I had to go out of town and work my wife and I these guys rotated my tires and they actually aligned our little car and it was a great place and good service and a reasonable price thanks guys

For a “Chain” place, this shop has a small town feel. Very friendly, but more importantly fast and reasonable. I never feel like I’m getting the run around coming here, just the services I need done at a decent price. Five stars.

Jimmy Ray at West End was awesome. They were clear what my issue was, aligned my SUV and then explained what they found. The mechanic that serviced my auto also came out and was personable. I left with documentation of what they did and I appreciated that, too!

Very good at what matters the most. Ive been there twice, once for a starter, and once for rotors and brakes.Pros: 1) Very kind in regards to payment, pickup, and drop-off. I have a packed schedule, and they make payment and pick-up very easy. 2) Reliable work using OE.3) Cost is at or below the market average for the general area.4) Accountability. They will not perform work that wasnt discussed without discussing it with you to make sure that the cost is OK.Cons: Just one. If you pay particular attention to parts or other aspects of repairs, forget it. They wouldnt use my rotors that were still in the box, and instead used a less reliable Carquest rotor. The rotor they used is fine, but this is caution without purpose, imo. I supplied OEM-fit, superior rotors that were still in the unopened package. Likewise, they werent able to get brakes Ive purchased across town twice and just didnt have time to put on. In fairness, its possible availability for these is still suffering given the pandemic.Theyre going to fix your car the way they want to fix it with the parts they want to use. There are circumstances where Id have to look elsewhere, given this. However, the vast majority of repair that I need is when my car is undrivable. 5 stars because theyre ultimately very good at providing basic repairs at a fair cost, without any of the nonsense or shoddy work found elsewhere.

Nice group of guys. Very honest and good about trying to find you the best deal on your tires. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because they didnt explain to me that because I bought a different brand of tire than the factory one I was replacing, it would cause my car to want to pull to the right. However, overall very pleased with them.

My grandmother and I brought my 2000 Ford Explorer in to get a thorough look over. The gentlemen here were very honest, gave us a fair price on the work that needed to be done, and only the work that needed to be done. They didnt try to upsell us on anything. They called and spoke with us for approval before each step of work on the vehicle. They were more concerned about the cars safety than with making a buck. Good people, quality service. Well absolutely be back!!!

They are not the lowest price in town, but they are trustworthy and friendly. I see the same two faces every time I go to the shop and I have always felt that they have my best interest in mind... that is important when dealing with an auto mechanic.

West End was referred to us by Autozonre, so we gave them a try. We had a bad experience with another mechanic who left our car in pieces. West End was attentive and friendly. They fixed our 350Z and got it up and running. Made us happy that the charge was no where near what the other mechanic tried to charge us.

Ill always take my cars here from now on, Nissan in Carrollton told me my car stopped working because of my power steering pump going bad and that it would cost $700 to fix! I didnt believe that, so I asked them to run a test on it. That same day, they said the codes pulled up the catalytic converter, and it would cost me $1,000. I was skeptical so I took it to Napa, and they told me the engine was bad and not even pulling up the catalytic converter! So I will always bring my cars to Napa from now on because they saved me a lot of money that I wouldve spent at Nissan or anywhere else! Thank you so much Napa in villa rica!

They charge me $304 to change one spark plug

Will not work on car....just let it sit with the hood up!!!!! Customer service was good in the morning by Afternoon an elderly man ( I could tell by his voice)complained about me calling about my vehicle.He said, yes you have been calling all day!....he also told me we have more things to do....I kept my composer and quickly got off the phone, called a tow truck and had my vehicle taken to another place of business....HOW RUDE FOR A BUSINESS!!!!!

This guy has a terrible attitude problem. I called to get an estimate on putting on a tensioner/tensioner pulley, idler pulley and the belt and this guy acted like giving me a rough estimate was impossible🤔🤔🤔🤔. He basically pushed me away as a new potential client. Horrible customer service skills!!!😫😫

Had change my post from my first vist here have been back 2 or 3 time after walkin in with a pleasant attuide the older man was not there the other male was it seem he was already mad about sumthing he wad real rude and careless with his words to me 4 no reason he never said sorry but the boss did .never will go back i have bad days at work never take it out on customers

Helped me out with looking at my Honda Accord, was having lagging problems with acceleration, and even though they couldnt find anything what they thought was related, they ran the diagnostics machine on it and gave me the code and reason,and sice they didnt think it was related didnt charge me the full diagnostics fee. Theyre a bit expensive but definitely good trustworthy people.

Flat out refuse to look at my car. First they give me a price over the phone with out looking at the car then stated they didnt have the man power to fix a job like that and the only person qualified is to busy.
