Big Lots in Apple Valley dont go here if you want to buy furniture. First they have none. All out of everything it seems. Not the same customer service anymore since Covid they are rude waiting time for service help is 2 hours in store. 😔😔😔😔👎👎👎👎👎👎

We went in to buy a mattress and Bill helped us. He let us know that he was helping other customers at the moment but that he would get to us asap. Although he was busy, he was so helpful and the service that we received was one of the best.

While I was there shopping they announced today was the last day of the 50 percent off isle. Well of coarse I went and looked. The sign said take 50 percent off the lowest marked price. I found a set of queen size sheets marked $4.99 so that ment they shouldve $2.50. I spoke to the cashier and manager they told me someone marked them wrong. I said not my fault they should be sold to me for 1/2off. They would not honor the price. Still a good price I bought them. Just be careful at this big lots. I personally will think twice before shopping at this location.

Lots of items food to furniture, they had no bags ? But good otherwise, parking area needs sweeping and cleaning

I usually don’t go to this Big Lots, but this one was close to our car mechanic. I was impressed, the store was clean and neat and the staff were all very friendly. We purchased an entire cart full of curtains for our new room addition. They had a good selection at reasonable prices.

I like this store i mean in a sence that it has a lil something of everything and that its not that big of a store but still a BigLot store

Went into this one for the first time. Store was very clean. Staff friendly and inviting. Huge selection of a variety of merchandise. From furniture, food, house items, pet supplies, beauty supplies etc. Definitely stop by this location and check it out. Prices are pretty darn good too.

Didnt find what I needed but I did find something I wanted at a great price, hopefully in the near future

I had a bad experience, when I arrived i had just got off work so I was tired and I opted to get curbside delivery, big mistake .First I got put on hold 3 times, then after ten minutes the phone hung up. So I called back only to be put on hold again finally after 5 min someone came out to get my name and order number. And I had to wait again. In total I waited about 30 minutes if not more. Never again will I order online from big lots, I will just have to get down..

This big lots was awful customer service was awful. Two cashiers at one register both working on the same customer seeing a line of at least 8 people still refused to open a second register.

Big lots on LaPaz was very disappointing, workers are great but this store used to be a great store, I usually bought my big plastic tub containers with lids, some on wheels and some not, you used to carry assorted sizes, also you used to carry office and school supplies, craft supplies and more...Now its just a drab furniture store with sofas and recliners. You used to carry great wing back chairs and side chairs. You should move to a larger area across from No. Victorvilles Wells Fargo bank or next to Farmers or next to Home Depot on Hook Street Miss a lot of stuff you used to carry....loved it as Pic N Save....I dont shop there much anymore 😶😐. Im stuck with WalMart Uuggh...gg

Very disappointed all the electronic stuff for your cell phone your phone plugins cigarette lighter adapter what I wanted everything was gone its like a 10 ft long shelf along the side on one row and then on the front a 2 by 6 ft 1 all empty people just bought all of them I had to go down to a cell phone store and pay a high price for a cigarette lighter adapter 99 cent store usually sells it for $1 or $2 all those kind of stores are sold out whats the big deal of trying to get a adapter for your cigarette lighter for your cell phone why do they have to be always sold out is it that much of a hot item maybe I should start selling them buy it by bulk thats a hot item I guess like cigarettes maybe hotter because you can get cigarettes you cant get these adapters hard to find

Employee “Sean” was very rude, hung up on me, when I called back to get my question answered, he proceeded to lie to me on why he hung up and when he did answer my question he very rude and had a terrible tone in his voice. Definitely not satisfied with my service.

It is a nice store! I have bought several items from this store. Of course, I have bought them in 2014, when I was renting an apartment in Pomona, to live closer to my university. The prices for these items were quite fair. Furthermore, this store is conveniently located, near Food 4 Less and Diamond Panda. Without furniture and kitchen appliances, they sell other items. These items include food, DVDs, toys, house decorative items, and other items. It is one of the two Big Lots stores, located in High Desert. Definitely, it is worth a visit, to purchase some household inventory, and at cheap prices.

Its a good store to shop in. I just dont think some items are discounted that much. And you have to take what they happen to have in stock.

The first time I came here for a big purchase it was a little hectic but overall the employees here came through! Cindy is a great employee who goes above and beyond to help her customers. She always has an amazing attitude and is excellent at multitasking! There is also a gentleman that I remember who helped me but I can’t remember his name he was also very helpful. You won’t be disappointed with service here.

Things have changed since the Covid 19 Pandemic, but Big Lots had many of the products I needed. I like that they maintained social distancing and proper disinfectant procedures. I will continue to shop there.

It is a typical Big Lots retail store. They usually sell surplus furniture, appliances, and home media. This inventory is usually discounted, than at regular stores. However, the choices, for these items, are quite limited. Still, the prices for those items are fair, and on the cheap side. Furthermore, the staff is polite, and willing to help. I forgot to mention, it is one of the two Big Lots stores, located in High Desert region. Definitely, if anyone is in Victorville, I would recommend to shop for some discounted items. I have bought several appliances and DVDs from this store.

I was assisted by the 2 most helpful women today. They helped me load my car with a heavy purchase and did so with the nicest attitude. I apologize for not getting their names, but I thank you so much. 🙂

Went to Big Lots today to return a recliner I purchased for a exchanged and other recliner had a tear in it also and ask if they had anymore more and the employees said what do you want us to do break are backs and i said forget give me my money back that being lazy 1/15/2021

Big lots (slash Pic & Save back in the day) has always carried the coolest most eclectic decor from yard art to holiday and timeless seasonal gems that you can use year after year. Its a great place to get one of a kind pieces. Even the food section has wonderful comforting okd fashioned things that you thought didnt exist anymore.

Love this store. It helps me so much cause i have a credit card here and have been so broke i have been buying my food her with my card so my family can eat. One horrible thing about this store is they dont put prices on most of their items. And that sucks cause to try and even find someone that works there to get the price for me it so hard. But i love the store over all.

I used to love shopping at big lots when they first changed the name from pic and sace but I dont go there often anymore because I dont find the great bargains I used to in the home goods department I find the prices on some things to be as much as the other retailers but they do have some great prices on food and pet supplies

Cashiers are always very welcoming and helpful. Male and female staff members always look happy and will actually have a conversation with you while ringing you up. I just always feel appreciated as a customer there.🤗😃👍👍👍

I like this store because I get some grocery and household items at almost half the price of the larger store chains... service is fast and friendly. It would be nice to see more daily items and less furniture. Good neighborhood store.

Shelves kinda empty, merch you expect on sale is missing from store. Some items you buy are defective, you only have 30 days to return, no store has in stock, and if you get your money back I will cost you over 25% more to re-buy it. BAD DEAL
