I read about other companies taking 3 to 4 days to replace everything, this company sent a team of installers and did the job in one day. Very professional, and honest. I used them in the past and was impressed by how honest and friendly they are. They are family owned and make me feel like one of the family. I highly recommend them.

We called this morning at 8 am desperately hoping to get our air fixed. It wasnt blowing any air at all and upstairs reaches 90 during the hot parts of the day if the air isnt on. They sent Sean out 10am and he was so nice, informative, and efficient. He found the issue in a few minutes and was able to call and order a new control board. He left to get it and came back so fast and installed it and within an hour we have cool air again! It was 90 degrees at 8pm the night prior upstairs. So miserable, we left to sleep at my moms. We are so glad our air is fixed during this heat wave. Thank you Sean for being so awesome, and thank you Tawny for squeezing us in for an appointment! So I just bought a house in Victorville and my Central Air stopped working so I had my AC serviced by Devon and he was amazing. I highly recommend. He was very nice and professional. It turns out I need a whole new system. He gave me a fair estimate and didnt even charge me for the tune-up. He didnt take advantage. He also fixed my Central Air. Much needed in Victorville. It is a temporary fix until I can replace my entire system which I will be hiring this company to install. Im very happy with my service and will continue to use this company for all my needs. Called AC Plus after seeing the great reviews, and I definitely was NOT disappointed. Actually needed them to service both my house, and my parents house, and they did both the same day. Felix and Devin came out and fixed my dad up first, and then they came straight to my house. They not only figured out what was wrong very quickly, but they had the part on hand and fixed it in no time flat. They were both very professional and personable.Now, heres where they really shined. After they left my house my AC kicked on and it started making an absolutely horrendous sound...So, I called AC Plus back and they had Felix and Devin call me back to see what was going on. Meanwhile, I took my family to Starbucks thinking that I had plenty of time, but nope, Felix and Devin actually BEAT me back to my house to repair the issue. They took care of it, and even apologized for it, but I dont consider them at fault...All in all, these guys are AWESOME!

From the very start the technician Sean came by and took a look at my AC system and instead of trying to sell me on a new system he found a solution that wouldnt hit my wallet big. He answered all my questions and was very polite. We were able to get our work scheduled for the next week which was great giving the fact of the high summer temperatures. A week later Miguel M and John Q show up to get started on the work. Great and friendly service as well! I was being nosy for a bit looking at the work that they were doing and they didn’t mind me asking away with any question that I had. Great experience overall! Will definitely call them again for any future work.The admin staff in the office were also very polite and patient. From making an appointment to have someone check out my problem to the end when it came down to taking my payment, I used two different cards and the rep(I am sorry I forgot your name) had no problem taking down the information on each card.

Matt and team from AC Plus Heating & Air are exactly what I was looking for to install a central AC system for my home. Being in Wrightwood, my choices were limited, but of the three quotes I received, Matts was the most timely, detailed, and overall I felt most comfortable going with these guys for my job. My home had an old gas heater and I wanted to add AC and possibly convert my heat to electric (I recently went solar). My ducts were the originals from the 80s amd held up with a lot of duct tape so they recommended I change them.They installed a beautiful AC unit outside, and a new dual heat (electric/gas) heater in my crawl space and replaced all Ducting. They did an extremely thorough job and the work was very nicely finished. The minor electrical work and major duct work was all finished very nicely. Their team was timely, professional, and experienced. They cleaned up both days (it was a two day job) and left the area cleaner than before! Now my house has ice cold AC and when it snows I now have a choice between electric and gas heating. Even if I had more options, Im positive I would not have been able to find a better HVAC company to do the work. Excellent warranty (10 yr parts, 2 yr labor) and family owned as well. Dont hesitate to give them a call. Im glad I did.

Heaven sent! Our A/C motor died in the middle of a 102 degree day. Luckily, an A/C PLUS worker van was parked in our condo parking lot working on another unit. I called the companys office to let them know we needed service. Matt just happened to be exiting the condo he was working in, and graciously offered to replace our blown motor...the very same day! Most companies would tell us to schedule for another day. But Matt squeezed us into his busy schedule and had the A/C up and running within an hour. Thank you Matt!

