and I said “wow that’s great. Why wasn’t I able to do that 2 days ago when I asked the manager she said it wasn’t possible...” so I went to go purchase my cleanser on Dec. 1st and have gone through so much attitude B.S AND GAS. Just to have the stupid cleanser coming to my house on the 18th.. that’s 17 days later ....... never shopping at this Sephora again.

Bad service every time I come here I feel intimidated because almost all the girls are rude and stuck up. I just returned something right now and the girl was so rude she couldn’t even hand me my receipt in my hand!! If you don’t like your job work somewhere else don’t take it out on the customers. Both girls with glasses and black hair are so rude and stuck up how do you expect customers to come back if your being a Stuck up?? The only nice one is the girl with glasses and fair skin I always hope she’s there bc she’s actually so sweet and also the blonde girl but the other two girls with glasses are just ughh please give an attitude training or something!

I went in on a Friday evening, wasn’t too busy. There was an associate on the floor working which didn’t greet anyone but she answered all questions in a kind manner when approached. The cashier was very friendly. They had everything I was looking for in stock, surprisingly. Actually, everything looked to have been replenished but most likely because it was right after Christmas...this Sephora experience was actually way better then other Sephora’s I’ve gone to that received 4 stars. But they’re all hit and miss with customer service and having items in stock...I enjoyed my visit here today...

I went to sephora today to learn how to do a better cut crease at their beauty bar. After a spot opening up I waiting to be helped. I was greeted by an associate named Donovan who was kind and walked me through doing a cut crease and blending etc. he was very enthusiastic and happy and was very good. Tbh I would be happy to become friends with Donovan

I went in to exchange something. 4 girls at the register, all scattered when we walked up to the register. Then one employee told the other she had to take us, she replied with a whiny but, I dont want to. Of course they were out of stock as usual. I only buy online, but thought maybe... Theyd have a Sephora lipstick. Nope! The girls are always rude here. Nobody wants to help you. No wonder brick and mortar stores are feeling, customer service sucks.

Every time I come in no one offers to help me find anything, and when I ask them or when they finally ask me if they can help they are extremely rude. So rude! Every time! Once. Just one time there was this nice lady who helped me find a brow pencil and I dont know her name but she had a tooth gap and she was adorable and extremely nice. I came in looking for a lipstick that wouldnt rub off through the day and a lady helped me, told me to wait a second she wold be back because she had to go to register, so I wait. Then I look around and shes at the makeup mirror stand looking at me laughing with a customer! They are all so stuck up and you ask for help and they seem genuinely unhappy to help you. I dont even come here any more because Im so sick of how rude they all are! I have friends that have had the same experiences as me as well! MICA beauty closed and they were always so nice. I dont know why each person I talk to in that store are so rude. Its never the same people I try to talk to either I have really tried to get some decent customer service literally everyone is so rude. This needs to be brought to the attention of the store owner and I hope all of the employees read this. You are really terrible! I dont know what your problem is I have never been rude to retail workers because I work in retail. I find myself going there for a question or one item and simply walking out. Extremely bad overall other sephora locations I have been to have excellent customer service I genuinely dont understand why all of my friends and myself have had so many bad experiences. MICA should have stayed open and you should have closed!

I wish I could give this location maybe a half star more. The staff is hit-or-miss; at times, Ill go and get excellent service, and others its just a mess. I will say this, the staff really isnt great with make-up services...but Ive had one girl who was AMAZING, but no longer works at this location. Overall, its Sephora...Theyre basically all the same in my opinion, and this one isnt the exception.

Horrible service. Have to hunt people down for any kind of help. This is an all the time thing. I have kept trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this happens everyone I come in, does not matter the season, day of the week, or time of day. Worst Sephora I have ever been to. Cant blame it on being busy, other Sephoras are I busier and have been helped as soon as I entered.

Come on Sephora you could double your sales goals if you actually had the products available!!!! EVERYTIME I need a product they are out! Also customer service is not good.

I went in today and i asked one of the women for help to find my color for the sephora foundation and the employees looked at me dumb founded their expression was just so rude. When I went to pay for the foundation the women at the register also had a attitude. If they have a attitude every day at work they shouldnt be working there. In going to be calling the manager because everytime I go to this specific store the employees are rude.

The sales reps are horrible, you have to hunt people for help, and worst of all they never have anything stocked.

Every time I go they are always out of stock.

Hard to get help in person,usually out of stock on things they know sell fast.why not order more!And if you call they tell you to come in and see when youre asking them a specific question..Very minimal help.Lazy I would say.

Most of the store barely had any products available to sample or even buy. None of the employees tried to attend you or find what you needed or even offered to.
