This is the best auto parts store. The people there are always helpful and unlike other part stores they actually have experience from working on vehicles. Also they are vary helpful if you need to figure out ways to get a job done as well as recommending other parts and chemicals that you might need for any job you may be doing. The best thing about this store is that if they cant get a part for you they usually will recommend a store that they trust that may carry or can get the part.

I would not come to this Napa ever again the customer reps dont even acknowledge you they are slow as molasses. Did not give me the right battery. The worst part is the time they are very slow!!!

This is the place to go for auto parts with a very knowledgeable staff. I can always trust that they will get the right part for your needs rather than the AutoZone or advanced auto places that staff their stores with people who have very little to no experience in the automotive industry. Great place to buy parts my condenser went bad in my Silverado and the new condenser did not come with washers. I called the chevy dealership they wanted 42.00 for 2 washers I called napa they cross referenced the part numbers said they had both instock for 6.52 I drove over to get them they had them waiting at the counter I did not even ask them to hold them they just did it.Great bunch of guys at this napa location in vineland NJ

The counter clerk was very rude. He asked for my phone number. When I declined to share it he very rudely said well then you dont have to have a discount. After the transaction was finished he didnt say anything to me he just turned away and called out to see if he could help anybody else but it wasnt even busy. He didnt say goodbye or thank you. I wont be going back. And if anybody asks Ill tell him to go someplace else.

The counter person in that place you can tell they are racist had problem today with a simple exchange they gave me a very hard time making me feel I did not know what I was talking about. I am a,master technician. But it was my race they made there own personal conclusion and am not the only one that had that problem

I shop here for most of my Bimmer needs. The stores staff are really polite, very friendly, kind and helpful people. Theyre very knowledgeable, you have a question they have the answer.I needed a new pair of wiper blades, I had gone to a few other auto part stores. I almost had to drive to my local BMW Dealership, because nobody exact fit wipers. I made one last stop at Nappa, well low and behold, Nappa had one set in stock. $78 for the set and popped them on my M550i xDrive and I was on my way.
