It took over an hour to simply have my number transferred to the phone we had purchased online. Then there was a mistake, the phone had to be put back into inventory and replaced with another model, with the taxes paid separately even though all payment had been made already. The clerk was also not apologetic for the mix up and basically because AT&T doesnt sign his checks he wasnt responsible.

Hector is a great support system ! He helped my mother In law set up TV & Internet at her new home, even got waived installation fee !

Came in to switch my business account from sprint to At&t and the manager at this location took great care of me, offered a good price and set me up with new phones. I normally don’t do reviews but this time I felt like I had to. They took great care of me and my wife, both of us aren’t the youngest and he made everything easy to understand even for us old folks. He however is always alone when I come in, it can’t be easy working all day every day but that doesn’t affect the customer service level he provides. Amazing service

I bought an iPhone, a phone case, and a wireless charger from this store [all items recommended by the staff]. The charger doesnt work well with the phone case. I would need to take off the case every time. So I decide to return the wireless charger. Turns out this store does not take returns and would not even give me store credit. I am now stuck with a $45 charger I wont use.Their customer service is also sub par. I have been there three times out of location/convenience. I regret dealing with this store. I recommend shopping online or going to the Elmhurst [North and York] location instead.

The statements made by other customers are true regarding the LACK of professionalism. My experience with the manager, Hector, was all but pleasant or professional.I had intended to purchase a specific smartphone and go about my day in record time.However, i was met with his negative attitude and arrogance and it completely ruined the entire vibe of what shouldve been the simplest transaction of his career.Is this best atnt can do for its loyal customers? i had to walk out mid-transaction because i felt as tho i was being provokedI very much would like to speak a superintendent regarding this unacceptable behavior

The people in this store are rude. They are very belittling and arrogant. I called before heading over to the store and I was talked down to, insulted, then hung up on. The people in this store need better training.

Went in to this store after a horrible experience at another At&t store and both Dago I believe he is the manager and Gloria were very helpful, they both went above and beyond in helping me resolve my problem. I have been to this locating in the past and previous management were horrible and would say anything to get the sale but with Dago being in charge I can finally come back to my local store. They don’t act like sales men at all which is refreshing when going into a retail store, you don’t feel like your taking to a matchine but to a real person that understands what you need and can connect with you. Anyways thanks for the great job, definitely coming back to upgrade my families phones.

Dago the store manager was incredible, I came in in tears because of problems I keeps having with customer service and he was so nice providing me a tissue and listening to all my problems instead of just sending me to another store or customer service. We spent over 2 hours resolving my problems, I felt so bad because he wasn’t gaining anything by it. We finally got everything resolved and I owe it all to him, this guy is literally and angel sent from heaven and can’t stress enough how amazing he is. Good bless this man for all the love and respect he showed me, I really apreviate everything. This guy will do great things in life with his love and passion for helping people. ❤️

My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones. We decided to make the leap from our Samsung’s to the iPhones. Muhammad was the guy who helped us and he was somewhat nice, but not very helpful. When we told him we wanted to get the iPhone and he told us we should go to the Apple store because they might have deals going on. Apparently, this store wants to push off their customers into someone else. He made us feel like we were bothering him. He had us factory reset our old phones, only to find out we didn’t need to right away because we could have transferred everything from them to the iPhones, so that took forever to re log in and get stuff transferred. He was on his phone and in order to get a question answered my husband had to ask it 3 times before getting an answer and only to find out some of the answers he gave us were completely wrong. I’ve never had problems there before and maybe he is usually great and just didn’t like us, but horrible customer service.

I wanna start by saying thank you Jose Alfaro for changing my mind to switch to AT&T. I never knew how good at&t was till I stopped in this location and made the switch. Jose made it happen, he was very skillful and has great customer service abilities.(he stayed 1 and half hr past closing just helping us) I managed to get 2 lines plus tv service and free internet for life. He helped us save 100 dollars from the other providers. Couldnt be happier. Thank you again

I arrived to the store on a sat at 7:30pm and the hours are posted 10:00am - 8:00pm why did they closed and the employee was inside the store with the lights off and wouldn’t acknowledge me or open the door. Your store will lose business. This is so unprofessional.
