This is the Vidor Mall! The Vidorites are all up in here.. Its a Walmart super center. It took forever to get one in Vidor. Its a huge upgrade from the old style little Walmart we had. The special thing about this Walmart is its in Vidor. Put your Vs up.. Lol

This place is huge! Was able to get help when I needed it, it was clean and well-maintained. Only part that bothered me was that there was not a mask in sight except for those who work there and it was very crowded, I was hyperventilating from anxiety. As far as the store goes, its definitely one of the better Walmarts Ive been in.

I have went several times this week to see if they had iced coffee in stock. So today I figured I’d call instead of going. This sweet lady Cynthia Wood went above and beyond on the phone. She got ahold of someone to check stock- let me know it wasn’t in- then she said I could have them scan it so you know when it will come in- and told me the restock days! Great job today Cynthia- I appreciate you!

No available handicap parking spaces.No available E-carts for mobility-challenged customers.Get there B4 opening to secure abovementioned parking space & security chases you off.

This is pretty much the only wamart I will go into..at least in our area.

Poorly stocked. Lots of empty shelves. Some employees friendly and helpful - others... not so much.

Friendly people there. Only problem I have is the customers can and are sometimes extremely rude. Other than that it is a great place to shop if you keep to yourself.

Its your typical Walmart store. The crowd is dependent on time of day. I would recommend this location.

I have been to all of the area stores and this one is by far my favorite. I drove from Bridge City to this one even though its a little farther away. Even the shopping baskets are nicer. I really like the way the grocery side is set up better. Just a way nicer place to shop over the there local stores.

I just got the second round of the Moderna Vaccine at the Pharmacy and it was as pleasant as could be expected. The rest of the supercenter was really crowded and hardly anyone was wearing a facial mask.

Today was a nice exp. The front door greeter is friendly and always hands me a wipe. The store was very clean and well stocked. The key is to go early if you can.☺

As big as a football field. They have everything but checkers. Only had one checker. They are forcing customers to use self check outs so more employees can walk around trying to look busy.

Theres a lot of things they dont carry anymore. So its kinda difficult to get all your groceries in one store now. But for the most part its a good clean store.

Only have staples no variety in food. No saturn peaches,no plaintain no spaghetti mix just jar and cans. No variety. Cannot make a meal just put together a meal in boxes. No vareity. A lot of empty spaces and a lot of filler. Store needs to be laid out again.

Theyre always out of stuff I need. Its a very busy store. The people who work there are nice for the most part. There are a few bad apples but thats every job. They need to work better on restocking. I think they have too much business for the employees to handle.

Its VIDOR cant expect much. Wanted a piece of jewelry and stood there for a good ten minutes NOBODY ever showed up. Then they started announcing they were closing (at 8:00 pm mind you) when they have been closing at 8:30 and the website says 10:00. Finally after bit hing a little I got the assistance I was looking for.... BUT LIKE I SAID ITS VIDOR YOU REALLY CANT EXPECT MUCH!!!!! 🤔🤔🤔

My mother is on oxygen after being in the hospital with pneumonia. Last week yalls scooter died on her and today the only one was outside in parking lot. Whos in charge of the scooters?

This is a pretty good Walmart. Its set up similar to every other Wally World out there but it is set off of the street a good way behind a local supermarket. The parking lot is also one of the easiest to navigate and its a lot safer than other Walmart parking lots.

Some of the nicest people and always have a good service. My favorite walmart around.

The one thing that sets this Walmart apart from the others, is its extravagant cereal aisle! If you’re a cereal connoisseur and love to try new cereals, then why go anywhere else to buy cereal? The person over the cereal inventory and purchase is the real MVP. The stocker of aisle 6 has their work cut out got them due to the uncanny ability to chose the awesomeness in a box like Walmart does. Vidor Walmart is officially my cereal plug, and I’ll bet Walmart could use a cereal side chick. I thought I’d just throw that out there. Im almost like Vidor Walmart’s informant at this point!

I went through self check out so I really didnt have interaction with any staff there.

Surprising selection of grocery items. The renovation since I was there 3 years ago has completely changed the atmosphere.

My issue isnt with the store but with thee employees I m disabled granted I look like everyone else, no visible sign like a wheelchair. On a bad day I have trouble movie, uncomfortable movements. On those days the employees will follow me, watch every move I make, every item I scan. Check my receipt, and items in cart. This insults me, upsets my kids. Its rude other customers around me dont go thru this. Walmart employees need to learn more about people with disabilities and to be more respectfulT

We just had a wonderful time at the Walmart Drive In. The employees were friendly and ready to help. The movie and refreshments were great. I hope they have movie night again. We had so much fun as a family.

The Vidor location is easily accessible and always well stocked.

They have the basic walmart stuff. They keep the bathrooms clean however finding an employee to help is pretty hard.

Enjoyed my visit immensely!!!!! Shelves were well stocked for all that I needed and fresh produce and the bakery also had everything I went in for. Also the cashier was extremely professional

Went to the store today and they say theres shortage of coins before and I brought over 100 dollars in rolled quarters and they refuse to take 10.00 worth. This store is not cash friendly at all and theres no shortage of coins.

We went to directly to what we needed and was in and out no time and there was very very great service this time thank you Jesus and thank you all the people that actually did something you have something to be proud of cuz it needed it.

Its a Wal-Mart. Honestly its not a bad one. They had good safety setup during covid restrictions. Glowing reviews arent needed for walmart.

Self checkout is bomb.

Only two checkers had to self checkout. Also a lot of empty shelves.

I bought everything I needed for a last minute Christmas decorating for less than $200! A prelit 7ft tree, all the decorations, wrapping paper, tape, and tags, and stocking stuffer candy. Great deals, good service, I was really happy with my purchases!

About 3/4s of the people are not wearing masks, and theres nothing at all being done about being covid safe. This place is a covid spreading nightmare, and walmart could care less about killing people. If you are at risk at all, dont go here, for your own saftey.

The only issue at all is it needs more carts for the handicapped... be so nice not to worry that there wont be one.

Store was busy. Crowded. Hard to find a parking place. Some of th electric carts dont work. Some staff and customers are rude,some shelved empty. There was one couple that helped me reach items I. Couldnt and one staff that helped me put items in truck. I would like to thank the couple that helped me and the staff member that also helped.

There are some items I can not get any where else, the store is do large that I have to use an electric cart to get around and I some times have to wait for one. The need more with some at both doors.

Whoever orders for this Walmart does a lousy job. Its like they dont order what is popular. They need you to buy what they have ( that no one wants, why its still on the shelf). Nearly everytime I go they are out of at least 1-2 things.Of course, not every department is this way. Mostly pet food and grocery.
