Everytime I come to Whole Foods, its a good experience. They offer an awesome deli spread including some pretty awesome pizza! They have a wide variety of high quality food. They even have a meat counter where you can pick up a multitude of steaks and seafood for your backyard barbecue. I would highly consider shopping here at least once if you havent already. The staff here are also very helpful and friendly😁

I love this store but and it is a big but! It seems always cahier is so limited. Even though there is a good number of check out put only one or two is working. If they wanted to cut on the cashier at least add some self check out. Other than that this store is always clean and well organized. Parking always have available spots.

I love this store!! The bakery is superb. Always fresh. I regularly buy cakes and fresh baked breads for my family. Always huge hit. After I found this bakery at Whole Foods, I don’t go to the expensive french bakery anymore.I also like their selections of organic milks and butters. I can buy top rating organic, grass fed milks and butters that I can’t find at other grocery stores.Fresh baked pizzas are so delicious too. I love spinach with ricotta and mushroom with red onion.Staff members are always kind and helpful.

Stop in for a quick lunch and drink. Got to my car to eat and everything was cold. Chicken, macaroni and cheese and samosa. It’s a hot bar. Food should be hot.

I visit every whole foods in the DMV area and look for cleanliness and customer service attitude. This store definitely passed with flying colors. Great job and continue serving the community..

Fine grocery store. Nonetheless, the staff seem to have some sort of personal vendetta against the fruit I pick out. The apples on the pile in the produce section are so perfect. But, after the employees at the point of sale get done slamming them on the scale, slamming them on the counter, and dropping them into the bag they end up bruised and beaten. For 3 dollars a pound, I would think the staff would treat the produce with slightly more respect.

In 1990 my office was across the street which is now a Weichert Real Estate office. At that time it was a Town & Country Real Estate office. My desk then was on the ground level in front of the window to the left of the front door. The Whole Foods store was a vacated Lowe’s Hardware Store at that time which remained vacant for many years until it became Fresh Fields which became Whole Foods and in my mind now, contrary to signage, is really Amazon Foods.The architectural limitation of the existing building when it became a food store is no fault of Amazon, Whole Foods or Fresh Fields. As the idiom goes “it is what it is” so please no whining about the small selections available on the premises. I look at it as a very good higher quality food convenience store.The location works for me. I shop there at off hours so I have no complaints about congestion problems relative to distancing policies. In my opinion produce section is especially well managed and produce is of higher quality. You can pick up a decent bottle of wine and they have Pilsner Urquell in the beer section. Benefit of COIVID is individual pastries are now cellophane wrapped. I also appreciate that the store is meticulously and conspicuously clean. Checkout cashiers clean/disinfect the conveyor belt after each transaction. Thank you.

I really enjoy shopping here. Great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The mini restaurants inside are also fun to eat at. If you are a pizza lover, you MUST try the fresh made pizza; mushroom is by far my favorite! I cant wait for their amazing salad bar and hot food bar to return.

In the center of the town. Very convenient. The size is just right, and being well organized makes shopping very efficient. Organic fruits are on sale from time to time. The deals are so good that I wont be able to find anywhere else, which even beats Costcos. Whole Foods is my favorite. This store is my favorite place.

I was over this grocery store over the weekend. Im never coming back. Furthermore, Ill take my $$$$ somewhere else. Just because I spent time in the skincare section reading the ingredients in the products Im interested in buying doesnt mean Im going to steal them. No need to harass me all the way to check out. I felt deeply offended! BTW its call being knowledgeable in making sure Im buying natural products in the store you claim to sale!! LOTS OF PRODUCTS OUT THERE CLAIMING TO BE NATURAL AND THEY ARE FILL WITH NASTY INGREDIENTS. PEOPLE READ THE LABELS.

Went here once a few months ago visiting the area. Nice and clean store. Some customers are rude however. One women in particular said nothing and squeezed behind my boyfriend with her behind sliding against him. I was not too happy about that.

It has been about two year or so, so I would write what I can remember, one day I was driving my bike and felt a little hungry, I just got to the market to get some chocolate, but I realized that I do not have my wallet with me, but a $50 or $20 dollars and the cashier refused to get the money because he has no change, he told me that he will pay it himself.(I return to give him the money back)That was my memory in this supermarket, thank you strange man, I guess he was a student just like me, so good luck to you and your wonderful team at the Whole Foods Market.Oh, yeah the chocolate, it was a dark chocolate about $3.00, not exactly sure, but it was good treat after along bike ride.

