My Jeep People!! I love the service here and the friendly atmosphere! They always go the extra mile! I came in Saturday for regular maintenance and my service was excellent! I was having an issue with an alert on my vehicle and it was addressed promptly!I drive an hour and a half to have my vehicle serviced here and I have never regretted it! Thanks for the Great service!!
Do not trust anyone here. They lie and will sell you a lemon. Then lie to you and say their was nothing as far as returning it. I bought a car had it 5 days started having problems with the transmission. I told the manager that I dealt with I dont wont it any more and he said that if I returned it it would be a repo on my credit. But he promised that he would make sure it would be fixed to 100 %. Now it is about 5 weeks in it has been in the shop three times. Picked it up they said their is nothing wrong with it. Here it is three days later and some probably. I called them and he said that he dont know if there is anything they can do about it.
LISTEN! THIS DEALERSHIP IS BEYOND SOMETHING ELSE!! There is absolutely NO comparison and they cast a MIGHTY BIG SHADOW!! I live in Tennessee, bought my 2021 Ram 3500 DRW from here. This truck has been awesome and 100% maintained by myself as well and thorough maintenance performed by their service dept. Fallon is the BOMB and has always been more than helpful. I am currently sitting here with an issue cause by a TN dealership. 2 weeks ago, brought it here to have the routine maintainance done. No issues confirmed! Last Friday, I had to go to Rhythm Dodge in TN to have my fuel filters changed (whole type of rating there!). The moment I leave, my truck is not running right and was actually dangerous at 3 separate occasions over the week. Today, I drove back down to bring it to Woody Folsom, sure enough, big electrical issue. THEY HAVE TO FIX A PROBLEM CAUSED BY A NEGLIGENT DEALERSHIP, and are still more than graceful about it. I will drive from TN to have my tires rotated here from now on, before I go anywhere else again!! Thank you Fallon and Service Department of Woody Folsom for ALL your help and willingness to resolve this problem!
I contacted the Service Advisor - Fallon Williams this morning about my vehicle that had a check engine light on to inquirer about a good day to have the vehicle towed to heir location to be serviced. He wrote back and said today will be a good day to have the vehicle towed to be serviced. So, I paid $150.00 to have my car towed their to be serviced. Two hours later I call to check on the vehicle and someone(a lady) tells me it will be 2 to 3 weeks before they can look into the check engine light because they have other work backed up ahead of me. So, why in the world would they tell me to have the vehicle towed there if they were behind on work. I will certainly not do any business with them in the future, as I just spent $150.00 just to be told after the fact that we cant service for your vehicle for 2 to 3 weeks. No I have to pay another $150.00 to have it towed back home or to another shop. This is ridiculous and will report this to the Better Business Bureau as well. Beware of the service department!
Excellent experience. The sales team was very helpful.
I am very unpleased with the service dept ! Have had my truck for over a month keep telling me all it needs is a battery I put brand new battery in & in 2 days its dead again. So they keep it for 3 more weeks & cant find nothing wrong but again needs a battery so I go trade that battery put it in & still nothing so now after all that they say a 175 amp fuse is blown. So I guess it will be another couple weeks before I find out something else..
This dealership has cars in their used car selections that should have been sent to the auction and not offered to clients. I drove 2 hours for a Jeep that looked good in marketing pictures but turned out to be a real lemon in person. Scratched up, soft top missing parts undercarriage covered in a thick layer of crusted up mud. I test drove the Jeep and it was all over the road. I felt unsafe. Dont trust pictures.
I have bought several vehicles from here and they have always gone the extra mile to make you happy. Ask for Theo
Service Department is sorry. Truck was up at the dealership for a month. Was told it was being worked on. Had a funny feeling about what I was being told went up to dealership to check on truck and it hadn’t moved since the day I dropped it off. I believe they new they were in the wrong since no one tried to get me to leave the truck and let them do the work.
Only drove through on a Sunday. Seems nice.
