The staff are very friendly and helpful. They explained everything they were doing and went over all the options available to me.

I have worn a hearing aid for nine years. My hearing has deteriated to the point of now needing a hearing aid for both ears. Robert Shepherd spent an hour with me explaining the nature of my loss and how Beltone could help me. He answered all my questions and even some I didnt know to ask. He took all the time with me I needed. He let me hear the difference the new pair of hearing aids would make and I was sold.
