This is the most professional place Ive been too. The rep at the front desk is very helpful and polite. They really took great care of my mom hearing needs. Whenever she has a problem they are there for her.

This place is unbelievable.. service is outstanding and they really know what they do... You would be crazy not to talk to them about a hearing problem... They are the best as far as Im concerned... Hats off to them....

I had a great experience. He showed me how to use my new Bluetooth hearing aids. He was very helpful. Now I can hear while I am on the phone. Im happy.

I showed up to my appointment and was greeted by a young lady named sarah!! She was kind and made sure i understood what she was saying. Being hearing impaired that is a big deal to me. The gentlemen who gave me my hearing test and checked my ears, His name was Camden S. Quevedo very professional and i could tell right off he was good at his job. I have had many hearing test but none did the things he did. Which makes me wonder did they even do the job they were suppose to do.???? This is the first hearing test that ive felt someone really understood i couldnt hear to good at all. I didnt feel rush. And from a man who really didnt say much compared to the other hearing test people who didnt stop talking i felt confident that my hearing problem would be better soon. Connect Hearing is incredible. Camden, the audiologist, did a fantastic job diagnosing my hearing problem and fitting me with really great hearing aids. He observed all the Covid protocols and is a delight to work with. Cant recommend this place highly enough.

I havent had a hearing test since I was a kid and he made it very comfortable. He way very informative and kind. He was working all by himself but you couldnt tell. Hes great I would definitely recommend.

Connect Hearing is very efficient and courteous. They take the time to explain the different situations and what is best for you. Sadly they do not take my insurance any longer. :-( I think it is time to get new hearing aids, Connect Hearing is the only place I have been for my hearing situation and hearing aids. I am going to pass up on my $1,500 coverage with my insurance company, this is how much I like Connect Hearing. I will just pay the $1,500. Sad you pay all this money for health insurance and they tell you were you can or cant go. Thanks Julie for explaining hearing loss and hearing clarity. I never knew the difference. Much appreciated.

The doctor was very nice and he explained everything in a way that was easily understood. He showed me all of my options and did not pressure me to make a decision.

State of the art hearing test that are fast & accurate. No going into a booth for hearing test. After I got my hearing aids they tested once again with the hearing aids on to double check. Once again all done in one room with the state of the art computer. I was explained everything and treated very nice.I would definitely recommend them. Its so nice to hear clearly once again.

Not happy with the first hearing center that I was sent to by my HMO.I requested to go to another company.I was referred to Connect in Victorville and was met by Julie for a consultation.The office was neat, clean and organized.There is a young lady receptionist who is quite friendly and helpful.She gave me the usual stack of paperwork to take home and bring back at the next appointment so I didnt have to do it sitting there.I explained my situation to Julie and she told me my options as well as how the insurance worked.All very friendly and professional, no pressure.Yes, I did get my hearing aid there.I took about 3 weeks for the insurance to come through.Julie and her staff explained how to use the aid as well as taking care of it.I am very pleased with connect and the staff..Thank you

Took my disabled brother today to have his hearing checked due to some concerns we had. Both the desk clerk and Hearing Specialist were highly professional and very responsive to the special time and attention my brother required. Testing and results were explained well. We recommend Connect Hearing without any reservation.

My husband got his hearing aides here about a month ago, and we have been so pleased with them . Very friendly and professional staff, clean environment, latest testing equipment. Got in for a hearing test pretty quickly and was able to try out the hearing aides, and then got his right away. Great follow-up afterwards, and staff has been very helpful during this time of adjustment for us, and has taken the time to answer all our questions. Would highly recommend to anyone.
