Im extremely pleased with my experience with Optimal Hearing. Dr. Pitt took his time explaining everything to me. He made sure I was completely comfortable with the tests that would be done. He was very thorough in explaining the results and showing me on the computer the differences in my hearing. When he showed me how I would be able to hear with hearing aids, I was in tears. It was such a huge difference. He is extremely knowledgeable on what hearing aids would best fit my situation. It has been 25 days since I received my hearing aids and I can only say it changed my life more than I expected. A whole new world has opened up to me! Things that I didnt even know that I could not hear, I am now able to hear. I recommend Dr. Pitt at Optimal Hearing 100% to anyone who is thinking of getting their hearing tested or getting hearing aids.

I would like to comment on the outstanding service that I received at Opitmal due to my hearing loss. I knew I had a problem but had no idea how bad it was. Other than my wife having to repeat and TV and radio being loud. The outstanding service, detailed dedication to their work at Optimal Hearing was outstanding!!! The people actually cared. Which is unusual in todays times. I would recommend Optimal Hearing highly if you suspect you have any loss of hearing. And I understand a certain amount is natural with age, but you dont realize how much you are missing until you get it checked.
