The waiting room has a tele u can watch or u can see them work on your car thru the window behind the desk. It was quick and painless. My windows look great! Price was not bad AT ALL.I forgot my wallet (my appointment was early in the morning and i was rushing out) but that wasnt a problem. They offer Apple/Google Pay and Cash app/Venmo payments as well.

If you want quality TintMasters is legitimately the place to go. Got all windows but my front windshield done last year and I went back today to get my front windshield done. Saying I left smiling ear to ear is an understatement. Second to None.

Beware and steer clear of this company, if I could leave a negative star that would be too many. I was led to this company by the many positive reviews which I now fully believe were written by friends and family members and not a legit customer. I had an appointment on 5/21 to have my boat windows tinted with the appointment being made on 5/2. Called on 5/20 to confirm that it was still a go as I was taking a vacation day from work as the boat is located 2 hours from my home. Spoke to Gabe who said we were good and that he’d be there around 9am. At 9:02am 5/21 the day of my appointment I get a text from Gabe saying that UPS screwed up and that they didn’t have all the material, says he’s waiting on UPS to get there and that he’d be coming as soon as the material showed up and that I’d be updated on an ETA. 2 hours later at 11 am I call Gabe to get an update, 2 calls go unanswered with Gabe finally answering on the 3rd claiming to be on the phone with UPS. Gabe continues to blame UPS for not having material for a job he knew about 3 weeks in advance, and a job he said was good to go the day before when I placed the call to confirm our appointment. During that call Gabe says it looks like the material will arrive too late to keep our appointment that was made 3 weeks prior and and an appointment which required me to take off from work and travel 2 hours but says he will do everything he can to get there and that I will get further updates. Gabe then says worse case we will need to reschedule for Thursday or Friday and that he would upgrade the material for the inconvenience, mind you that I asked for the “best available material” when I made the appointment. Hours go by with multiple calls to Gabe going unanswered. To the writing of this review I have yet to hear back from this Assclown. If you are looking for customer service and professionalism go anywhere else but Tintmasters
