Love going here. My son has so much fun in the game room.

Food not worth what they charge. Never been to a pizza place had to wait on table. I walk to restroom. 2 people n rest. The price out this world. 3 of us. 2 had buffet, with Water, I had a salad. $35.00 pluses to the waited was good. Want b back there.

The employees are great . Very friendly. Food was hot and plenty of different Pizzas. You can also have one made to your liking when you buy buffet. Or order one and take home. They have game room for kids and a party room for Birthdays and more.. also have a bar room more intimate but no alcohol. Pizza last great. Come and try it.

Good food, good service. Layout is weird which creates a bottleneck at entryway; delay in being seated & paying for our meal were the only negatives. Also pizza buffet should be labeled. My grandson snagged a delicious looking slice which turned out to be spicy, therefore it was wasted. Pizza & salads were fresh. Pastas looked good although none of my party tried it.

First visit since the remodel. Looks good. Clean. Definitely quieter and more cozy than the open floor was. I like the concept, but, on a busier night it could feel claustrophobic.

Seriously, worst dining experience Ive ever had. Salad bar: lettuce was warm and wilted, dressings were warm and discolored. Pizza: There was none. They brought out one at a time while the whole restaurant waited in line at the buffet and when it did come out the 1st 2 people in line would take all the pizza for who ever was at their table. I was waiting a half an hour and my whole family just had to eat whatever pizza came up when I got to the front of the line (buffalo chicken). The waitress never came over to check on us or refill our drinks. I never complain at a restaurant and have never left an online review of a restaurant in my life. I felt like I had to this time. If I could give less than one star I would.

Food was really good, cinnamon rolls were awesome. Service at table needs a lot of improvement. We went on a Thursday night which is senior night so thats a plus for you seniors.

Won’t be back! Got here right before buffet and was not informed buffet was about to start. After we ordered and before food was presented to us we asked the waitress about it and SHE offered to cancel the order so we could get buffet. We agreed and the next thing we know the so called cook is in our face TELLING us he was still charging us for the other order. We didn’t even request to cancel the order it was offered to us! Disgusted

Really nice place. Our first time here, very clean and friendly restaurant. Pizza was a little cold, maybe the lamps need to be turned up. Cold beer, what more can you ask for?

Food is good but stay AWAY from the game room. Several machine take money without working, others work but dont give tickets..which for small children is upsetting

I called in a order which was macaroni salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I live about 15 miles from town.When I got to Pizza Inn to pick it up I was told they were sorry but they didnt have any macaroni salad because first shift didnt make any.I drove 15 miles to get a salad that I was told would be ready for pickup when I got there. They had my phone number, what was wrong with their fingers that they could not call me and save me a trip.Pizza Inn has not been the same since the owners and management changed. Dont have to worry about me, my family or friends coming back until something changes.

This is a great family style pizza buffet with game room in the back. Theyve got a ticket awarding game room in the back, pizza buffet up front with soup, salad, dessert pizzas, ice cream and pasta (in addition to a good variety of pizzas) on the bar. If you dont see the pizza you like just let your server know and theyll make sure the pizza is cooked promptly and delivered. The pizzas are good, the service is always friendly and the prices are reasonable. The restaraunt is always extremely clean and the pizza buffet is well managed/organized. The only thing I would change is that the games tend to be a bit expensive in the game room and the the amount of tickets required for low value prizes is pretty high. As pizzeria, this place offers great service at a great value. As a game room...be prepared to bring the cash...it goes quick back there. Now go order some pies and have some fun.

We went to eat lunch today for the first time since the remodeling and we wont be back. The waitress was nice, even she said the food wasnt good, they were out of straws (what restaurant gives out of straws), the crust on several of the pizza was hard, had a lot of the same kind & not a lot of choices, the Alfredo pasta was dry with hard noodles in it and the other thing some of the pizza was not done. We were so disappointed, our money was wasted. BRING THE OLD ONE BACK. We were from out of town also, what a bummer.

Food is yummy, I had the buffet which did not have my favorite pizza, but i did request it and they cooked it fast and brought it to me for first slice.

Spaghetti was dry and cold, the pizza was not fresh, and had to wait 10 minutes for a girl to tell me it was her turn,to seat the next person waiting. Never going back there.

Had a thin crust pizza it was cold when we got it and the crust was not done just all around bad pizza first and last time I go there! In Vidalia ga, were Papa Johns!!!
