Best shop in town! In today’s day and age a honest shop can be hard to come by. 4n auto is honest and they provide great work for a fair price. If you’re unsure of where to take your car I strongly recommend 4N auto!

I am loyal customer, but as of late I have become extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. My vehicle has sat for over a month in the parking lot. Every week the response is Well call you by the end of the week. They closed for a whole weeks vacation and didnt have the decency to at least notify customers whose vehicles have been awaiting some kind update. The voicemail message stated Were on the line with another customer. Please call back. No notice was left on the door indicating they were closed. This is deplorable!

I am a resident of Villa Rica and I’ve always traveled to Hennessy of Buckhead- after getting an older vehicle serviced at Beavers Transmission I asked about service for my foreign cars and they referred me to 4 N auto sales a where I have enjoyed their service and pricing of service ever since.

I found 4 N Auto By word of mouth and I glad I went to see Mr. Mike for my Jaguar that needed the front rotate and rods replace as well as AC repair his prices was reasonable he did such a great job until I take my Range Rover there for services also. Ms.Dawn and Michelle customer service was very knowledgeable about everything that was going on with my vehicle I would definitely recommend my family and friends.

Michael is a great guy. He took great care of my car and for a fair price. He went the extra mile and took care of the tire pressure light that had been on since I put new tires on my car without me having to ask

4 N Auto Sales & Services has been doing work on my parents vehicle from time to time. My elderly father has gotten to a point where its a little more challenging for him to get around, which makes it difficult for him to get mobile to get his vehicle to the shop for service and/or regular maintenance. I called and spoke w/Richard - he (in my opinion) went ABOVE and BEYOND, driving over to my parents home, picking up their vehicle to take back to the shop to work on it. Great service - great company - great people. Id recommend Richard and his team to anyone in the area.

Mike and his team are some of the best people! 2 Years ago I bought my 2001 Volvo s40 not knowing all the things that were wrong with it. I saw Mike a lot in those two years, and everytime I had to bring my car in, he was kind and knowledgeable.He explained in detail what was wrong and how he fixed it, and what to be aware of. He always worked with my parents and I to get any and every service I needed at a fair price. When my car finally bit the dust, I saved up for a new car and the next time I saw him with my new car, he gave me a hug and told me how proud he was. Mike treats his loyal customers like family. Everyone here really cares about their customers, and will work with you the best they can to help you with all your car repairs. I do not and will not trust anyone else with my car, not for a repair or even a simple oil change. They are honestly the absolute best!

Michael Evanoff is the best. He has worked on our Volvos for well over 15 years. Hes always honest and fair. I would highly recommend him.

Price is directionally proportional to years of experience and Mike and his team have always stood behind their warranty work. 4 N Auto worked with me on a few occasions, where I sourced my own parts. I understood that I retain the quality risk, so make sure their OEM quality or higher. The top import mechanic shop between downtown Atlanta and Anniston AL.

Recently went and had the power steering pump and other associated parts replaced on my BMW 325i. After paying almost $1100 for Mike the owner to fix, my cars steering is still not working properly. I took my car back and left it for 3 days for him to take a look at it and resolve the issue. After trusiting his mechanical expertise, he now says the racking needs replaced and the power steering pump is bad. But besides feeling like Ive been shammed out of 2 weeks worth of pay, Mike was by far the rudest person I have every met, he said the nastiest things to me, he handled it in an extremely unprofessional manner. I have never been so insulted and threatened in my life. He told me he was doing me a favor not understanding from a business perspective, I BYPASSED 100S OF AUTO REPAIR SHOPS & CHOSE HIS SHOP - I PAID HIM FOR A SERVICE - I AM THE CUSTOMER! I would not recommend this shop, he charges way too much to not deliver the proper service or expertise and his customer service is non-existent. BEWARE.

My son purchased his 2002 passat their used.it has ran him for 2years.he piad 3,400.00 for the car.we had to take it for repairsand stay on top of things.then another man came in it got alitte tougher more exspensive to deal with.but majority times i liked it.they just deal with foreign cars my son makes peanuts.

Im a new customer so far so good. Im glad they are local too.
