The experience was good. Sizes on some items are harder to find in store but overall the experience was very good. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The part that really stood out to me was when they didnt have an answer the requested my patience while the looked it up and made sure I left with the right products for my vehicle. Ill definitely shop there again.

I had a very pleasent experiance at this store, Damian was extremly helpful in getting what I needed which was riding jeans and riding boots. With the boots I wear a size 11w with regular boots he instructed me to get a size 12 instead and they fit perfectly. 10/10 defently would recommend this store to a friend that rides

Never realy have parts for street bikes . No chains or pads. Stire only good for apparel. An helmet need a place up her with parts

I forgot the dudes name (Ill update in a bit with his name so he gets kudos) but he knew which brand helmets fit large funky heads like mine and got me lined up with the right one for the right price. Definitely found the shop Ill be coming back to.

My husband and I came in today to buy some gear since we are about to purchase our first bike. Damian was the young gentleman who help us pick out helmets, Bluetooth devices and jackets. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we got the right helmets for each of us. He also made sure it fit just right. When looking at Bluetooth devices I was planning on getting the freecon 4+. But he suggested the cardo packtalk bold since we wanted good sound quality and if we ened up having 4+ motorcycle friends later on we would be able to all talk together. He explained he used one himself and he really enjoy it. After purchasing our gear he installed the Bluetooth to our helmets for us.. if your not sure what is good or new to the seen I highly recommend you go see Damian at cycle gear.

While traveling from NV to CA, my helmet visor popped out and I wasn’t able to close it. I got onto Google Maps and saw this cycle gear was close to my current location. I called and spoke with Jeremy. He told me to come over and would help me figure out the issue. I arrived and he spent no time checking it out and figured the problem. He told me how to fix it and got me back on the road.Jeremy was very professional, helpful, and great attitude and willing to help. Jeremy is a great person to meet while you are traveling!!!!

I would like to have put 4.5 stars just because I think the store should be bigger. To the important stuff. The staff is always helpful and as was seen to be knowledgeable. Bryan, Adam, and Ken are always ready to help if you have any questions. Another cool thing is that they all ride as well, which means when they say it works or doesnt work, their talking from experience. I went in 03/20/18 and walked out with some new gloves they just got in (Black gloves in photo by REAX). Super satisfied with their customers service will be back again.

I walked in, in the morning. There was no body up front. A lady came from the back and said excuse you. To which I replied I thought you were open. She responded well we weren’t so what do you want! Very rude service I won’t be back. If you aren’t open don’t have the door unlocked or have a sign that says closed !

Employees are polite and professional, I personally have all my tires mounted here even if it was purchased elsewhere.

Im not one to bash retail stores and I know with the whole covid thing ppl are feeling down.but for me and alot of others customer service is everything. Especially when you have other shops close by as competition that definitely have outstanding customer service.. been in this cycle gear a handfull of times and each time it seemed they werent interested in being bothered with questions about certain products. Other then that they have a decent selection depending on what ya need.

Awesome customer service from manager Adam. Very knowledgeable in products he personally uses and sells. Other associates very friendly as well, came in for MX helmet, walked out with boots vest and gloves as well, and a battery booster.

No mechanic on duty to install new tire, catching down time, plus out of stock on break pads also, but overall very helpful.

Had someone help me in there that looks like might not even be of age. Argued with me over a size of a helmet got the one he suggested ended up beikg way to tight constant headache and they refuse to take it back only after a few days. Unfortunately theyre arent to many bike shops in the hd. My suggestion make sure if you need help you get it from someone that works there he actually seems old enough to give advice.

BRIAN at the victorville location.... GAVE GREAT SERVICE. He greeted my bro in law an myself as we walked in, gave me customer care/info without making me feel like another number/sale. I wanted gloves but and ended up changing my mind to grab/get fitted for a helmet. I got the info an product I needed but they just didnt have the color I wanted so he called into a diff cycle gear an had them save it for me. Id give them a 4.5 rating only cause they didnt have my size for the color I wanted for my big head an cause I wanted to spend my money in there store for my helmet.

Last year I bought a 3 season armored motorcycle jacket, with a removable liner. from this business, for half price. Some of their sales are obviously very good, & they give discounts to police, & possibly military too.

This cycle gear location, as Im finding is the case with all cycle gear stores, is neat, clean, and full of helpful staff. I came in with questions about winter gloves, and the best ways to stay warm on long rides. I appreciate the time and info given to me by the sales rep there.
