Day 1, nobody knew for sure when decorator worked or what her name was. They werent sure what kind of cakes are available or options. Day 2, Cake decorator was at store and was very helpful. Friendly, thorough, and great option information. Expected pick up in 3 days per request. Day 3, they cant tell we prepaid it, but we have receipts. Design is great, very good service by Kate!!. Very clean store and ice cream looked delicious on display!

Brand new so everything is clean and the service was good. We came around 10 a.m. so we didnt get hot donuts but some dont like them hot. They have lots of variety and of course if youre looking for ice cream the Baskin-Robbins is here as well. They have waffle cones sugar cones waffle bowls and chocolate dipped waffle cones. One dozen donuts cost us $8.99 before tax. P.S. make sure you bring a sweatshirt its literally freezing in here it has to be 60 degrees inside

Walked in today 5-24-20 at 5:28pm to get some Ice Cream for my Birthday and the Cashier was leaning over the freezer dam near breathing in it on the Ice Cream then had nerve to be picking with the Ice on the side of freezer allowing it to fall in the Ice Cream. She needs to be fired. I should have recorded her and posted it to go Viral and called the CDC and Sanitation Dept. My family and myself walked right out! THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE TIME FOR THIS !!! Ive visited a few times now for Dunkin Donuts related products that were spot on--best coffee in town, honestly! The morning and evening weekday staff are nice, polite and thorough. Their weekend morning crew are the same. However, both times Ive popped in on a weekend evening shift Ive been met with a decided lack of training, and/or problem solving.Today I tried Baskins Robins ice cream for the first time I ever. I wanted to get something that would be large enough for me to take home and share. I asked the girl behind the counter about the Take Home pack regular size and she was completely baffled. I tried clarifying twice, and was both times met with confusion and I have no idea what youre talking about, even when I showed her the line item on the menu. I could see other people in the back she easily could have asked for help, but as a large line was forming behind me, I didnt feel like pressing the issue.I got a couple scoops and left, and Im not sure Ill be going back any time soon. Not only because the staffs complete confusion, but frankly a complete lack of selection. Their 31 flavors really should be re titled 3 flavors every one has, 20 vaguely different ways to mix chocolate, vanilla, and caramel, and Name Brand Drop. But I guess thats less catchy. Wheres the exciting ones they listed on their website?

Update: Asked about the lights, day later they were on. All is good in the land of coffee and cake.For whatever reason the manager has the automatic exterior lights come on at 8am, meaning the lights are only on during the day but off all night. You cant even read the menu and wouldnt even know the place was open if you didnt check online.

The ice cream we had was good but most of the flavors we tried wasnt. Decent ice cream, certainly not the best.

Charged for double sausage when we didnt order it, nor were they cooked all the way. Kolaches were cold on the inside. Coffee was good, but thats about it.