This is the 2nd time that Ive had an issue here & I wont bring my business back. They blew smoke up ....... & kept telling us when my car would be ready. They finally got the parts & when they go to put it on, they notice its not painted (why not look when you get it?) Wanted to charge $125 & 2 extra days to paint door hinges. No thank you. Then we are told it would be ready Friday, but Saturday at the latest.. nope, no call. We got the call Tuesday, after 10 days (not counting Sundays). I think the biggest thing was after dishing out almost a grand, the guy had the nerve to huff at us making him come clean his greasy handprints from my car door. I wanted to believe they hand changed because of new management, but no.
Always helpful! Fast service and trustworthy
They are some of the best people to deal with. They were friendly, efficient and extremely professional. They made it easy and exciting financing my first vehicle.
Shawn and Brian were both amazing! Shawn went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was as easy as possible. He was on top of every question/concern and had everything ready when we pulled up. We will definitely be using Woody Folsom for any car buying needs we have from now on!!
This particular dealership gave me hope to get a car when mine quit. My credit wasnt great getting my health, but the salesman was able to get me pre-qualified for one I had been to three other Dodge dealership website s. I ended up going with Southern motors also a Dodge dealership as I had a little SUV I could get. But I tell you you have to go to the utmost respect of what he pulls them as they were the one that gave me hope unfortunately somebody else had the car I wanted but Ill never forget what he pulls them you got questions about your car go to a doctor dealership theyre not pushy and they will help
9/6/20, I’m adding to the review, got a generic reply from the dealership below, they asked me call them, why? That’s what they were supposed to do, why should it be necessary for me to initiate another call trying to resolve what was their responsibility in the first place? Oh, and there was another failed sensor, the Ford dealer we took it to confirmed that it was bad, makes me even more skeptical now, no wonder car dealers score low on the integrity scale. My wife and I recently bought a 2002 Ford Thunderbird from the dealership. I worked with Tyrone and the GM. We live in North Georgia but saw the car online. After they did a video walk through we decided to let them deliver the car with the understanding we were not obliged to purchase. The car had 38,500 miles approximately and was in good condition cosmetically considering its 18 years old. We did a test drive and found that the ABS and traction control lights would not turn off. We discussed the situation and decided to have a local dealer test it. The code indicated a wheel sensor and it would cost around 350 to fix. There were no other codes present. The GM discounted the cost of the repair and an extra 50 and we decided buy it. Later that evening we found that the illumination for the speedometer and tach were out, I figured maybe a bulb? Well it turns out on these cars there is no such thing and lighting is controlled by a module that also controls other functions such as power steering, windows etc. not a simple fix and the part is no longer made. I immediately communicated this to Tyrone and he said he’d get back to me Saturday. Well never heard back and texted that evening, was told it was a busy day and that we would hear Monday. On Sunday we took the hardtop off and during the process I was looking for the cover for the soft top, that’s missing too, but also found a device attached to the battery, turns out it’s a GPS tracking device that is attached to a service they included from a company called Kahu, I went back through my wife’s paperwork and sure enough it was tucked into it, we didn’t realize what it was, it was only after researching I found out. I disconnected it from the vehicle and added that discovery to Tyrone via text that I didn’t want anything to do with this service and to get back to me on the lighting issue.Well it’s Thursday and we never heard back, I didn’t expect huge things since we had signed the paperwork, but the lighting issue couldn’t be detected during the day so there was no way to know until it was dark. The tracking thing was just creepy, I don’t want some unknown company detailing her movements, the phones are enough as it is. A return call to us though would have been appropriate and certainly a good business decision. Not doing so made the process feel cheap and like they were hiding something, now we have reservations even though we tried to do our diligence before purchasing. Expecting good communication here after the fact ended up terribly disappointing and personally I’d never do business here again.
Sean is a great salesman, friendly and courteous! They went above and beyond to meet our needs.
They treat you like a person here. Not like just another car sold.
They ripped us off. Told us to return car cause it would be paid by the extra insurance we had on it and buy a van and now we are being sued! They did nothing to help us.
This is the best dealership ever!!!! Brian and Theo did everything in their power to make a deal happen for us! We are extremely happy with our new 2020 Grand Cherokee. I would highly recommend going here for your next vehicle because of the customer service and these people really aren’t here to just make money, they truly care about their clients unlike a lot of other dealerships!
