Recently visited GameStop for some nostalgia fuel. There was a respectable amount of games and merch in stock. I was very impressed with how amicable the staff was at the time of my visit.

Great staff who know how to have a conversation about products.

GameStop is one of my favorite places in the mall. Great costumer service, a great wide variety of games and consoles. They even have nice collectables that are always cool to look at. GaneStop has nearly everything youd need and or want. Games and collectables. You can get affordable consoles, controllers as well as accessories like headsets, grips for your controllers and more.

Hands down the best game stop because of the 2 managers Colin has gone out of his way to help me as well as my wife and kids get what we need. im a hugh Funko pop collector and they always help and get things done.

I just dont understand how GameStop is still in business in general. In todays age, you can get digital copies of games for the same price GameStop sells used discs at. So other than if youre purchasing hardware, youre never getting a deal. Even then, there is always more selection at a cheaper cost online. Additionally, its no secret that buy back policies are a complete joke. To top it off, Gamestop seems to care little about their employees knowledge of gaming. Thats not the employees fault at all. I understand people need jobs. You would think, though, with the online world slowly taking the industry over, GameStop corporate would maybe consider stressing that their employees have a knowledge of the gaming world. Otherwise, its just a game store where most consumers know as much or more about what they want than the employees, and chances are whatever theyre purchasing is overpriced and wont be valid for a reasonable buyback.

The stores a mess. They have boxes on the shelves for games they dont have. Its cramped in there. There is no rhyme or reason to the line. You dont know where it starts or stops. They nag you at check out. They want you to buy a pro membership, waste $3 on a warranty for your game.Id much more prefer to go anywhere other then GameStop, especially this one.

This gamestop is awful. The staff is rude (and WILL yell at you because they believe they have no repercussions to their actions). They will likely not have what you are looking for, and dont even bother trying to initiate a pick up in store for items from their website at this location because you WILL NOT get the item as they are TOO LAZY to get the item off the shelf for you. They dont know their own companys policies, or willfully ignore them. If youre being helped by Logan, you might as well give up while youre ahead because it will go nowhere unless youre one of his buddies.

Sale person named Juno was increditably helpful with helping us get the best deal we could thank you so much. Was a great experience.

All positive vibes in this place...I place...I purcahse a tone of video games from GameStop & I also traded & purchased used games that were all in excellent condition.

So I just went in and was told I was not allowed to trade in because the only employee that was working wasnt allowed to do trades due to local pawn shop law. Thats not gamestop fault and I understand that. What is their fault is the fact that they only have this one guy working. This close to Xmas, and inside of a busy mall, its not like they are an independent store in the middle of the woods. What is wrong with management at this store?
