No upselling, no high pressure sales...just a breath of fresh air. Got a great deal and they included coupons with the sales, not one or the other. Summary: Yes. Go.I have went to 4 different major mattress stores around (Bobs and Value City) but Jack had the best service of all. Representatives from the other stores just showed me different mattresses and stand there. But Jack was quick, caring, and helpful. Never went through the whole experience of buying a bed but my wife and I decided it was time to invest. Went in on Presidents Day and Masood was very helpful and patient with us the entire time. He worked with our budget to find the perfect combo. Splurged on the adjustable bed since it was a great deal. It was delivered later that week and the whole process was smooth.
