Only complaint is the shop was not open. The door was locked and it is only 2:50pm on a Thursday. Usually they are friendly and speak once you enter.

I am reluctant to shop at this location again even though I had been a regular customer for many years.Manager has known me by name for years and then this happened: A few weeks ago in the midst of this pandemic I came in store and made a cash purchase.I asked this manager if I may use a shot of the hand sanitizer she had behind the counter after the transaction was completed. This was her response: I dont have much left and you are more likely to get sick touching the bottle if I hand it to you than not using it. Straight up refused to let me have a squirt of it and it was not nearly empty.

This store has associates who are always very knowledgeable about the products or has suggestions on what may work when I ask questions... Always friendly and never pushy if you dont take the suggestion :) I have been shopping here for 6 years plus...

Im a 12 year veteran of the fitness industry and recently moved to this area. Needless to say, Ive been to many vitamin stores shopping for myself and clients. I always try to shop at local stores and develop a relationship with local merchants. I was excited to see a GNC store in town. For the most part the staff is very pleasant and professional. There is however one sales associate who clearly not only seems to be quite ignorant of the product lines, but the cocky and rude attitude needs to go if Im ever to shop in that store again. After all, its easier to order online from the vitamin shoppe than to drive down there and be treated poorly!

Knowledge and friendly staff.

I went into the GNC store and the sales clerk told me the item I was looking for they never sold it and that she knew her merchandise and even though I told her that online GNC was advertising the item, the sales clerk still said that the item wasnt sold by GNC. I returned to my vehicle to Google GNC and located the item and returned Into the store to only prove to the rude sales clerk who did not want to help me look for the item. Once the sales clerk saw the item online she said well we dont carry it I looked at the sales clerk and offered her some customer service skills that she did not possess and in my opinion she should not be allowed to work there with such a rude attitude. I turn to leave the store and I happened to look up on the Shelf and I noticed the item was located on the Shelf, I pointed it out to her and she told me that I should have told her what my symptoms were and she would have sent me to that section of the store needless to say I told her the name of the item and she told me that GNC didnt carry itI was so upset I didnt purchase the item!

GNC of Vidalia, GA, offers excellent customer service, knowledgeable sales associates, and a clean and organized store, with a great variety of products.