We always get our groceries through the delivery. I always have great service here and find what I need. One time I got a flower bouquet and the stems were moldy under the wrapping, which wasn’t pleasant but isn’t the store’s fault.

Excellent shopping experience. We have been lucky to get the chance to get to know many of the staff over the years, truly good people, very friendly and helpful!

This is one of the larger stores with a great variety of everything. One star off for the empty shelves+not enough lines of vegetarian/vegan chilled goods - please carry more!Particularly like to get fresh fish here for my cats.

When I learned that employees at this store kicked a mother (who is also a nurse) and a disabled, wheelchair-bound, non-verbal, 14 year-old girl out of the store because the girl didnt have a mask on, I thought the store deserved a bad rating. Great job, Rubin and Becca.

Hello, i like wholefoods Vienna however they do have a big issue which is there is not enough cashiers all the time, i am not sure weather the company is cutting cashiers to save money or they don’t have enough cashiers to be working. Anyway even it’s very busy but the customer service seems they don’t want open another line to help. I have to mention that the cashiers are doing their part and friendly . But not scheduling enough people as Wegmans does. I had to switch to Wegmans to void the checking out time or installing a self checkout, I believe that will help. Thanks

I didnt like this Whole Foods location. I found the branch to be relatively not well lit nor well stocked. The ready-made food section was quite poor compared to other Whole Foods. While it is easily accessible from the main road and has a lot of parking in a ring around the store it just lacks the variety of options/atmosphere/quality one really looks for in a Whole Foods and particularly with so many Whole Foods locations in and around the area.

Friendly staff and well organized layouts in the store. I enjoy the chocolate croissant and French brioche from its bakery department. They are way better than that at other Whole Foods. If you are an amazon prime member with no Whole Foods app on your phone, you can still use your amazon app to scan your member code and receive discounts. Convenient and pleasant shopping experience!!

Great service, cashier let me run last minute chicken after my husband texted he had a taste for it while I was in line. There was no-one behind me so we didnt hold anyone else up. Best chuck roast in town, and nice Prime member discount for it. Yum!

I had dinner there. I was somewhat disappointed. The tables were dirty and the selection was nothing fantastic. I wanted a bottle of water - lots of other items available but forget water. It was only available by the glass from the communal jug. The food bar was unappetizing so I want with sushi. Lacking in overall quality. Lastly - for the quality I purchased the prices were exceptionally high. I may go back to other Whole Foods but this left me wanting.

Wholefoods is one of my favorite places to go but yesterday sometime happened that was unusual. As I was walking in the back of the store there was a gentle who was giving out taste tests for something. As I was walking closer he turned his head as to say he did not want to talk to me or give me one of his samples. This made me laugh because normally the people in the Wholefoods store always offer their samples but not this gentleman

Great selection of fresh produce and pastries. Much smaller than the Whole Foods location in the Fair Oaks area.The merger with Amazon might lower prices but I am not sure it has been good for the workers. Will be paying close attention and hopefully things get better and not worst for the employees. Nothing makes a store enjoyable more than happy employees.

Whole Foods Market was nasty children pickup cookies by had touching everything adults sizing by hot food bar. I run out without purchasing anything.If I had time I would had spoken to the manager to start covering the foods and designate someone to keep closing things

You can never go wrong with this gem. I know you hear all the smart remarks, Whole Food - Whole Paycheck. However, their 365 brands are comparable to other grocery stores. Service is second to none, and quality of its products are superior to other chains. I dont mind paying for quality and wholesome ingredients. I will always be a big fan and Im sure so will you.

This Whole Foods has a great bakery selection for a solid price. The croissants and scones are incredible! I stop here frequently on my way to work and theyre always fresh in the morning. Customer service is also on point.

I usually go to the Whole Foods in Falls Church, VA but this Whole Foods has a LOT of seating near the prepared food area and even has outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. Plus, the selection seems to be much more varied at this location in Vienna, VA. The prepared food and salad bar seems to always be fresh. And their fresh cut flowers are always lovely with a wide selection.

This is one of my favorite Wholefoods and the first I went to regularly - starting in1999! It has a great espresso bar and a full on pub with a bunch of TVs for watching sports. The hot food bar unfortunately is on the mediocre side compared to other Wholefoods in the area - pretty limited selection. Cold food bar is a bit better. Their bakery section is one of the best in the area. Very communal feel in the eating area/pub.

