Got someone on the phone after being on hold for 4 minutes. Bad business practices, asked if they can replace a windshield on a semi truck, was told no and they have no idea who can replace a windshield. Either the receptionist is an ignorant person or they are that bad serving our community. Seems like if they don’t do windshields they should have a little list right next to their phone of businesses in the area they would recommend to make being on hold worth while.

Really good work. The workers are pleasant and take pride in their craft. Genuine men. they replaced my sliding glass door and they did such good work I had them do my windows for the next job. I will continue to use them. I highly recommend them and they came in much more affordable than Verns glass.

The staff inside and the guys coming for measurements are great! Friendly and knowledgeable. Weve used them everytime we needed a window fixed the last 30yrs. This time we are getting our windows retrofitted!

Waited around all day for a tech and was told they left a message but no message was left and they wanted to believe their tech! I have the proof on my phone no message was left! When we argued on the phone I said tell me why I would want to use you and they said it was fine to go with someone else. Really bad customer service! No message was left! Beat every other price in the high desert, by A LOT! They were 1/2-1/3 the cost of every other place up here. Will defenitely return if I need glass in the future!