I took my Jeep to these people because my car wouldn’t crank. I had a brand new alternator and a decent battery already. They took my battery out and replaced it with a brand new one and charged me $210. I left the dealership with this jeep that was supposed to be repaired and couldn’t even make it to the red light before I had to turn back around because of my battery light flashing on the dashboard. These people kept trying to replace unnecessary things on my car and and calling it fixed just to make a dollar. Then they tried to sell me a new Jeep. People are better off going to a shade tree mechanic. At least they won’t try to swindle you out of money.
I got a great deal on my new Dodge Charger RT at Woody Folsom, Justin Hutchinson worked his tail off to get me a great deal! Thank you for putting me in my dream car!!Attention Ladies: I know we get treated a little differently then the men when buying a car, but not at Woody Folsom! They were amazing and treated me with complete respect!
I had a great experience with Woody Folsom. They were kind and very professional. When I couldnt make it to them, they brought the vehicle and paperwork to me. Thank you guys so much!!! I will definitely purchase from here again.
Purchased a vehicle from here. Friendly and professional
Excellent dealership if youre in the market for a used vehicle very nice salesman everyone was very nice and welcoming me and my wife drove all the way from Tennessee to this dealership to pick up a vehicle that she wanted and were very pleased with the vehicle as well as the service we received from the employees
Con: We came to test drive a vehicle that we spoke to a salesman about at 7pm at night. The next morning, at 10:30 when we arrived, we were told that the car JUST sold and had left the lot.We found it very suspicious that the car sold THAT quickly and assumed it was a lure.Pros: After having driven over an hour, we decided we might as well listen to what else the sales associate had to offer. His name was Lance and he was great! Very personable guy and comfortable to be around. He did make us a great offer on a brand new car that we almost couldnt refuse. The only reason we changed our mind and went somewhere else and got a used car, was the fact that our bank didnt give us the interest rate we expected and the payment wouldve been a bit too steep. The sales manager Henry was also very nice and came to speak to us briefly.Even though we ended up buying elsewhere, I recommend this dealership, due to the fact that Lance was awesome, and so was the deal he offered!
I went to woody folsom of vidalia today to buy my new car and I tell you Theo Thomas was my sales professional and he was on point with everything I wanted form the tip of car to how much I was willing to pay a monthly, and understand of what I wanted as a customer, all the employees at woodys wear so nice and helpful I definitely recommend if your looking for a new or used car or truck go to them !
Great buying experience! I would definitely buy from Woody Folsom Chrysler Dodge again. David Freeman, my salesman, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He also made sure it was a quick. I am very happy with my purchase!
Great dealership, Brandon Smith is great to work with. He goes out of his way to help his customers to get exactly what they want. Highly recommend them!!!
They had some good truck but not what I was looking for they said that they could get them tho
I am ECSTATIC!!!! I made a telephone contact about 2 weeks prior to my visit today and had the distinct pleasure of encountering David Freeman. On that day I spoke to this gentleman making sure he understood I was in the market for a vehicle but I had a laundry list of issues. He listened, then gave me his contact information and told me to call when I was ready.Today I walked in without an appointment and just by chance. I asked for David and he was at my service IMMEDIATELY! Crazy thing about it was he really did listen to me that day 2 weeks ago as a rambled on about what I wanted, did not want, what I needed, & what I definently could not afford. To make a long story short I walked out of the dealership today the owner of a brand new car! First new car Ive ever had! He wheeled & dealed & crunched numbers until he worked out an amazing deal for me & my 3 teenage sons & grandson ..... who by the way he entertained the whole time we were there. The team at this location are an awesome bunch. They operate like their a family. Chris wrapped things up by explaining in detail about any/all documents that I signed. My overall experience was wonderful. Check them out Im sure you will be equally satisfied.
Drove an hour and a half because they supposedly had inventory our local dealer didn’t have. We are preapproved for CapOne financing - literally should just be picking out our car. Car #1 doesn’t start (brand new car), car #2 has a cat living in the axel, car #3 they can’t sell us because of something with their system. Then they tell us they aren’t signed up with Capital One - when I told the salesman before I came out that’s what we were using. And cars are all $10k over what they are listed on the website. Dealer manager was chain smoking outside the whole time and refused to help with the situation. Just take your business somewhere else and avoid this shady place.
Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever experiences. Professional and courteous sales and staff. Will definately purchase my next vehicle with them.
Good People, good price, thanks to my friend Lotssie we are loving the trucks
Felt well taken care of from start to finish. As pleasant as a car buying experience could ever be. Highly recommend.
Theo was a great salesman. He has alot of knowledge and answered every question or concern we had. We love Woody Folsom!
Dude screw this place.. my husband took it in to do some small fixture and they completely messed up his truck. We have asked multiple times to fix the leak in the coolant that THEY caused and they said it was already there to being with, even though we know prior to getting it looked at it was not leaking. Don’t let these people dare to touch your vehicle.
Best dealership in town, they were very patient with me, and that means a lot, thanks Woody Folsom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Vidalia, and big thanks to Joe Brandon!! Theyre even better than 5 stars, I give them 10 stars.
Awesome place! Cool people and very helpful.....Ill def be back!
Everyone at Woody’s was very nice. I went in looking for a SUV and Kassidy was very helpful in finding me what I was looking for. Every employee that walked by during my wait made sure I didn’t need anything (waited while car was being detailed). If you need a vehicle go see Kassidy and the rest at Woody.
Our experience was the worst I have EVER had at a dealership. One star is really too generous. My husband and I took my son in looking for a vehicle. We told the salesperson exactly how much we were looking to spend. We test drove a vehicle already over what we wanted but were okay with it. We liked the vehicle. We had already been approved for a vehicle higher than that one earlier. The salesperson came back saying the finance manager had us a much better deal. They had my son test drive a vehicle $14,500 OVER what we wanted. The salesperson told him that vehicle would end up with lower payments than the other one. When the finance manager, Michael Gray, came in he was rude and condescending to us. He told us he could lower our payments without the trade-in. We told him that we had to trade our vehicle in. He then said well I would suggest putting a helmet on and driving it in the pond then come back. Ummmmm.....isn’t that illegal? My family will NEVER do business with any Woody Folsom business. And I will also tell everyone I know not to.
My experience was a bit unsual because of my situation. I was coming from out of state to see a car. There was some miscommunication from the sales person about a vehicle. After much debate and soul searching I decided not to purchase the vehicle. The rest of the sales staff went above and beyond to regain my trust. It was a difficult decision. The general manager and other out of their way to make it happen. I cant remember names but they were very gracious and kind. Thats a sign of a good store.
Didnt act like they cared about selling cars. I asked about a specific truck they had online and was told it would be brought over from their other location, for me to test-drive. That was 12 weeks ago....no word as of yet. I wound up buying local from a different dealer and am very happy with my decision. If you can fog up a mirror... Better off buying somewhere else
Awesome! Jeremy answered my text I told him what I had to trade and my down payment. He had cars waiting for us to test drive. We chose one and left out of there 30 minutes later in our new car!!! We will definitely return when it comes time to buy again. Eat your heart out PTC!!!
My sales rep was awesome and made sure my new car experience was the best before during and after the sale. Thanks Rachel 🥰
Place is a joke, I contacted the dealership to get a out the door price on a new truck that was a leftover 2019 they were advertising online. On Autotrader they listed the vehicle for $35,891 and on their website they listed it for $34,391. Took them two days to call me back and say “they could let it go for $50,000”.LOLI always expect to pay more than advertised but $15k is a pretty big difference. Stop wasting people’s time, and good luck during the pandemic.
General Manager Steve Hutchinson is an honest man and won my trust years ago. He has a great team!
Brought in an older model van for repairs of window motor. Cost for repairs were pricey but not out of normal for car repairs. They had repairs done quickly. Best part for me is they washed the car too!
For me was a excellent service, I didn’t wait to long even when they were pretty busy.
My father, mother, and I have all purchased vehicles from this dealership in the last year. We have all been exceptionally pleased with our experiences. Steve Hutchinson ensures satisfaction with every customer. We are happy to be apart of the Woody Folsom Dodge family!
I bought my last vehicle at Woodys Nissan store. Great experience there and great experience with the Dodge store. I loved my sales person. Chris in F&I was awesome and of course Steve Hutchison is always awesome.