I love the grocery, cooked foods and grocery. They also have area where you can buy beer. I love where there are tables and chairs where you can eat. Its a place we can go if we are in a hurry and need to eat. They change their menu everyday too. There is no wide selection of grocery items and meats though.

This market is well located. It is close to a library so it is a good spot to get coffee or lunch while perusing the books or studying vigorously for an exam. The market is on the smaller side, but there is more than enough parking and items for your needs. The staff is friendly and helpful as well!

I tried the Blueberry Pound Cake from the Bakery, and was terribly disappointed. It was rather dry and lacked enjoyable taste, if it was even there. Quite a surprise, but then again, typically fell short of bakery items purchased at places like Wegmans. While trying to eat this failure, the item continuously crumbled, where it was really difficult to break off a solid piece (with fingers or fork) but instead fell into a pile of crumbs. Such a waste for the $5.99 price I paid. Won’t make that mistake again.

The parking lot is awkward and the isles are narrow. They do however have a nice selection of premium products. Im certain they have loyal customers depending on what kind of shopping experience you are looking for but, Im not one of them.

Nice store on very busy street but theres a free parking lot. Produce dept seemed lacking compared to WF stores closer to my DC store. Employees were friendly. Nice wine selection.

I’m a regular Whole Foods customer for the past seven years and get almost all of my grocery here. However, this year I decided to transition and shop at the Mom’s in Mosaic (or Fresh Market when I’m feeling lazy). I’m very disappointed in the quality of food I get from this Whole Foods. I’ve had issues including: rotten oranges, a bit moldy blueberries, rotten pork tenderloin, and walnuts that taste like they’ve been sitting there for a while, etc. My friend told me he saw employees taking out moldy blueberries at the Falls Church location. Also, the Whole Foods in downtown DC by my office seems to always have better produce than this one, despite the same price. I’m willing to pay more for grocery to get better food and support the store to be nice to their employees. However, either one seems to be true nowadays. I started to buy more grocery from Mom’s, they are not more expensive than Whole Foods but everybody is very nice, the food quality better, and they try very hard to be sustainable.

This Whole Foods is not well maintained.Someone mentioned they saw flies in the meat section, and now I notice them every time. I was going to buy frozen vegetables, but everything was covered in frost and had freezer burn. The place is dirty and poorly maintained. Feels like a Safeway, not a Whole Foods.We just moved to the area, and have basically ruled out Whole Foods as an option for groceries.Hoping that they get it together, because we did all of our shopping at our old Whole Foods before moving.

The parking lot can be horrendous at times, in terms of finding a space, and not being run into, or running into someone.Have you ever ordered their in-house made pizza? They are incredible. Just one with Mushrooms is a game-changer.

Good place to run into neighbors. High quality groceries and a fun family friendly bar with wine and multiple craft beers on tap. The hand tossed prepared pizza is one of the best in town. The hot food bar and other prepared food selection is in desperate need of an update. The hot food bar is almost always uninspired and dried out.

Well the reason for the bad review is their ethics are deplorable meaning they try to gouge you. First off all I bought alexis french fries from them it was atleast a dollar more than Giant right down the road. I decided to pay extra for the convenience but come to find they are actually half the size of the one I bought from Giant.not only did I pay more but I got half of what I should have. That is just one example there were many others on this trip. I feel like I got ripped off. Not by a small margin. Also u your meat from The Fresh Market prices are better and of better quality. I mean the meat at fresh market even at choice grade was better than their prime much more tasty and much cheaper. You would do yourself good to say goodbye to WHOLE PAYCHECK. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER CHOICES in a .5 mile radius.

I am very pleased with this WholeFoods bakery department. Both manager, Merki, and her associate, Finda were very pleasant, patient, and professional. We ordered my niece’s 1st birthday cake and they followed every little detail in design and the cake was beautiful. She even offered her cell and communicated with me after hours to assure me that they’ll do their best to make it happen for us and they sure did. Great service and beautiful people.

Nice, clean (rather small) Whole Foods in a prime location within Vienna, VA. Salad bar, nice little coffee area. Its across the street from a cute little courtyard where you can catch a summer concert.

Presentation is the key, but fine, fresh organic foods is one of the reasons to visit. In addition, their selection of fish is unsurpassed in Annapolis. great job!

I go here when I visit family in VA. I only go here for the deep fried tortilla chips, flour, not corn. They are a little spendy, but we dont have them in Minnesota that Ive found, so its a VA treat. Make sure and get the guacamole to go with the chips.
