Above and beyond! Friendly and well knowledgeable staff. I came in there recently wanting 1 cigar and they sold me into 3 other similar sticks that really matched my flavor pallet. Im very impressed with their well kept contemporary cigar collection in their walk in Humidor!! Chances are theyll have what youre looking for. Their prices are completely reasonable and they also sell other tobacco type products. I havent stayed in their lounge for a long time but from what Ive experienced, their guests seem to be welcoming fun bunch of dudes.Compared to similar Cigar Lounges within Chicago Land, this place has the BEST customer service by far. Other cigar lounges Ive been to are WAY over priced, A-Holes, too far from the city and or they dont speak any English.If you enjoy experiencing different cigars and being around a welcoming bunch of friendly cool people, You really owe it to yourself to visit this place ASAP. This place is dirty and the hookah is weak! The one star is for the music and the cold soft drink that was “free” with my $10 admission.

Love the place. Seating areas are semi-private for groups and the people that work there is very friendly. Will have to stop by again the next time I visit Chicago

Place has a nice set up of seating and different sections you can sit in. Also has a small bar to get drinks with your cigar and/or hooka. Might plan plan party here in the future.

My first time here. It looks small from the outside but its huge. I like how the smoking areas are in semi private sections. The man who took care of us was very helpful and courteous as we are novices to cigar smoking. He answered all questions with patience. Expect a drink to be $10. Will definitely return.

Great place to go to relax, smoke a cigar and watch a game. The owner Tony is great guy. Always has good recommendations on new cigar. The humidor is the biggest Ive ever seen.

To pricey. Paid $20 for two cigars and at Binney’s they are $11 a piece. Not going back.

Aye the owner Tony is a great dude... Their section cigars are ok.. But they didnt have any of my go getters.. I had to settle for one of my third string stick... But the service was second time none... Tony is a great guy and runs a great spot... Ill be back the next time Im in this area

Love this Cigar lounge! Never disappointed when I walk in to make my selection out of the wide variety of Cigars they sell. Owner running the place is a real good laidback guy. The only place I will continue to give my money too. My only suggestion would be when the music is playing from the Music box on the wall, maybe the music could be a little more higher in volume? Played about 15 songs with 3 buddies like 2 weeks ago there and its not completely bad but it could definitely be just a bit more louder. Other than that really great place and amazing couches to sit on and relax after a long day, or week!

Super comfortable atmosphere! Seemingly endless selection if cigars. on point drink service and hookah was very tasty. The owner was even nice enough to bring us a special flavor hookah for free!

I will always choose this place over 8 to 8 Cigars any day. Their selection of sticks cant be beaten. Some cigar prices though are too overpriced in my opinion. I saw a Drew Estate Under Crown for 16 dollars! I kind of sense that the employees there are not welcoming but they are respectful which is all that matters to me. They have a large monitor displaying every nook and cranny of the store just to let you know that youre being watched which can be a bit awkward. I really enjoyed the comfortable couches and large screen TVs. I will always be a repeat customer for sure.

Great place to lounge and enjoy hookah or cigar. Be prepared to pick your own music playlist via a computer with YouTube if the host allows it. Many flavor combos. No alcohol allowed in the room but bar available.

I am the bestman in my brothers wedding so I had set up a day for the groom and us groomsmen to all hangout before the big day. One of the things I looked for was a place to have a good cigar and drinks. So after searching online, I called Ultimate Cigar Lounge & Hookah Bar and asked Tony for a section reserved for 6 of us for a bachelor/groomsmen day, basically a place for us to relax and unwind after a few holes at the golf course. I am so happy with my decision to have it at this place and am grateful I did not end up going elsewhere. I simply expected a small place for us to be on our own and left alone. That, of course, was met. However, what I did not expect, was how above and beyond the manager and owner went to help our group.Anything we needed or asked for was met, any recommendations on cigars were well received, taken and were perfect and the drinks made for us were great. They were such great hosts that although we were left alone in our area, we still felt like they were attentive and ready to ask for anything we may have needed. They allowed us to watch the NCAA games in our section with our own projector, be in our own area and even allowed us to order and bring food from outside. These guys were personable, funny and great to talk to. They really far exceeded my expectations where I am STILL getting good praise from the groomsmen and groom for picking such an amazing place.The groomsmen and I have decided to try to make a monthly or quarterly meet up and right away thought of making it a needed pilgrimage to this place from here on out.I will recommend this place to all of my friends, as I had one of the best times and made some of the best memories, which the groom, the groomsmen and I (best man) will hold with us forever. Good selection of cigars. Fair prices. Quite busy on a Friday night. There was a DJ. Several sitting areas of various sizes. Some open, some semi-private, some quite private. Lots of hookahs. They also have a great selection of smoking accessories including: lighters, ashtrays, humidors, hookahs, etc. They are not BYOB, that is a bummer. But, there is a bar next door. Also, bringing in food was allowed.

A small and cozy hookah bar with music playing all night (till 2 mostly). Hookahs have a nice authentic flavor and the owners take care that you are served well. There is no option for food so dont go there on an empty stomach. The best part is they have a dance floor and a bar.

I stopped in this morning and I was impressed by the sweet smell of cigars in the air. Humidor was large and very well stocked with goodies and the owner was awesome made me feel welcome and showed me some great cigars. This is a great destination for cigar lovers and I will be back

Tony is the owner and is a FANTASTIC host. Hes there most nights and runs one of the BEST cigar/hookah lounges in town! If you like to smoke, you wont regret your visit.

Worth it!I have been smoking hookah for 11 years and been to almost thousands of hookah bars but this one was quite unique and clean. Hookah was excellent and customer service was marvelous.

Cool place to hang out and smoke a cigar. Great selection and decent Prices. Bar isnt great though, and there is a hookah bar in the back that turns into a loud club at night. Other than that its a cool place

The staff are always nice and friendly. Helpful and accommodating. I enjoy coming here for hookah as the lady who mixes them has a good knack for it. 😄

Excellent place to go to. Sports games to watch. Hookah to smoke, a well rounded amount of cigars that wont break your pockets. The hard part can be the parking. But do visit it at least once.

A home away from home

Came here earlier on a Thursday night. Wasnt too busy so we were served right away. The music was great, a mix of current electronic and hip hop. Recommended it to my friends looking for a hookah lounge for something more too offer.

Large selection of fine cigars. The lady at the register was very friendly and helpful. The smoking lounge was very comfortable.

My friends and I have been here mutiple times so the owners know us. The place is open til 2AM and plays music sometimes. It has a casual lounge vibe. Choices of flavors are decent. If you dont smoke, it is $10 to enter which is meh...

Went here with my friends expecting a normal hookah bar. We got in and it was basically a hookah CLUB. Music was great, good vibe, a lot of people and the actual hookah was great as well. I recommend this place.