I definitely would not recommend purchasing from here. Advertisements are deceptive and the staff follows suit. There is a ninety-nine percent chance that your time will be wasted...Purchase at a dealership elsewhere.
Not my usual oil change dealer but they got the job done. Cost me more than I usually spend though under warranty.
Our salesman Ronnie was great! He got us the best deal and helped us out in every way he could. We bought two vehicles from Jody last year and he did the same for us. Great people at Woody Folsom Dodge of Vidalia. We will definitely do business again with you guys!
I had a great experience. Wonderful people to do business with.
I absolutely love their sales department! They are honest! Their service department is honest, helpful and Woody Folsom had me at HONEST! Thanks to service department and sales! I have bought 3 times for them and I will do it again!! Thanks Woody Folsom
Customer service is terrific and my truck was done in little to no time at all.
They are very friendly when I brought my vehicle to them to get fixed while I was visiting my brother for a couple of weeks. They did and good job fixing my vehicle I would recommend them to anyone when they are in Georgia and have them check your vehicle out, they are real friendly. Brenda L Sturkie
Great all around
We have had quite a few buying experiences and this location has been, by far, thee best buying experience we have ever had. Thank yall so much! We appreciate everything yall have done! Including bringing our new vehicle straight to our home! Much, much, much appreciation! Yall are amazing!
Bought us a Chrysler Pacifica, nice ride ! Sweet. Dont believe me, test drive one. You will remember this ride.
Went in with the intention of finding what I needed, and was swiftly told that what I wanted would be hard to find-so I should go look elsewhere. Though, he did recommend that I go to a Honda dealership. I felt like, because I wasnt an easy sale, I wasnt worth the time.
Ive got 2 vehicles from this location of Woodys. Could have better staff that is actually more aware of whats going on. They need a few training lessons from the guys at the location in Baxley. All in all a good place.
Sean was great and a great guy to know and call friend. He was very patient with me helping my wife look at the truck were looking at getting from them.
Always an easy experience when dealing with these folks.
Very fast and friendly service department
My husband and I scheduled an appointment to come in for the wholesale/ plus $4000 over KBB for YOUR TRADE event they posted on their FB page. We drove over an hour and were told to ask for Christine and she would give us our voucher. Told her what we were looking for and needed. They took our car in to be evaluated. In the meantime we test drove 3 jeeps. We told her the one we were interested in and were just waiting to see what they were going to give us for ours. Well she then says that the guy had gone out to lunch and she would send us the info we needed. That she wouldn’t want us waiting around till he got back. She even went so far to say that after we got the info and all went through that they would even drop off the car and pick up our trade. This whole time she seemed nice and promised us she would send the info. She told us if we didn’t hear from her that evening that to call or email her to remind her. Well, we didn’t hear from her so we emailed her. No response. Called her Friday and spoke with her. Apologizes for not sending and says she will at that moment. Waited all day Friday. Nothing! Called her Saturday and same conversation as Friday. Saturday, Sunday and till this day, Nothing! I finally called back again a week later to tell her to shred our information. She wasn’t available, so spoke to Lotsie, who said she was sorry Christine never got back to us. That she wanted our business and would call me back as soon as she was done with a car. Stating she would do everything she needed to help us. NO CALL BACK FROM HER EITHER! WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS and A Waste of our time. They post an event to lure people in and don’t stand behind their commitment. I would not recommend this dealership! If you are not an easy sale, don’t bother! It’s all a gimmick.
Sean is the bestest!
Came in for my 1st of two free oil changes. So I decided to get tires rotated. Appointment was 8:30 I was on time and its 12:30 now still waiting. Next time Ill drive to Baxley.
Good people.
Work with Nathan! He is the best! Bought two vehicles so far from him and always the best experience! Told him exactly what I wanted and they made it happen!Billy
Great service and salespeople if you buy a new car. Make sure you get a mechanic to check a used car from them. One week after buying a used car, we were told we needed new front breaks and tires. Disappointing and expensive.
We purchased a truck today through Gerrick and were very pleased. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, make sure you go by and ask for Gerrick! He worked so hard to get the best deal for us. Would 10/10 ask for him again. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 starts is because the general manager, who Gerrick was having to go between to negotiate for us- didn’t make a single second to shake our hand, say thank you for the purchase- nothing. That’s our only complaint.
