This review is for Tumi corporate in Georgia TaylorMissing the Great service days from Sharon Daughtry !She was an Amazing person with that Southern charm who always made it happen & was the reason for my loyalty and value of the Tumi mission Statement back then.What this review is to express my lack of service, product quality & resolution.Here are the facts:Im a 23 year legacy client.Have owned over 20 Tumi bags over the years.Products are more fashionable.Products are not at all for buss travelers who want sturdy construction like the older productsWarranty used to be Yes we can now its we cannot goid it but will give you a creditPrices are very much premium (-) the old previous premium supportBuild quality is very light duty 40% at most from before in capacity before damage.Being so light duty means most times they are not repairableTaylor who is from the days when Tumi was really a superior road warrior product never resolved either of my issues with 2 pieces of luggage.I am being very kind with my review as if their was a (-) rating value for $ it would be more accurate.Not for Those who depend on luggage to not break while on a trip.Samson ire has taken quality, support & is selling at premium prices based the name legacy from Tumis True quality and passionate about being the best.
