The service is excellent here. The staff here is very knowledgeable. The person I mainly dealt with was Tim. His knowledge of the different phones and systems is great. I had my phone for almost 5 years and Im not up on the different phones and systems. He helped point me to the right phone that would be an easy transition. I found this store to be the best Verizon store in our area. Its small and personable. They listen and help you through all your concerns or problems. Timothy is one person who is very knowledgeable. He can talk me thru all my phone issues. His patience is one of the reason I deal with him. No question or concerns I have is ever looked down upon. This is the ONLY Verizon store I’ll go to, even though there are stores closer to me. The staff is super helpful and very hardworking; I have never been dissatisfied with any of their work! I have been going to Tim for years with all of my electronic needs and he is very friendly and has an answer to any question I could have! He’s always eager to help and never makes me feel stupid for asking what might seem like simple questions. Overall, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Always coming back!

To be frank, I am usually a skeptic when it comes to salesmen and sales in general. But the staff at this store were so friendly from the moment I stepped foot in the establishment. I was especially blown away by the one worker, Timothy. It wasn’t just his shear knowledge of all things technology, but his care and patience he had with me. He really helped me find the best product that fit my needs. I would definitely come back here again for any technology issues or purchases.

I dont usually write reviews but time after time this store (Tim, Steve, and Kate) continue to take such good care of me and my family. I went to Verizon yesterday (2/12) because my phone suddenly stopped working correctly. As soon as I walked in, Tim quickly acknowledged me and welcomed me to the store. Both he and Steve were knowledgeable and patient and worked to fix my phone but to no avail. I could not be without a phone as it is my business line so I was shown multiple phones and given the pros and cons of each. I chose my phone and they had me up and running before the end of my break. Thank you for saving the day yet again.

Tim was very helpful when helping fix my iPhone. He seemed to really like technology. He is very passionate about what he does. I would not go to anyone else for my technology issues. 5 stars for sure.

This store is one of the nicest verizon stores I have ever been to. It is clean and organized with amazing employees . I was helped by a sales associate named tim. I had brought in my moms phone, which was an older android, it had all of these random ads popping up on the screen when it was her home screen. Usually I would never take a phone problem to the verizon store to have fixed, I would just google a youtube video and fix it myself, but this problem was unsolvable alone. Tim new exactly what to do and was very nice the whole entire time.
