Some of the worst customer service. Its nearly impossible to get anyone in the pharmacy to pick up the phone, the drive thru takes forever, and if you go in, all of the pharmacists stand around for at least 10 minutes before even considering to help you. Im switching pharmacies and never using this store again. Im incredibly disappointed, as Ive been using them for years. The service keeps getting worse and worse. At least I can actually get my prescriptions at Walmart in a timely manner.

People in the pharmacy are so rude! Told me to come back in 45 minutes to pick up my daughters medicine and then after i waited an hour and came back then decided to tell my husband they dont have it! Why didnt they say that in the first place! Then the blonde behind the counter decided it was a good idea to get an attitude with my husband!! Choosing a different pharmacy from now on just ridiculous! Only gave one star because i had to no stars for this poor service.
CVS always has the items I was looking for and needed, as I picked up my prescriptions.Great convenience items.

Ive always encountered friendly staff in Vincennes. Store is clean. Shelves are stocked and they always help me find my coupons with my CVS savings card.
This CVS store in Vincennes is terrible. The pharmacist was extremely rude to me and it took me 50 min to get 25 antibiotics. The guy in front of me must have been getting some kind of narcotics. She was extremely rude to him. She made him wait until I got my order filled. Then I could hear her telling him he had to wait 24 hrs to fill it because he had not been there before. And he asked something and all I could hear was her yelling Because I said so, thats why. No one deserves to be treated like that. It doesnt matter what they are taking or why. This happened on the evening of June 29th 2019.I will never go to that store again probably not even a CVS if I have a choice.
Went in today to pick up my sons medicine lindsey was in the phone with a customer and as soon as she hung up with said customer she started to bad mouth the customer. Very unprofessional and makes me wonder what they say about the the rest of the people who come in. Someone should tell her its her job to deal with the public and to treat people with respect. This isnt the first time I have had this experience. I have had to tell a few techs when they have gotten an attitude with my 72 year old mother because she gets confused. If you dont like working with people in the public maybe you should find another job.

Wish I could give zero stars cause their pharmacy’s services isn’t even worth one. The lady’s name was Sarah. She was very very rude for no apparent reason. She denied filling my fiancé’s medicine when we fill our children’s medicine there all the time. I do not suggest going there. It’s sad how one person can make the whole pharmacy look bad. Funny thing is, she’s just a pharm tech 😂😂😂😂

Sara Stevens has to get let go or be talked to ASAP. She is rude, mean and so awfully outspoken and doesn’t hold back any of her words that are rude. She has done this to me, my fiancé, mom, sister whole family damn near and friends. If something isn’t done, cooperate will be hearing from me.

When Corporate sides with the customer, thats saying something, AND Corporate HIGHLY recommends using it! You do not own this CVS Maam, nor do you have the right to reject the GoodRx discount just because you have personal issues you need dealt with ASAP, something I cant help you with! Go to the Samaritan Center and talk your issues out! Customers dont need your attiTUDE!