I had a tech come out to trouble shoot my heater/a/c unit due to noise and not performing to full capacity. Unit is over 30 years old and have had this issue before with the blower brackets breaking etc. The tech did what he could to get it to spin better for now since the parts needed to repair are not available anymore. I have decided to do a new installation on a new system to replace the archaic old one. Company is great with communicating appointments etc. with their customers.

AC plus warned me that the full duct cleaning can be disruptive and messy. But in fact, they left it completely clean and did not disturb my tenant. The previous owner of the house was a smoker, and left a lot of smoke build up in the ductwork and registers.

My AC wasnt blowing air and made an appointment with them. I have used this company in the past and they seemed to be fair and fix the problem before. But not this time around. I was not available but my wife was home. Omar was the repair man who came and told my wife that there was a leak coming from my drip pan and it was flooding in my air vent duct. The drip bin was oblselete and unable to replace it so he recomended us to get a whole new unit for $9800!The sitting water was going to cost us $370 to pump out. Well my father in law and I used a shop vac and pumped out the water, we bought some JB weld ($6 at home depot) sealed the crack and the AC works perfectly. Im just glad my wife told them no. Careful with this company their not as honest as they make themselves out to be. At least not that time.

AC plus were very professional and helpful. I initially called thinking my AC blew out. Fortunately, it was a faulty Thermostat control. The service man had deep knowledge on the best way to upkeep the temperature in in the house. He even helped install my filter I had. I would recommend them for their honesty and professionalism.

There are not enough good things I can say about AC Plus. The staff is great, respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable. The AC Plus team have done several jobs for us. They have serviced our AC units, they have swapped one of our AC units, swapped motors out, they have done general maintenance, diagnosed and repaired our heating system. They are our AC and heating guys, and we would not bother even trying another company because the AC Plus team is just that great.

As a retired system engineer, I spent a week coming up to speed on HVAC systems. I also spent 2 weeks getting 9 bids, which is over kill for most people; but the installer is the most important part of having a new system installed. I read 100s of reviews many of which were from people who had no clue if their system was installed correctly, only that it looked nice and the installers were courteous. If the units are installed wrong, it could be years before you might find out that they were installed wrong. So, when Shawn came out, I asked many detailed questions, such as, vapor/suction line size, flushing procedure for removing the R22 to replace with R410, how they keep the inside of the copper lines clean when cutting them, the evacuation procedure, etc. Shawn not only had knowledgeable answers, but loved talking about it. He described in detail what they would do on the installation. Additionally, I needed an extension plenum to handle all my ducts and 90 degrees return plenum to relief the bend in my return air. He also wrote down in detail what would be done, including all the addition materials that would be required to compete the job. I said that I wanted the part numbers of the AC unit, the furnace, and the evaporator coil on the quote; many bids came back with nomenclature, but no actual part numbers. I guess you are supposed to just trust them. I told him I would be checking the serial numbers of the units to ensure they were manufactured recently. I’m a trust but verify type of guy. I know I can be a problem for some contactors, but Shawn didn’t mine. He was happy to provide the stuff that I asked for. Shawn spent 30 minutes in my driveway calling part manufactures for available material and finishing the bid. He provided what I thought was a fair price with no sales pressure.On the day of installation, Eric and 3 other installers showed up on time and went right to work. They were all polite and very respectful of my property. Again, they had no problem with me “overseeing the work”. We often talked as they worked and I had a chance to find out how knowable the installers were too. I am confident they installed my equipment correctly and it will last for many years. After the installation was competed, Shawn followed up with a visual quality inspection of the work to make sure that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend AC Plus.

Our air stopped working during the worse heat wave in a long time. We called on Monday and AC Plus were able to send Sean out on Wednesday. He was INCREDIBLE!!! Knowledgeable, professional and kind. He replenished our Freon and advised us to start thinking about replacing our almost 15 year old unit. Gave us information about the best unit for our home and the price. He also showed me how to properly use our thermostat and spotted one of our vents that was installed backward. Changed our filter and was just so thorough. Thank goodness I found them on the internet. It’s so hard to know who to trust sometimes when you randomly pick a repair company. We were blessed and now have a nice cool home.
