When a guy needs a chain saw, he heads to rural king. Didnt take long to figure out I needed a stihl. Jimmy Wells, one of their mechanics was who assisted me. Really good guy, friendly, prompt and knew his stuff. Helped get the saw registered for the warranty, and out the door I went. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I will be back for any future power equipment needs. Thanks Jimmy!!!

Stood back at their sporting goods counter and waited for one of the 4 staff that were standing at the other end to come and help. No help. I left. I could have butted in, but I usually wait to see if a place really wants my business or not. Dont judge all RKs by this one. I did find a large bag of French burnt peanuts tho, so not a total loss.

Love the fact that they are pet friendly we took our dog out for the day. Also found womens garden gloves much cheaper than anywhere else.

Found the best shirts ever, freedom seeds, and the kids were entertained as usual.

Love the store but it is in great disarray. Employees I spoke to did not know their department and actually told us they did not have product we were looking for and we found it ourselves! Felt as though they were very arrogant and didnt want to be bothered. Store is extremely hot and miserable to shop.

You can bring your dog. They are friendly and they have what you need. If the store was layed out more shopper friendly Id give it 5 and thats saying alot from me

I like the place because of there large inventory, and competitive prices.Large selection of hardware, work clothes, garden plants, garden supplies,, electrical, plumbing supplies.Only complaint I had was the staffs lack of knowledge of product, and inventory. And some of the employees were almost walking zombies.

All your country in farm needs you can find in this store. Theyre prices are unbeatable! Had a fantastic time visiting this store during Black Friday. They practiced social distancing and sanitize the registers after every customer. I bought t-shirts, candy, slingshot, belts, boots, toys, tractor supplies, and much much more! They also have live chickens and live roosters!! treat yourself to a great shopping experience and stop at Rural King!

Awesome staff, great selection of farm and home supplies everything from tools to pet food to clothing, always in and out cashiers are friendly and quick... prices are excellent typically 15 to 20 percent lower than other stores in the area for products of same quality and Quantity.... love this place... always find something I want.... love me some old fashioned candy, 1.00 a bag, raspberry, horehound, and sasafras this time...

The associates are super friendly, this store is a big Rural King.

When we were ready to check out all of the staff ignored us long enough that we were about to leave without buying anything and then they were rude when they were checking us out and to the people that came up behind us. This has never been an issue in the past but none of the staff that was in the store had any interest in assisting customers.

These people are awesome and funny too. They are also very helpful and most of them really know exactly what isle the product is in.

Love the store and the set up but the untrained staff always seem like they either really dont know where things are or just dont care.

Stir was a bit packed with not much space for a wheelchair. Girl at front was super friendly and helped my dad. They could invest in a couple motorized chair though. This is for all rural king not just this

Had good luck getting a parking space close,found exactly what I wanted and cashier was very friendly and competent.

Customer service is really bad. I asked for help getting something and putting it in my car and never got help I ended up hurting myself by lifting it myself.

Quality merchandise, great selection, low prices, great service and best of all...pets are allowed! Spacious so social distancing isnt a problem. I would have gave 5 stars but the hand sanitizers, at the door, odor made me sick to my stomach smelled like stagnated water

In the store on 3/26@ 6:50, lines of people and only 2 checkouts open. Finally opened a 3 one, this is ridiculous.

Staff were helpful and polite when I asked where specific items were! I also enjoy looking at their rabbits and chickens when available!

The dark headed lady at the service desk was so unbelievably rude. People like her don’t need to be in retail especially at a time like this. She assumed way to much and the first 3 letters of assume fit her to a T. Don’t treat everyone like a criminal lady. There are still good, honest, hard working people out there.

We have always preffered the Vincennes location to other Rural Kings. Everyone is always friendly&helpful. The store is always clean&well stocked. A month or so ago we were in there when my husbands sugar bottomed out. A nearby female employee overheard us&came to offer help. She even gave him a stick of gum from her pocket!(which did help!)

Made our selection and went to pay. There was only one check out person and the line was extremely long. We anticipated weather to even make the purchase, but decided to anyway. This was a mistake. The one item we purchased rang up differently than what was marked on the shelf. Of course the cashier knew nothing about that. We went back and checked it on the shelf and we were correct, we were overcharged. Makes you wonder how many times this actually happens and the customers don’t notice. We had to go back to the service desk and stand in line for an extremely long period of time before we could even get our money back. Changes of shopping here again are not too good.
