Great experience, had exactly what I was looking for. Friendly associates.

I will not shop here ever again! The employees including the store manager are crooked and lie. I bought hair extensions that were previously opened and contacted customer service. Customer service then said for me to take them in the store so they could do an inspection and if they weren’t used I could return them. The store manager stated that they weren’t used but she won’t refund me the money. She also stated that she could see that they were tied to the back like they were suppose to be and unopened through the box but you can’t see through the box. Sally’s is a joke and so are their employee’s.

This place has gone downhill fast! The employees do not seem to have the knowledge they once did. Management is very rude. There is no honesty or integrity at this place anymore. I doubt I will ever step into ANY Sally Beauty Supply ever again. That’s how bad they are!

When I walked in, the person working there helped me every way she could. I had a lot of questions and she never got mad. I will return soon!

The older brown haired lady made me give her my phone number and email and told me she couldn’t check me out without it. Very rude. I will not be back.

Sallys is an awesome store if you need anything for hair and nails.