Nice, friendly and courtesy staff. They always take good care of my car every time I bring it in for an oil change.
I recently ordered a vehicle from the factory through this dealership. After waiting two months, the jeep arrived but the dealer wanted about 5k more than the price we had agreed on in writing. They claimed there must be been a miscommunication when they had the price in writing the entire time. Before that, I bought a different jeep to be transferred from another dealership, signed the contract and all, then two weeks later Josh called to let me know the deal fell through and the vehicle was no longer available.Prior to that, we had another vehicle fall through that was supposed to be transferred from yet another dealership.I heard a lot of Im sorry and thats really too bad because Id hoped to have a quality local jeep connection.
Friendly, good deals, need better parking for customers, so many new vehicles to choose from, service dept personnel are very nice, clean environment.
My husbandand mother in law went to the location in Jesup. They walked around the lot for a while and two employees were sitting in the shade and no one ever came to offer them help. He was interested in a few trucks but never could get any one to help him
I love this place management is second to none worked other places in the past but I want leave Woody Folsom Dodge in Vidalia again for any other dealership they just treat customers and employees the right way
Was looking around to trade in my jeep patriot for a wrangler unlimited and these folks went out of their way to help me. They delivered the jeep to my house and it is a beautiful suv. Loved the experience thanks guys!-J. Sams
Fast, Friendly Service! Great job!!!! Thank y’all!
Friendly staff and will work with you to get you into a vehicle.
Brandon Smith is by far my favorite sales guy! Highly recommended!!
We purchased a 2018 dodge journey, that had to be delivered on a dealer trade since the one on the lot didnt have what we required, just a simple entertainment system for the kids. They promised to put one in the ceiling or order head rest..Only good thing that happened was the day we purchase the vehicle they allowed us to drive a loaner vehicle the same model. Days passes my wife get a call from the dealer saying the car is here but it has a minor scratch .come to find out the scratch was a railroad rock size scratch that causing the front bumper to be replaced. Oh yea at the time no entertainment system. Long story short the vehicle we have now is not what was promised to us,the experience that we are going through isnt worth it. They have had the vehicle longer than we have getting something did to it,not sure what company they have installing DVD players that dont work. This will be the 3rd we have to be without our vehicle, It has been a real rollercoaster this go around .The dealer shouldve never delivered that vehicle to use without his promisesPS, when the car was delivered from the dealer trade it was driven from wherever that put 1500 miles on it..NOT NEW ANYMORE. The value isnt a new vehicle that we are being charged for. Very disappointed customer
Dont Make a $5000 mistake come see me on any new vehicle
Great inventory, good knowledgeable salesman, disappointed with no customer lounge, no customer incentives, no free oil changes, and lengthy contract closing and vehicle detailing.
Staff was so helpful. Sales staff was polite and listened to what I was interested in a vehicle.
Love the sales and service people here.
Very helpful salesman but no literature available and the model I was seeking was at another dealership.
Steve can help if you got a job and can fog up a mirror!
Friendly staff but tried to add in an extended warranty I didnt ask for and was never brought up until going over the paperwork. Be careful when dealing with them.
Because a man got fired that sold me my car for misdeeds they didnt honor their word .I was very upset because its not our fault he was fired for doing stuff he wasnt supposed to. So there for, I had a horrible experience!!!!
What began as a terrible experience with a sister store and a bad first impression with the service department was redeemed in a few short minutes by a few good men. Were still working on issues with a key but Keith Driggers sure knows how to make things right.
Thanks Chris for making this experience easy!
Typical switch, no bait, not even a cup of coffee and a donut like Thigpens.
Great experience at Woody Folsom and great sales staff Ronny and Kenneth! Our family loves our 2015 BMW X5 SUV!
I had a bad experience with the service advisor, that I will never deal with him again. I would rather driver out of my way to another town before I have to deal with his perverted, mannish ways. I went in for an oil change and the whole time he made my teen-ager feel completely uncomfortable that I had to call someone to come get her because all he wanted to do is stare at her and not in a good way. He was very unprofessional in his work and manner of speaking.
