Called about washing machine. Problem identified. Problem fixed. No issues. No holduos. Clarke Appliance has never disappointed us

I sent a message to inquire about a washing machine and I received a short message that it was sold out. No offer to order another machine or suggest something else.

I went in because I needed a new heating element for my dryer. At first they said they would have to order the part and it would be in the next day. No problem because I was figuring on that. The lady helping me then found that they actually had the part there at the store. Even better! The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not recommended for service and repairs. They charge an arm and a leg just to diagnose the problem, and it can take days to get a technician out. I called on a Wednesday with an urgent washer dilemma. They didnt call back to make an appointment until Friday, and the appointment wouldnt have been until Monday. I suspect that the washer being a Kenmore (and therefore not purchased at Clarke) likely slowed their response time. Which is a shame because with Sears circling the proverbial drain, this is an opportunity for local repair shops to pick up the slack and make nice with folks whove been left high and dry by Sears.

They were helpful. Checked to see what i needed for my drier to work. They didnt have the part so it was ordered it for me. Very nice an clean.

Clarke Appliance has a good selection and great service.

Since they advertise as We are also a servicing dealer and an authorized Factory Warranty Servicer on their website I called them to do some work on a new dryer. After describing the problem I was asked where I bought the dryer. I told him I had bought it at Lowes. I was then told that Clarke Appliance doesnt service appliances bought from Lowes.

Very happy with the purchase of my new appliances today. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, & Refrigerator

Charged me $55 to tell me that my dryer doesnt work, something I already know. Money down the drain. Never again will I ever go here.
