At the end of April 2021, I walked into sit and sleep. Although Darvin was busy with another customer he still greeted me and made me feel right at home. I was there to find a recliner to surprise my husband with. This was the 3rd store I had been in and I was very impressed with the ease and quality I was finding in recliners. I was very impressed with the customer service. Darvins brother and another associate loaded the recliner for me and as I was leaving I was sharing my story of the upheaval of medical situations my family is going through and how my husband had just had shoulder surgery. Im disabled myself which is obvious. This young mans stopped me and said mam, do you have anyone to help you get that in your house when you get home. I did but the fact that he bothered to care or ask meant a great deal to me. It wasnt in a way of hey we can make extra money by delivering but of concern! I guarantee sit and sleep will be the first place I go in future and I highly recommend them over anyone else in Vincennes IN. P.S. My husband absolutely loves his chair!!!

We had great customer service while we were there! It was a great family environment for us to bring our daughter couch shopping with us. The furniture is good quality and we have had no issues! The heat and massage setting on the power recliner is well worth the money! Thank you so much.

Just recently bought a bed from here. Darv definitely knows what he’s talking about. He goes above and beyond to make you happy. The bed is absolutely comfortable and honestly best sleep I’ve had in awhile!!

My wife and I really loved the selection at this store. Wed looked all over town for a new living room set and just couldnt find something we liked in our price range. Within a couple minutes of coming into Sit & Sleep, we found something we liked, and the great customer service sealed the deal. Great experience!
