I ordered a custom shirt from this company in early August, it was to have some lettering and a musical artist that had recently passed that my boyfriend felt really connected to, thought it would be a great gift for his birthday. I place my order, and I schedule it to be here on September 1st! So Im anxiously waiting for September 1st because I just knew that he was going to love this shirt. September 1st came and went, NOTHING. So the next day I message the company, about the location of the track since I received no tracking information, they told me that they hadnt started on it because just received the shirt from their warehouse on the same very day that I called such a FUNNY COINCIDENCE 🙄🙄 2 days go by and I finally get the shirt, Im excited to look at this shirt! The lettering looked great, as it was the only thing showing because of the way they had folded in the box. I took it out and turned it to the picture and omg I couldve cried, it was that horrible. The picture was so blurry I couldnt recognize who it was, then the picture ON THE SHIRT was so crunchy or hard, a completely different texture from the actual shirt. Then I notice this shirt seems really big, I checked the tag and it was a bigger size than what I ordered. I called to receive a refund, because I was devastated, the young lady told me that she had to ask her boss if I could receive a refund, or I had to send the shirt back before I could receive the refund. BUT she would have to call me back..... she never called back. SO I called back and this young lady issued my refund almost instantly. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience

I had a good consultation session with CustomPlanet.com which persuaded me to work with them to affix logos on some items. However, I was surprised when they informed me that some items were ruined in the process of affixing the logos. Additionally, my instructions were not followed in totality because some logos were put on the wrong side of the items while a couple of other logos were upside down. Needless to say, I didnt have a pleasant first time experience.

This is the third time Ive ordered from Custom Planet. I work on TV/film and I had embroidered beanies made as wrap presents. I gave them to the cast of Pitch Perfect 3, Great News and most recently The Rookie. All the actors absolutely loved the hipster slouch beanies and the embroidered logo looked awesome. The company has always been really easy to work with and when I explain what I want they execute it perfectly. Im sure I will be using this company many times in the future. And everybody I talked to there was so nice!

They completed a lot of the design work for me. The printing happened at a very reasonable and affordable price. The quality of the printing is fantastic, and their customer support is with you every step of the way. I plan on placing another order in the near future.

NEVER USE THEN FOR A BIG ORDER! This is the second time I’ve purchased a large amount of one product from them and it has been over a month and they STILL haven’t even printed them out yet. The customer service run down is always the same: “your order is almost ready,” “we will send them out by the end of today,” “we are really slammed, but we are going to get yours out soon.” And I’m just so over it. You would think that because it is a larger order, that they would want to keep my business, but I am never going to use them again for ordering more than one thing at a time. Custom Ink or Uber Prints is much better and worth the little extra money!

Company has been excellent with customer service. Ordered custom jerseys and the model was discontinued so they upgraded me to the best one available at no extra cost. I ordered custom office jerseys. The final product (placement of words) is nothing compared to what I proofed. I specifically asked for across the chest and what we received was lower chest/upper stomach area. Verdict is that they couldnt help me fix the problem.

When I received my order of custom beanies there were a few flaws, but after communicating my concerns to Custom Planet they very quickly re-made the order and shipped within just a few days. Edit: They shipped the hat, I received that hat and it looks good.I ordered a single custom hat as a gift and I wanted to see if it looked good enough to maybe order a case. The hat arrived with the image peeling off. I sent them pics and they said that theyd send me a new hat. That was over 1-month and about 20 combined emails ago. They also seem to be responding with the same basic sentence, hat is shipping out today, as soon as I have the tracking information I will send it right to you. The hat never ships.They are not responding to my emails now.

Over the next 6 weeks she worked tirelessly to have a replacement jersey made that both my son and I would be pleased with. The images are now almost unrecognizable only after weeks of use. What a waste of money and time. I guess I will have to stick to my out of state vendor, that has quality, great customer service, and reliability that it ships to me on time. You wait forever! I ordered hats for a retreat. They have a setting where you put your necessary delivery date by. I set it as the day needed and placed order. Hats not only arrived at venue after retreat was over and gone, and when I called to say the whole thing was botched, they said they knew it was their fault but still were gonna charge me. Offered to reimburse the free shipping? They said “this is our bad” then wanted me to still pay when o don’t even have the merchandise.

If you are looking to get a personal item embroidered, try some where else. When I called, Ryan said I could bring the item in to be done.I drove from far to this place only to be told in person (by a female) that they only embroider purchased items from their company.

This has been an incredibly frustrating situation. We mad e a custom design for our mototrbike club to be printed on hats, went through several reviews with custom planet before they got the design correct, and when the hats showed up, the artwork was messed up - the black outline that was supposed to be black printed white and the colors that were supposed to be neon turned out pastel. We did this a little last minute, and had to move ahead with using the hats we got. My friend and I stayed up all night sharpying in the outline that was missing to make the artwork stand out at least a little but there was nothing we could about the pastel color.A few days later, I called customplanet to let them know and see what they can do to fix their mistake. The sales team was very apologetic and blamed it all on their printing team. They printed a new hat with the correct image and sent me a picture, some of the outline was still missing and the colors were still pastel. They promised to work on it, and I even got a phone call and email at one point that they were had it figured out and they were going to send me a picture tomorrow, and weeks later I gave up on waiting and asked for the refund. They were willing to give me back 30% plus shipping.Two months of emails and phone calls on my part reminding them to send the refund and them responding with apologies and saying theyll send it right away they finally sent the 30% but not the shipping. Today when I called again I stayed on hold to make sure they actually did it. Well see if it actually shows up in my account.If you have any sort of complicated design I would recommend finding someone else to do it for you. If its simple, they can prob handle it. Just make sure they actually print you a sample before you have them do it, do not accept their digital proof. And if you have to call them to basically remind them to do their jobs stay on the phone while they do it, they seem to be very forgetful and love throwing their coworkers under the bus.

What really upsets me is being ignored. A simple mistake was made by someone at your establishment on an order I placed. I didnt notice a change they had made to a hat design I purchased because I was so happy to find it. As a cosplayer this was exactly what I needed, except for the change. I emailed Hannah about it and havent been responded to since 03/30. I even sent pics and the email chain of when/ how it was changed. Im just disappointed in the service I received so far.
