Gave a call on a Monday. John was able to come out same day for a diagnosis. He gave me a couple options for repairing my a/c which was on its last leg and struggling bad. I told him my choice, and we tried to schedule for later in the week but timing did not work out. He decided to come on Sunday morning at no extra charge and completed the installation. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about his job. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Absolutely unbelievable how awesome this company is!! They werent messing around when they chose the name FAST Air. They had the most incredible response time weve ever seen from an HVAC company! When everyone else was giving us lead times of a month or more or simply refusing to work on our AC, FAST Air had us an estimate and the work done within 2 days of us initially calling. Extremely professional, friendly, and prices you cant beat at all! 11/10 would recommend over and over!

I cant say enough about how wonderful this service was! I woke up on a Sunday morning and found our AC was out on a very hot day with highs already pushing 100 before noon. I thought about waiting until Monday to call a service provider to avoid weekend fees but it was getting unbearably hot and the reviews for this company were great so I gave it a shot and I was not disappointed. I called him at around 10:00 am, the man was super friendly and said hed be out around 1:30 and would give me a heads up ahead of time. He was at my house at 1:30 on the dot and had my ac back up and running in under 15 minutes. He replaced our capacitor, gave us some tips to keep it running better and his pricing was beyond fair. I am so delighted with this experience, I will absolutely call him again for any and all HVAC service I need in the future.

Repeated calls to Fast Air for AC service resulting with either being hung up on or no return call after leaving several voice messages.

John was very professional and Informative. Down to earth and very humble.

I called because my heat was not working and something was wrong with my gas. He informed me I could send him a picture of the gas meter to see if it was locked or not, in order to save me a service fee. They came within 30 minutes. He was very fast, friendly, mannered, and got the job done and fixed successfully. I recommend this company for anyone! Thank you!

The first time that I contacted Fastair and spoke with Jonathan I have been treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. My old air conditioning unit had finally given up the ghost and I had called around to check on pricing and when they could come and look at it I was given some way way way outrageous pricing and The old will get to it when we can speech. I called Fastair spoke with Jonathan ask him when he could come to look at the unit he said tomorrow around 1 o’clock then it occurred to me that Tomorrow was Sunday. I reminded him that the next day was Sunday and his reply was yes but I work when the people need me. Sure enough the next day Jonathan shows up on Sunday does a thorough inspection of my old unit shows me exactly what had gone wrong with the unit we talked about it the unit was about 14 years old we decided that the best possible thing to do would be replace it. The new unit installed and my electric bill that summer was over half of what my bill was the previous summer.Fastair has great products, great prices and great sevice I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Air conditioning ended up going out overnight and 85 degrees inside our house. Called after hours because of work and I got an answer right away. The man over the phone said that he gets calls like mine every year around this time and instead of dishing me the run around he talked me through what some of the issues might be. Ended up fixing my issue and the man did it for free over the phone. I will be recommending you to anyone that needs HVAC work done.

We couldnt be happier with the service! True to his companys name, Jon was the fastest to price the job, had the best price of the several we had come out, and then did a quality job installing both units. Then he reworked the longest of our old existing ducts at a very low cost on last-minute notice since the air flow was so poor. Now we know what nice cold AC feels like in this home! Thank you Jon!

Came out to investigate lack of heat, identified that the problem was with the gas supply. Since it was not a furnace issue, but a supply, he went ahead performed a visual inspection, some cleaning and waived the fees. Very honest. Will definitely use him for HVAC servicing in the Spring.
