Last year I took my 2020 Jeep Altitude to Excalabur Detailing and talked to Joe.He took his time evaluating my vehicle listened to what my objectives were and made his recommendations. We compared the different shades of tint film and he confirmed the tint percentage was what I was looking for and he started the work. Cleaned the windows a couple of times to make sure no debris and everything turned out perfect. He gave fair pricing and uses quality products. My family and friends were so impressed that my dad had me take his 2021 Lexus today. I was in and out of the shop in about an hour and a half. Their impeccable quality in the window tint installation is no comparison.

I came here for my first time to get a Complete Interior Detail since the first owner of my vehicle had the interior looking pretty rough.. & after coming here i came to what it looked like a new car ! i wish i wouldve taken more/better pics of the before . Im very satisfied with the results and will be recommending people here, all the workers were very nice and informed me about the other services they offer.

Brought the car in to get it ready for ride share services. The car is 8 years old and had never been detailed. There was extreme sun damage present and severe pet hair present throughout the car along with extreme weathering and typical wear and tear. The detail was quoted at approximately 400$ and a service time of ~6 hours. The car was is such bad shape that they offered to keep it for an extra day in order to ensure it was cleaned/detailed to there standard. I am blown away by the quality of this detail, my car looks basically brand new! Well worth the wait, thanks again!

I appreciated this car wash because of the materials used. You can get it cleaned anywhere. But the materials used to dry makes a huge difference.This location has exceptional stuff that made a big difference from the place I go downtown to have the same service done.That said, I would be wrong to say they didnt miss a few spots that were quite glaring. Glike some poop on the windshield and some other spots where Im like...really🤔I say that because stuff like that will make you not come back. However, met the owner and I liked the service overall so I will be back.

Glad I found this place! They offer pick up and drop off service if needed. They washed and waxed my car and it has not looked this good since I drove off the showroom floor. They treated the entire interior, conditioned the leather seats, wood grain, etc. The wash and wax on the exterior was well done. Will use this service again for sure.

I did the interior detailing. Sometimes you need to have a professional service done to your car, whether you have a date to pick up, or if some relatives will sit in your car. For me, it was these seats stains that were so stubborn, I couldn’t get rid of it. Now the stains are gone. Joe was also gracious enough to drop me off home while they worked on the car. My vehicle looks and smells almost like a brand new car. Thanks guys, I’ll be back in the future when my car and seats gets dirty again.

I had my car detailed at Excalabur and it was the best detail Ive ever gotten. Im extremely satisfied and happy with the the job, and would highly recommend their team to anyone. Not only does the car look great, Joe and his team went above and beyond, buffing and dyeing internal scuffs and scratches. My car is white with white interior, and I can honestly say it looks and feels brand new.

After reading mostly positive reviews I decided to check this place out. Initially I requested an interior mini detail; however, they talked me into getting a full interior detail to remove stains from the headliner.It took approx 7hrs; they advised 5hrs, and did not notify me they needed extra time - I had to call them to check status.When I picked the vehicle up they did not address the headliner at all, despite it being included with the service and the main reason I was convinced to get a full detail! I sat and waited while they completed this - going on ~8hrs now.As I drove home I noticed the windows were dirty; assuming it was on the outside I proceeded home. Turns out the interior windows were not addressed either… wow.I also requested a hand wash when I dropped the vehicle off, but they did not notify me until 7hrs later that they could not accommodate due to their drains not being operational since they were in a new building. Not a big deal, but they could of notified me up front and cleaned the residue left on the outside of the vehicle around the doors/windows which was not there prior.Very disappointed, as my expectations were high in reading their reviews. I’m in need of a detail for our other vehicle, but this place is out of the question.

I brought my black, 1969 classic car 442 Oldsmobile in today to Excalabur and spoke with Joe and his wife regarding waxing my car. They went above and beyond explaining to me the process. They were able to get the circular swirls out of my entire car, along with some small scratches. Just picked it up and I’m extremely happy with their knowledge, service, and bringing back to life my classic black 442! Nice family, good people. I’ll be back.

Went here through a extended warranty claim I filed for headlight restoration. They did such a great job that I came back on my own for a interior detail. They made my dirty WeatherTech mats look like they were brand spanking new! My interior was very nice and well cleaned Im very satisfied with the work that they did. My car had scratches and scuffs. The previous buff job done by another company was incorrectly done leaving noticeable swirls. Joe was very friendly and confident they could get scratches out. They did an excellent job detailing my car as well as removing swirls. I would highly recommend them.

Excalibur Detailing came through again for me..... Absolutely love this place.... My truck doesnt fit through the drive thru machine washes so I have to get it hand car washed. Tons of salt on my truck and I wanted to get it off.... Joe was amazing and did an impeccable job as always. Joe and his team were amazing and are highly recommended! I had some really bad water spots all over the car on the body of the paint and on the windows. It was not noticeable on the body of the car in sunlight but the windows were noticeable. Joe was able to recommend some home options for me to try first. When I brought the car in, he was able to show how bad it was in the body paint and thoroughly explained my options. He was able to get me in a lot sooner than other detail shops and worked tirelessly to get as much of the water spots removed. The car the following day in the sunlight looks awesome!! He was able to get all etched water spots off the glass and most off the paint to the point that you can’t see them anymore.Other detail shops thought it was impossible to remove these water spots since they were so etched in the paint and glass, but Joe and his team were able to get this corrected. I am so grateful and really appreciate their hard work. His customer service is impeccable and his entire staff was friendly and professional. They earned a customer for life!!

