Worst Merle Norman in the Southeast Texas area. The owner thinks she fools customers into thinking her 20% off sale is something special...she raises her product prices so you are not saving anything. She will not honor Merle Norman’s policies including the free gift with a 2 item purchase. She also refuses to accept Merle Norman gift cards purchased at other locations. The owner said, “it cuts too much into my profit”. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and does not know the products at all. On more than one occasion, the owner has mentioned her profit margin to different customers. Save yourself some time, money, and headache...go to the Orange location.
