Store is clean and organized. Sales staff was friendly ans even helped to load my new chest freezer into my car. Overall great experience.

Walked in to get a dryer. Wasnt looking for a brand new dryer and wanted a refurbished or used dryer as advertised. Both guys at the desk never even looked up to greet me. After walking around for a few minutes and only seeing dryers for $800 or more I asked the man at the desk where the used dryers were or if he had anything more affordable in the $400-500 range. He basically laughed at me and replied rudely No so I walked out and went down the street and bought a new dryer for $459.

Another retailer major delivered two damaged refrigerators to us, had no more in stock. They told us it would take a month to get that model. Called their biggest competitor, same story. Called Applicances Plus and spoke to Lou, who was great. He got it for us a hundred dollar less, than the other 2 big chains, undamaged and in 6 days. The service he gave via phone was outstanding.

My husband and I visited the store with a laundry list of appliances needed for our kitchen. We received excellent service and knowledge about the appliance products we need.

We stumbled across this appliance store by complete accident! What a WONDERFUL surprise!! The minute we walked in there was NO PRESSURE but TOTAL KNOWLEDGE of their sales and products. The store was laid out nicely and very clean. Our salesman Chuck was soooooo helpful and honest. Stayed and helped us through til the end. Our purchase was a Kitchen Aid Fridge purchased on Saturday and delivered on Monday BEFORE expected time!!! The delivery men were very professional, kind and never rushed the process. My experience with businesses in the town of Vineland is nothing but exceptional! They care about the consumer and have that small town charm that makes you happy your spending your money there where they invest in their community. Will be a customer for life.

We purchased a GE Front Load Washer and Dryer from here last Wednesday.They were delivered and installed on Monday. Chris was our salesman, very knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased close to $20K worth of high end appliances from Chuck, supposedly their top sales person. So far, our main refrigerator continues to leak, our microwave caught on fire and now our brand new speed queen washing machine leaked water which leaked thru our ceiling on Christmas Eve prior to a family party. Of which, we have it all on video. They send people out and give excuses like the fridge is too small for the space, even though we have them the dimensions and they delivered it to our house! Didn’t tell us it was too small until it started leaking. Our microwave, complete joke how they handled that. Had to go to GE to get it taken care of. Haven’t called about the washing machine yet, but it will be more of the same. We are planning on taking them to the better business bureau and reporting all the incidents. Also planning on blasting them on social media. DO NOT BE TRICKED....They could care less about the customers. Can’t imagine what they do to smaller customers!

The ONLY store where I will buy my appliances. They have a nice selection of both popular name brands and high end brands and they offer great deals. You can’t go wrong. They didn’t charge us for delivery and we are so pleased. We will be buying from them when we remodel our kitchen in the next month or so.

We could not be happier with Appliance Plus when purchasing our appliances for our new home. We had some issues with finding the right size refrigerator due to the space allotted, and Chris was a great help. The whole process from beginning to end was flawless. The delivery guys were also wonderful. Highly recommend Appliance Plus over the big box stores. The prices are great and the service cannot be beat.

I needed a new wall oven and had a hard to find, particular model in mind. I price shopped as far as Maryland for this unusual side door opening Frigidaire. Then, I saw Appliances Plus website and cold called the store. Their salesman, Sean, was amazing! He wasnt familiar with the model, but did some quick research and not only quoted me a price that was $75.00 lower than the lowest advertised price I had seen, but he said he could deliver it to my Mays Landing home the next day at no additional charge. The delivery men were excellent also. They arrived on time and were respectful of my home as they carefully brought this huge box through the house, even unpacking the oven to let me check for damage. Then they offered to remove my old oven although I was arranging my own installation. I am very impressed with this company and will be recommending them to family and friends. Excellent customer service and price.

The delivery guys are lazy to carry the appliances some are heavy some not. If you deserve a tip they need to have good actitud and smile. I m contractor remodeling kitchen, bathroom., etc . Sorry l know this is the store where my costumer purchase the appliances.

My grandparents have been customers here for years so when I purchased my new home and needed appliances i listened to there recommendations. After purchasing all brand new appliances, 3yrs in the dryer has broken, the microwave range has electrical issues, and of course they don’t care here. I recommend just shopping at Lowes or Home Depot atleast they offer a reasonable return and/or warranty policy. It’s sad business here isn’t what it used to be...

Mr. Venuto knowing that you are the owner of store I would expect better from you. Your claim that you purchased and paid for 6 ranges and made 6 deliveries to me are not really accurate. Let’s be truthful, you will return each of them at no expense to you to GE and as far as the delivery I paid for that as part of the original $4700.00 price tag. While I appreciate your apology it does not change the fact that I still have to be inconvenienced shopping for the stove elsewhere. As a person who use to be in sales I can understand a product being damaged. I cannot accept sales people telling me it is not their problem it is GE’s problem. That is incorrect, I was your customer and you sold me GE as the best. When I was in sales and something like this occurred I would have had the sales rep from that company on the phone making sure it was handled. Your store and your sales people did not step up.Will not shop here again!! My first kitchen appliances I purchased from them were great as well as the service so when it came time to replace them it was the first and only place we went. Big mistake...paid top price for the GE kitchen package. The stove came in damaged. It happens...but so did the next 5 for a total of 6. I lost time from work which equals money plus the stress. Was told they would check the stoves prior to delivering, that happened once. When I finally said enough I was basically told oh well its not our fault its GEs, return it which is what I did. You can tell the sales people do not work on commission. They did not care, didnt try to satisfy me as a customer. Clearly they charge premium $$ for dent and scratch items...the delivery person told me I now have the record the old one was three. STAY AWAY!!

The salesman was friendly and not pushy or uncomfortable at all. 3.5% sales tax, no delivery charge, with deals and discounts on most everything. How did I miss this place?
