If they aren’t out of absolutely everything they give you half full drinks for full price. This is about the 5th drink they’ve handed to me like this. Don’t blame the shortage- you guys have been terrible about this for years. You guys do know there’s competition in town, right? The staff is often condescending if you express any dissatisfaction. Go to Smoores or Dunkin’ instead.

Drive thru was fast but then I realized I paid $5.67 for a venti cup of ice that was supposed to be a cold brew.

If I could give no stars I would. If you’re going to continue to run out of items that are on your menu, then you need to either order enough and stop being greedy monitoring your expenses or take it off the menu. Won’t be back.

Best Starbucks EVER! Like 95% of the employees know me by my ridiculous request for extra dragon fruit in my order. Dont judge me, Im OBSESSED lol. Literally all the other Starbucks I go to seem to get really awkward and uptight the moment I ask for extra. The employees here are super accomodating and friendly! They make me feel right at home, even though I feel like I need to be on the show My Strange Addiction. 😅

The hours are never reliable. They havent been open in the morning for 2 weeks now. There is a paper taped to the drive thru stating their hours are now 1-8pm. You cannot call to see when or if theyre open. The number listed on their page is a cell phone number (?) that goes straight into a message stating they do not have a voicemail set up. When you actually do get service, and they are open (in the afternoon), they take forver to get your orders out and the baristas arent that friendly. The morning crew, when they were working, were great. But its been two weeks since any of them have been there.

Worst Starbucks ever. They randomly change their hours or close early without warning. They also randomly close the lobby if they feel like it without any notice. This means you have to pick up a mobile order through the drive through and if the drive through line is out to the road, you must wait in line 15-20 min when you could normally just walk in and grab your mobile order. WHY take mobile orders then?? Ive had to leave my orders multiple times forfeiting my $6 because I would be late to work if I waited in line. There is NO consistency in how this place is run. 90% of the staff is rude and orders are often wrong. I always order a daily coffee but I will no longer support this business due to chaotic/unpredictable service, rude staff. I will give all my business to SMoores. Dont waste your money here.

Terrible service! Wasted 15 minutes in line and still didn’t get my order filled.

Came in early a few mornings ago and the staff there hadnt even noticed I had put in a mobile order just after opening. The 60 second wait didnt bother me, but the coffee was lukewarm....

Apparently every other starbucks barrista has been doing their jobs wrong for an order Ive gotten the same of for two straight years, and always has been the same amount of money according to some new person they had in today. Then wanted to get smart with me like I dont know what Ive been ordering and spending good money on. I order a nonfat mocha Frappuccino decaf sometimes half caf sometimes sub espresso. I have never been charged extra for the substitution whether it be any starbucks in florida or Georgia, even at this starbucks. The kid didnt like that, said they have always done it wrong (how can 100 different barristas have the same outcome but all be wrong). Also they put chocolate syrup on top, which ive never had and I guess the app must be wrong on that as well because they dont even have that pictured on top of a mocha Frappuccino. I have also been charged twice numerous times at this location. I live 45 min away and drive here just for starbucks (because nothing else is like a starbucks) so I dont usually say anything because it would cost me that much in gas. Not to mention theyd probably spit in my drink because theyre right. Giving 2 stars because I absolutely love starbucks and have spent a small fortune here and would hate to give it just one, because starbucks as a whole doesnt deserve that just because of some ill-informed employees at a small time store.

I love their coffee. 4 stars because its a bit pricey. Customer service is good.

Fast friendly service, and a clean environment

I go into this location at least once a week and I have never ever had a negative experience. Every employee has been helpful and it always seems like they are having fun and getting along with their coworkers. Music selection is also great. Bathrooms are always clean. Brandi, Blaire, and Steve are my favorite employees and always go above and beyond to remember my name and my order, I love them. 💜

They rarely open on time. Ive sat here before for 20 min in drive-thru and no one cared to let me know they wouldnt open until 6:30 because employees were late. Coffee is great but management is awful. If they cant have employees on time maybe they should rehire all positions.

The staff is usually nice. But my orders are always made different, even though it’s the same order. And their hours are always changing. It’s highly annoying.

The baristas are not knowledgeable, and every single employee is extremely RUDE!

Waited in the drive thru and when it was our turn to order the person taking orders tells us they are closed. This was at 3:59pm. If I had customers lined up I wouldn’t dare turn anyone away...

I have thoroughly Starbucks since they opened in Vidalia, however, I just recently learned that they are opening a roasting warehouse in China. I sincerely hope Ive received some wrong information. I will confirm and if that is correct I will never go to a Starbucks again!

The worst starbucks ever! I stood in front of the counter for 3 minutes before even being noticed. (Even though I was the only one in line) The trash that made the drink, (with a messy blond bun and no name tag) had a very bad attitude and started slamming everything down as she made it. She then slung the drink across the counter and when it fell over, she picked it back up and walked off. Another employee got the manager who gave me my money back and a gift card for $4. He apologized but she did not. Hopefully she gets fired or messes with the wrong person. I will never go back.

Staff was not very informative about drink selections, alot of drinks they say arent even on the menu, some of the staff was not very friendly, they were out of the toppings for the drink I ordered and they did not offer anything to compensate for it, they dont make environment very inviting it would be better it the had a better sitting area with more comfortable seating where you could say sit drink you drink and read. This place could use friendlier staff that knows the drinks and can help customers with suggestions on drinks. This was my third visit and I havent been impressed yet.

I understand that they are new and all, but the staff members didnt have any clue with what they were supposed to do for some coffee items, and were very slow!!! 15 minutes for a cup of coffee is a long time, and one of my cups wasnt even made right. Hopefully they will get better.

On 03/06/20 the line on the drive thru was almost around the building. The staff at the window got it all together. I was in and out in no time, friendly, fast and efficient. Great team work....

First time here and let me tell you the experience was so much better than i thought it would be the whole atmosphere feels homie and nice. Ps i got the Strawberry acai and the mango dragonfruit it was delicious. Go try it out with some lemonade you wont regret it. Visit your nearby starbucks.

Definetly will still go but if you are stoping by from a bigger town don’t expect it to be the best Starbucks you have ever been too . They will get better though .
