I walked in, showed the gentleman at the counter a little pipe cap, and asked if he had a reducer for a pipe that fit... Before I could finish my question, he said Nope. What you need is... He knew the parts I needed before I could even ask. I was out of there within 10 min. Theyre awesome!

You go expecting to find the part your replacing being its a part that exists in your home. The counter guy laughs and brings you a part 2 times smaller than the part spec and product number telling you it doesnt exists.

So I came back when I needed a new water storage tank.
