Was looking to move on from my 2015 VRod Muscle into a touring bike. Searched endlessly online for a bike in my area. Came across Death Valley’s website. Initially they didn’t have the bike I saw online so I test road a couple options. Didn’t find an option I liked or priced in my range. Left the dealership and kept searching online. I stayed in contact by text with Rob & Tim. We had multiple phone and text conversations about my price range and type of bike. About two weeks after I visited they reached out with some more options. I chose to go with a 2009 Electra Glide Classic. Awaiting shipment of the bike and pick up of my VRod (trade in). Over all the process was painless and straight forward. Great customer service and and an awesome team to work with. Highly recommend Death Valley HD!

The guys at Death valley did a wonderful job servicing my bike @5000, and 10000 miles. Vic in the service dept takes care of me. Phil in parts is very knowledgeable and friendly. Joe made sure everything was top notch. I will continue to use Death Valley Harley.

I had the time of my life shopping for my first Harley here at Deaths Valley. The sales staff did not put any pressure on me at all. We did go a couple of rounds over price, down and payments, but I feel I WON 🏆 😎 . They got me were I needed to be. Although very brief I did meet some if the service staff and they seemed nice as hell. I recommend this Harley dealership wholeheartedly.

Fell in live with the 2021 Road glide special! Marcus knew from the start when I bought my first bike off of Victorville Harley that I was going to want and step into a touring model. When I came back to finally jump into it he knew the exact bike to walk me through, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient going through the finance process. What I love most about this team is that they don’t push you into it, they give you the time you need in order to make the appropriate choices. As most of the reviews on here I totally agree with Dennis is amazing parts department is good as always but service department needs some attention wont go into details but seems the same Everytime5 days later get a call just buttoning it up take it for a test ride and Ill call you back but again no call store closed lost another day of work with these guys next call is going to be corporate doubt itll do any good

Only problem with Victorville Harley Davidson is their Service Department. My 2018 Street Glide Special is my only means of transportation and their Service Department thinks it’s Ok to leave me without transportation for a week. My 2018 Street Glide Special was in their Service Department 3 x’s in less than 2 months and they didn’t check the Harley Davidson recall data base until my clutch completely failed. First visit to service in January for free tires for life and clutch issues and February 27th for 10K service then total clutch failure on Monday, March 1, 2021. Anyone know a good place to have my bike get its future services? Don’t trust anything they did and need a new trustworthy shop. I guess I‘lol drive around and find a new shop today.

As a Black woman in my mid 40s, I was a little intimidated to go inside and look around and ask questions. I am glad to report that my experience was awesome!!! The staff was very patient with me and they answered all my questions. Not only do I want to go back, but I want to drag my friends and family with me!!! Lol

Buddy lost starter in Barstow. Tow company left us hanging for 3 hours. Another one got him to harley at Two. They got him back on the road by 5.

This is a good dealership to deal with. They do not play games like other dealerships and they also have good advice about what type of ride suits you best. I was also able to test ride a couple of bikes and had a good time. I wont go anywhere else anymore. Plus check out their prices on routine maintenance they are far more reasonable then other places. They also do not try to sale you ridiculously overpriced maintenance packages that will inflate your monthly payment.

Whenever I visit Harley Davidson in Victorville its always a great experience. Everyone is so polite. That sales men Victor & Marcus our both very polite and knowledgeable on Harleys which is a plus. We purchased our Harley with Vic and he has continued to be there if we need him or have any questions. FYI most salesmen just want the sale them they forget about you😩 not these guys. Victorville Harley-Davidson is a wonderful place to be. I was there for three days on a Hog Rally and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff were nice and welcomed us and just was there for are Harley needs. As you walk in the front doors if you look straight up they have a Harley Davidson coming out of the wall and it is just so neat to see how its mounted 15 feet up in the air. The parts department I was able to help me on a few different things and the girls over in motor close as well were always smiling and there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this to anybody going through Victorville California.

I love this place. Pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received from the service department. The young man was new to the department and was not embarrassed to say he did not know something. But he did follow it up with “I don’t want to give you incorrect information but I know who you can talk to.” Nice job! They answered all my questions and followed with recommendations as needed. It seems to be a nice like a family business. Small but cozy more like a family oriented nice place.I changed the rating after arriving home from the shop because when we opened the back rest kit, there where some bolts messing and is like an hour drive for usIs not even worth driving that far it was cheaper to just buy them closer to home.

Im in the process of piecing together a mod for a 16 fxdb that theyve never heard of anyone doing before, but seem genuinely excited by the idea and are happily sharing any knowledge they can give me, even referring me to outside sources for info. I was impressed with Harley Victorville. They had a 2020 CVO Street Glide without any dealer added markup. They just want to sell bikes. If youre in the neighborhood I think you should stop by and check this place out.

People here are really rude to be honest. We were there for 10 minutes and nobody even greeted us. If I ever buy a Harley Davidson I will go to a different dealer even if I have to drive to LA. They do not have good customer service here.

Service department friendly and was able to answer most of the questions. The name of the service person is Kyle. I recommend you ask for him for help. The clothing department was ok. Only one person in that department. Was kind of hard to ask questions while shes at the cash register. Nice clean store. Looking forward coming back again.

The folks here always take good care of me. In my travels I have been in a few dealerships where you really feel welcome, unfortunately most of the ones in SoCal (in my experience) just havent covered that base very well. They arent all bad or anything but none have measured up to Victorville Harley.

I bought the Harley Davidson riding glasses in April on a Sunday. My wife and I went for a ride and the glasses started floating when I got to about 50 mph. I went back the next Tuesday (because they are closed on Mondays) to return the glasses. I was told no exchanges or refunds on safety items. This Sunday I decided to use the $50 glasses that have been seating again, once again the glasses floated and I took a bug in my eye. I called the manufacturer and talked to the Harley Davidson customer service and was told to take the glasses back to Harley of Victorville. I told them of Victorville’s policy and he had never heard of such a policy. Long story short be careful of what you buy from this place because safety is not an issue to the owner of Harley Davidson of Victorville.

Terrible customer service by the Apparel rep named Sherill. I Reported her unprofessional and bad attitude to her GM immediately. Ive been blessed to have traveled the world in my 25 years of service to my Country and have been to numerous Harley Davidson dealership but have never encountered such poor customer service. Never expected this type of bad customer service from my home state of CA HD Dealership.

Every one has a different experience everywhere. Some good and some bad. Mine on the other hand was great. With my credit I just knew I would need a co-signer. But some how they worked miracles for me. $1200. down and $225. a month with no trade in. WOW !!!!!! Yeah a few little problems with miscommunication but over all a very pleasant experience. Road off with my new bike and a big CHEESE EATTING GRIN all the way home. Now I can build my credit up with affordable payments. THANK YOU GUYS !!!!!
