Clean yet a bit pricey. You pay for the convenience.

Horrible employees. The evening clerk treats every customer like a shop lifter. He has very poor people skills so I take my business elsewhere when I can otherwise Ill just suffer through his indignities for the few minutes that Im there. Fail!

On morning of 7/9/2021, the woman behind the counter is very rude. When I ask for a bag for my purchases, She left the bag, and told me to bag it myself. I go to this store almost every morning, and not be going there as long as she still working there.

Sign on door says closed, system down, cash only. Confirm they are actually open because door is unlocked. Turns out credit card machine is down, no big deal I have cash and Im buying a $1 coffee. Go to check out and charged $2.25 for a $1 coffee because the rewards system is apparently down as well even though they scan your card they wont adjust the price. As Im leaving girl behind the counter, who isnt even on the clock, says to next customer, if people would just listen to what I said.Oh well. They just lost a loyal customer over her attitude.

If I could rate this store a zero, I would.We are currently in the midst of a global pandemic. The state of Illinois requires that both employees and customers a mask in the store. I recently visited twice.The first time, the first clerk was not wearing a mask. The second clerk was wearing his mask on his chin which defeats the purpose of the mask. They also allowed two customers in the store without masks.The second time the clerk was not wearing a mask and was handling food.I wont go back. I do not want COVID-19 due to this stores lack required hygiene practices.

What you would expect from a 7-Eleven. Evening staff was a bit rude for my taste but seems everyone is a bit on edge lately =/.

This place tips you off. Signs say there is a sale price, but then charge you wrong. Twice now have said something about a sign for 2 for $4 on pop, with the signage up. First time I was told the sale ended, second I was told yeah 2 for $4, but was charge $4.98 plus tax. I asked about a receipt, but because I paid in cash it did not print out. Apparently it only prints out every 3 transactions when cash is used. I would not reccomend this store to anyone. Half the time the staff treat people like garbage too, ignore you when you walk up to pay, and then charge you more then posted prices.

Don’t go here if you have family that are a high risk. I’m appalled that the manager/owner and staff didn’t do anything about a customer NOT WEARING A MASK. My parents are a high risk and I go for them. NOT ME ANYMORE. Don’t go here.

Everytime I come in at night, the cashier is talks on his cellphone. Says nothing to the customer, rings up their purchase, while chatting away on the phone. When I said something, his response was that its late. When I said doesnt matter the hour, thats horrible customer service. His response... then dont shop here. Thats extremely poor customer service, yea I yelled at him, and Ill do it again in a heartbeat, pretty sure Ill have to since he ALWAYS treats customers with no respect.

I would never go to this place ever again. A fat white racist lady works here at night and she refused to serve us when we asked her to check us out and she was still busy talking to her other coworker. She yelled at us and was very disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I m gonna tell all my friends to avoid this place and go somewhere else where customers are welcomed.

Old mad tried to scam me lost a dollar but they lost a loyal customer rather go to target
