When to purchase 1/8 and 1/4 inch stamp set. Was greeted when I walked in, ask if I needed help while I was walking around looking. Checked out with a very nice polite cashier whom ask if I found everything. I politely said no you only had the 1/8 stamp set, cashier said they were unloading a truck and I should check back tomorrow. Overall happy with experience borderline asking if I need help. Please just greet me when you walk by and be around when I come looking for help...

It is Harbor Freight so you know what you are getting as far as quality. If you are selective and do your research you can get some pretty solid deals and they have plenty of things that you didnt know you needed! I had a couple instances at this location of having the door locked in my face at like fifteen minutes before closing time. I cant really blame them but it was things I needed for a time sensitive project and it was frustrating.

Its not bad. Some good tools, some really cheap tools. You know what you are getting when you go there. This particular store has quite a good selection and is orderly and clean.

Harbor freight is always great... but the staff that was there on the day of my last visit was not very friendly... Ive been to this location before and had a completely different experience as far as friendly help

I purchased an engine lift and during assembly I ran into problems. The lift is very heavy and bulky, I was more than halfway through assembly and I live 30 miles from the store. I called Chris at the store and explained my problem (the support struts seemed to be 1/2 - 3/4 too short. He asked for pictures and measurements so he could compare against their floor model. They came up with a fix where the existing pieces could all be assembled. I appreciate their professionalism and support.

Great selection of tools fast service greeted with a smile. Always keep your receipt just in case something breaks you can bring it back, although I still have yet to break one of there tools. Also check out the warranties that they offer if you are going to be using that one tool a lot then it may be a great idea to grab up a warranty on it for those just in case times.

My experience at the Harbor Freight tool store in Vidalia Ga. was wonderful the staff was very helpful and nice the cashier that checked my wife and i out went beyond her job to help us i enjoy shopping somewhere i am appreciated i will shop for my needs in tools at this store and will tell my friends and family about my experience there,i dont know the young ladys name but she should be rewarded for not only doing her job but going beyond it thanks for happy shopping.

Dan the store manager was very rude and closed the store before closing time and refused to let me return an item after I traveled as quickly as I could 25 miles. 6:50pm is not 7:00pm. Very disappointed and just wish sometimes people could put the shoe on the other foot. Thats all Dan.

The staff was being smart asses. I been going to Harbor Freight in 4 different states for over 20 years checking out the same way as every other Harbor Freight. This store was telling me I should get my own heavy items. They didnt have flat hand trucks available either for customers to load their own heavy items. So if this is the kind of service to expect at this store, I wont be going back there. Im sure the other Harbor Freight stores will be glad to have my money.

Good customer service was out of stock on one item I wanted and overpriced on a more expensive one in stock.

People are knowledgeable about where items are located and very helpful. Tools hold up very well and cost less than other higher priced ones. Ive used several of theirtools without any problems. Love the freebies!

Stick to their hand tools and youll be happy. My Pittsburg ratchets havent broke any easier than Snap-Ons and theyre 80% cheaper with the same warranty. If youre looking for good power tools, go to Home Depot and get Milwaukee.

Harbor Freight isnt just for men! I love tinkering around finding items I didnt realize existed. Lol.One of my favorite things from ther is the outdoor solar lights. They are on sale now. If you input a number and text, they send you discount coupons. You also get free stuff.

Seemed to be under staffed. We couldnt find any help to locate the items we were looking for. We did find what we needed and the prices were good.

Harbor frieght tools in Vidalia Ga is amazing. Just love the people in there. How ever the people that used to work there that actually cared not only about the store but the customers arent there anymore. They will be missed dearly. You have an amazing company but there are a few things that need to be a little different. I could go on and on about stuff at the store. But i wont right now. I will say as a former employee you guys have out done yourselves when it comes to taking care of those that work for you and some dont know excatly how far you will go out to make sure they are taken care of. But you also need to make sure that the customer gets the same treatment. There have been times that they werent given the time nor the attention they should have been given and its caused some issues. You also have some managers that think because they are top dogs at the store they dont have to do any work. Im sorry but that is wrong. Your companies stand as a team and not one job there should fall on just one person and it does. I wouldnt have left if I would have been making more money but I needed to do what was going to be the best thing for my family. Plus my medical stuff just doesnt allow me to work like I used to. I do miss wprking there ams I miss my friends. But I juat couldnt tale it anymore. So I found another a job. But I want to say Thank you and I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to work for you. It will be one of the bwst jobs ive had.