To start off, I tried to make an appointment but was told I didnt need to for a car wash. I honestly tried to trust this place and didnt fully inspect my truck before I left, I usually work 12 hours or more so I just wanted to go home. Needless to say Im not going to bother going back, I really shouldnt have to. Other than that the photos here can speak for my experience.

I spilled an entire, full to the brim, smoothy in my car and it was everywhere!!! I needed a last minute detailing job ASAP and this place literally saved me! I have a Corvette that is my summer car. I wouldn’t take it anywhere else to get washed. Joe and the team are professional, detail oriented and very careful around the car. Edit: My 1st review was not a pleasant experience but Joe (the owner) reached out and personally made sure my Jeep was washed and waxed to his standards. He made sure it was perfect the second time around the way it should have been he said. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles back.$30 for a rushed car wash and wax that wasnt properly done definitely wont be coming back here really disappointed.

The owners went above and beyond to help me. My cat sprayed inside my car and they not only made sure my car looked pristine, but they completely got rid of the smell. The owner even went out of her way and took me to an auto shop to buy a new filter since that was one of the causes of the smell still lingering. I would 100% come back here and use their service thanks again for all the help.

Came in on Saturday the 27th and my car was filled with salt, dirt etc. And I asked for the interior and exterior service and they told me I had to wait which I didnt mind and the owner was awesome, told me about everything, asked about things and was very kind and so was his staff when asking about the car and service and were just very respectful! And when the owner brought my car out it was absolutely stunning and gorgeous!! Ill definitely be bringing my car back and coming with others as well! Worth the time and money!!

We took in our car for paint damage caused by an unknown substance. The substance eroded through the white pearl finish that nothing worked to remove it. They ended up having to strip it down and repaint, not an easy feat for this color. They didn’t stop until it was flawless and the result was absolutely perfect. Quality work cannot be rushed and we’ve not met a group more passionate about perfection. Definitely recommend and we are now forever customers.

Just took my Model Y to Excalibur for their full service wash. Great, thorough job on the outside and inside, especially considering the amount of winter grime I came in with. Knowledgeable staff talked me through detail options for the future. Will definitely be taking in my other car in for a wash as soon as I can.

I cant emphasize enough how great of an experience I had with the excalabur team and Joe. I went in for a corrective paint job not really knowing the extent of what needed to be done to fix my scratches, but Joe was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me and giving me his honest opinion of what to do. I found Excalibur Detail on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I drove my SUV with my two boxers from La to Chicago and needed a serious clean up. I am entirely picky when it comes to any business cleaning my car. I was so impressed by how it turned out. There was little to no dog hair in the back of my SUV which is INCREDIBLE. Trust me.... I have visited several car wash locations and very few pull this off. They even lined the back of the SUV with plastic to secure the cleanliness for the road trip back. To top it off... they placed a scent in my car too without me needing to ask. 5 stars to this business and the owner for being so patient with the requests I had. They went above and beyond! I will def be back next time I’m back here.

Detail shop folks were courteous and took pride in doing a full detail of my car. Paint looked better than when I bought the car 5 months ago. It started to rain when I went to pickup the car, and I was happy to see that they put it back in their garage and were patient to let me inspect their work before I left with the car. Took my 7 year old mini van in for an interior detail. It was absolutely filthy from several road trips and home landscaping projects. I didnt think it would be possible to get the leather seats fully clean. To my shock, the interior looked brand new again!

This place exceeded all my expectations. The entire passenger side of my car was exposed to well water from my sprinkler that baked in on one of the hottest days. They did a great job on interior ofmy Honda Civic the cloth seats were brought back to life after a rough 5 years on them. Excalibur detailing puts in the hardwork and have the proper tools for the job.

I recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car cleaned. Everyone here was very nice and the guy that helped me out even bought me Wendy’s as I was waiting for my car to get cleaned which surprised me. I wanted my back seats to be shampooed because I had a dog in my car that destroyed my back seats and they did extra and vacuumed all the dog hair when I didn’t ask for it. If I’m ever going to Chicago again I will for sure come back! Thank you guys!

Got the full interior package for my 2009 CR-V. It looks like a brand new car straight off the lot! I could not believe the results when I got my car back. The free pick-up and delivery was also a major plus for me so I did not have to worry about coordinating a ride. Had my car in for a buff and wax back in June but when I got there, they thought I also wanted a paint correction, I told them no and one of the guys told me okay buff and wax only, I come back and talk to the owner, great guy super nice as well as the staff but he said they tried the paint correction but it didn’t come out right so he didn’t charge me for it but I specifically told the worker and when I scheduled the detail no paint correction. The car looked great at first, but it was dark when I left, the next day in the sunlight, all the swirl marks were still there as well as the light scratches I pointed out and the worker told me he can get those out or at least make it less noticeable, the car looked exactly the same, actually worse because the wax was put onto the black trim that goes around the windows and faded the black. Nice people but the detail made the car look worse than when I took it in.
