I went there for the first time concerning my radiator. They pressurised it to check for leaks. There wasnt any. He looked at the cap and it was cracked and the gasket at shifted to one side. They were very thorough. Got great service.

My car broke down on my way through town. I called crying and they were so kind they came and jumped my car NO CHARGE. I then started driving and realized that I needed more done. I went and again they showed me overwhelming kindness and drove me all the way to Beaumont while they tended to my car. This shop and their people are incredible. I hobbled into Roberts Auto shop with a last minute emergency and they took excellent care of my car. They diagnosed way more problems than I could have imagined, and fixed the mistakes from the previous dealership. They even went the extra mile (or 5) to test drive it with me to make sure that it was safe for me to drive. They are very experienced and knowledgeable and even more trustworthy. Would definitely make my way out here for their quality service.

Great guys to deal with, my truck had a bad transmission they had it reolaced and back to me in a couple days. My wife’s AC went out they rebuilt the whole AC system with new parts in 1 day! Great warranties!! Will continue to go to them
