Ryan seems to be very knowledgeable with golf carts. So I was going to try them out. So I got a quote for everything to be done and scheduled a pick up time (between 11am-1pm). Well I have been waiting since 11am and here it is 4:05 pm and no call or show. So I called the shop and explain the issue and what I was getting done to the gentlemen that answered. (He seemed not to worried about it). So I cancelled the service and he said OK!! Just frustrating when you rearrange your work schedule and no call no show. I needed new batteries and a reducer installed on my cart. Not to mention that I have been speaking to Ryan for almost a week about this work to be done. Ryan wasnt the most and wasnt the cheapest on price. Middle of the road!!! Thats why I was going to choose Putt-N-Around. About $1,300 worth!! Guess Ryan and the crew didnt need the business!!Ryan I called your shop at 3:52 pm. And at 4:05pm I was writing the review. Putt-N-around decided to call me back at 5:07 pm. To tell me they forgot. So Ryan the review was already wrote before you even call me to apologize! So thats why in my review it doesnt say anything about a 75$ waived charge. I appreciate you calling and apologizing.

Extremely disappointed. Owner would not honor the quote I was given an hour later. I stopped by today on my way home from work. I was told the white golf cart was $1500. Went home, got my husband, borrowed the neighbors trailer and went back up there. Test drove it and was ready to buy. Then he told me the golf cart was $1850. The same golf cart less than 1 hour ago was $1500! Mis quoted or not, I believe in honoring your word. The owner apologized I was told the wrong price and would not go to the originally quoted $1500. This situation could all be avoided by writing prices on the window...or something. I felt it was shady for a business to change the price when I was came back prepared to buy less than an hour later.

Great place to get a custom cart I was sent to this cart shop by a friend of mine and I was impressed. I had them make me a lifted cart with a audio system TV and rims its the real deal. If you want a custom cart go to this place. Ask for Ryan !! He will take care of you.
