Highly recommend getting a mobile home from here, management is fantastic and they worked long and hard with getting us our forever home. We love the home we got from the Vidalia Office!

This place should change its name to Noo Home Center! First of all its poorly managed, the lady had to have us come back 3 separate times for the same paperwork issues just for it to get denied. I have worked in sales and that is not an appropriate way to deal with your customer these are things you need to make sure are taken care of THE FIRST TIME but obviously they dont review paperwork properly. Then the price we discussed was not the same price that was put up for financing review so seems to me you just trying to make extra without putting in the work. I will not be returning here again. Shop here at your own risk.

We give Justin at Yesa Home Center 5*stars for great customer service we me and the wife have contacted many home builders and manufactured home repsEven being guided by Us of the exact model we wanted many dropped the ball we are cash customers and wanted a few changes like a two person tub in the master bath we got exactly what we wanted here we highly recommend come here and save thousands off a manufactured home and we saved 60+ under building our selves tell the SuperDave sent you!👍😎👍

I finally purchased my home in April 2020 and I thought my experience was going to be great because the ladies was so nice I was sadly mistaken, they just wanted to make a sell. Its seems like everything went wrong after the home got delivered. I got the home with the well package and they came 2 weeks later after the home was delivered. Plus its a good bit of stuff messed up in the home. But I do thank Mrs. Shirley in the service department for being on top of things getting fixed.

I visited several dealers in the surrounding areas . My visit to Yes home center in Vidalia was awesome. Justin was very nice to work with listened to what I wanted and what we were willing to pay . Was very informative on pricing and was able to give a price very timely manner. Thank you for making our dream come a reality .

I won’t ever deal with yes homes again. Worst mistake from the get go. I realized why a lot of people didn’t recommend them.

Really went out of their way,to make sure we were in our home as soon as possible. And have been there every step of the way. Suggest you talk to Jody Wilkes he is Awesome.

Great honest folks awho dont try to break the bank. Since ive bought a home from them i can say, their #1 priority isnt making a buck and forgetting you but its honest to goodness establishing a relationship with you from start to finish and even beyond move in! Nothing makes them happier than putting you and your family in a new home!
