Great place to get a game. Sad that most of the 7th gen games are gone, but the customer service is typically friendly. The biggest flaw (which occurs at other stores) is that they have empty boxes of products that they don’t have. I tried to buy a flight stick for an Xbox One to play Star Wars Squadrons, and when I brought the flight stick to the counter, they didnt have one. The whole reason I made the trip was for the flight stick, and they didnt have it.

I rarely leave reviews for anywhere I go, but this instance I felt needed to be recorded. I was at this store to browse, unaware it was PS5 release day, so there was a very short line outside. Upon my approach to the door, I noticed a sign saying max occupancy of 8 people, but there were only 5 people inside, 2 of which were customers. I opened the door to ask if I could come in, and was rudely told about their max occupancy of only 2 people on release day. I was not aware of this, and no one informed me while I was outside. The lady then had the audacity to repeat herself, as if I did not understand what she said, twice. Ive visited this store multiple times in the past without any issue, and mostly with pleasant interactions with the employees. This one instance will now keep me away from this location. In troubling times like this, I would expect better customer service. Im an understanding person and would have happily waited if I had been informed more politely, but I instead decided to walk away. Ill take my business to the internet.

Lots of games new and used. Extended hours and the occasional release party for highly anticipated titles. This is a gamers store. Its small as hell, but its kinda awesome. Im glad there is one in this town.

Janet, the store manager, is always very helpful. No matter what the age, question or concern she will always go out of her way to make sure that you are helped in any way she can. The staff are well informed and they are always willing to help. They are polite and well rounded in their knowledge.

Was looking for a game. The girl behind the counter was bragging about making a customer wait an hour for service why she played a game on her phone! Because she didnt like the womans attitude!

A while back, I bought a Nintendo Switch from here, and the manager(?) lady, got rude when I wouldnt buy the 20+ dollar add on items she was pushing on me. I understand that gamestop needs their employees to be aggressive when upselling to stay in business, but no means no.

People here are nice very helpful. Price on games is ok. Some trade in values are kinda low but its all about timeing. I took in like 20 of my super Nintendo games and got over 200 dollars. Had enough trade value to get upgraded to elite, got a Xbox one, and a new mic

Long drive from my home. Called first to find a specific game. Was told they have the item I was looking for but was not allowed to tell me how many they had in stock. Was very rude about it. Over priced, price mark ups on certain items that were sold out in the area.

Almost always have what I went there to get, and I usually just ask, they get it while I stand at register, pay, leave. Brilliant.

Went in today to get a headset and the one I wanted wasnt in stock so they were ginna order me one and send it to me and something went wrong and it wouldnt let them order it. So why is this a 5 star? Because they did me one better and they are getting one from another store and I can pick it up tomorrow! It went from being delivered on Tuesday to being delivered on Saturday. Thank you guys!!

Went at the end of may 2020 was informed they no longer accept cash dont know who made that decision but you lost a longtime customer.
