Visited this place while traveling and had issues with self checkout. I told the employee that my card wouldnt read at all, the machine kept giving me an error reading. The employee would not even look at the machine and just told me to keep trying it. I told her that I had other cards if for some reason it wasnt working because the error message seemed to say the machine itself was having issues. She told me to hit cancel and swipe over and over again until it went through. When I did this it finally said it went through and then the employee came back and told me my card didnt actually pay for it. I told them I wanted proof because the machine said my card was approved. They could not give me proof and told me to just pay again and if it charged me twice to bring the receipt back. I told them I was traveling and they told me it had 5o come back to that store anyway and just pay the receipt again. Overall it was a very frustrating experience. If the employee took the time to look at the machine I would not have had to go through it.

First off I have been going to Shoprite since I was a kid… when it use to be by the movie theater…so I always expect my shopping experience to be a good one..so many times lately I feel like most of the employees are rude… not just one department… I don’t understand how people say staff is friendly in these reviews.. I have never had one person say good morning or good afternoon when I shop at this store..don’t get me started in the meat department… attitude is as cold as the meat…even the big wigs walk right pass you especially if they see your looking for something… I been branching out shopping other places.. management needs to step up!

I love ShopRite .you find all the things you look for and more. Very convenience place hot food, flower shop, pharmacy. Bakery and dely. Love it. Visit ShopRite 👍

I have to say I am impressed with ShopRite. They had a new guy in the deli and he labeled pepperoni as London broil. Nothing against him, we all were new at a job at some point. I didnt notice but my wife did when I got home. It was about a $6 difference. My wife stopped in after work with the full thing of pepperoni in her freezer bag and they gave her a gift card in the full amount. I love the fact that Planet Fitness is right there so I can save my wife a trip here and there after I am done at the gym.

This ShopRite is one of the best ShopRites Ive seen. Its always clean the costumer service is great. They have a wide variety of produce. Everything is so well organized. My favorite part of this Shop Rite is the Asian market. I love being able to buy sushi here Its one of my favorite foods. The selection of meats is also another one of my favorite things here. I love the wide variety of differnt meats. Id recommend this ShopRite to anyone looking for great quality groceries.

Love this store it quiet and things are in there rightful places I get in and get out and its not crowded and the staff is helpful and friendly had two carts a store manger helped me to my car thanks wish I had got his name 🙂 its ok thanks It really made my day

Very clean well stocked wide selection of products that the millville store does not have, but I will say will have a lot that the Vineland store doesnt have. Staff is helpful and friendly there are a few employees who were not very forthcoming when I asked questions for stuff very clean and well upkept reasonable pricing as usual overall a great place to do grocery shopping

Everytime l go there to find a product they dont have lt not going there anymore .....

This store always has the sale items in stock. Its a pleasure to shop here. Staff is friendly and will gladly help you if you need it. Great place to shop!!!

Used to have a high opinion of this location, but ever since COVID, they changed to closing at 9pm and are VERY aggressive with getting all custumers out of the store by closing. Still true now (June 2021) even after the COVID restrictions have relaxed. Definitely prefer going to the E Landis or Millville ShopRites over this one.

I love this shop rite its very convenient to be able to find any kind of food or groceries I could ever want. Probably one of my favorite things in shop rite would have to be the cafe. I love all the food I can eat there and the sushi bar is a great place to go for decently priced sushi. I come there pretty often for sushi. It isnt the best but its pretty decent for cheap sushi. The Cheese section has a lot of great variety. Which I love because Im a cheese lover and all the variety of cheeses is a dream.

Very organized and diligent, given the current circumstances of the world. Great prices and inventory. Friendly, helpful employees.

I WAS IN SHOP RITE TO GRAB A BUFFET LUNCH AND WHEN I GOT HOME MY LUNCH WAS GONE.. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD TO REPLACE IT! ....... 7-09-2021..THE WOK IS GOOD TODAY..COOKED MEAT AND EGGROLLS ..

The supervisor that was closing the store was very rude. She yelled at customers that the store was closed and that they need to move to the front and spent the last 15 mins yelling about the store closing soon over the loud speaker. The store hours posted on the door say there open until 11 but they closed the store at 9. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Shop Rite and will go out of my way to go to the one on Lincoln Ave where the staff is friendly and very helpful. They also stick true to the hours posted on the door.

This Shoprite is organized and the lines dont wrap around the corners of the aisle! Its a clean and friendly environment. I would recommend this store for a quick grocery run.

Produce was in good shape, I love that I can get just half a pound of crab meat! The only thing is that like most places they have gotten slack with their mask enforcement, the employees had them on correctly but a lot of the customers didnt, I also work retail i know how annoying it is. All together the staff is friendly and the store is clean!

This is my favorite Shoprite store. Employees are always nice and helpful in every department I’ve interacted with. Shop from home is the absolute best-they’re always done way earlier than I’m expecting it which I love. They have also offered to help put my bags in my car which I feel is above and beyond. So glad this is my local Shoprite.

Pretty good, I usually like their meat, but often feel rushed there. They dont take wic checks the last hour which i find pretty bad..what if you cant go out later?! Been taking my business to the other local shoprite as theyre open later. Imo theres no reason to close at 9.

Dont visit this shoprite when there is an interim manager that doesnt know THIS STORES policies. There is a customer service person that is NOT customer service oriented. She doesnt even offer to get the manager when there is a discrepancy. I had to ask for over 10 minutes for her to call the manager. 1 instance- temp manager- both were wrong on policy. Got it fixed by calling corp. 2nd instance the reg manager was FINALLY called after 10 min of asking....and I was right- she was mistaken and hopefully learned to listen to customers requests.

Very crowded, With an over abundance of product choice, it is worth the volume of customers. Staff is quick to replenish whenever stock is running low. Great Cashiers that move the lines quickly and professionaly.

Its a BIG store with a lot of variety. Deli area offers hot food as well as a Chinese take out. Their second selection is wonderful, as is their meat dept. The produce section is enormous. They have a terrific variety of ethnic foods. There are usually lines for checkout despite having a lot of cashiers.

Great staff and easy to find what you need in this store. Love the self checkout. Thats definitely a plus.

Upper Deerfield location is better.

ShopRite is where youll find good specials with what to feed your family. And also some items to satisfy some cravings you may have. Great meat department. Some ethnic products in produce or canned goods. Conveniently located so as to do food shopping after doing your other purchases.

This is a good store. They always have a lot of stock of their sale items. There is always several cahiers working so the lines arent too long. The only complaint is how expensive the hot food bar is. $8.99 per pound. Simply outrageous for food that is made from packages and heated up.

Great selection of everything. Some great deals on non food items. American and Chinese Buffett are both very good. Some prices are much better than those discount stores.

Its too expensive

Been shopping at Vineland ShopRite my entire life. Eventhough I no longer live in Vineland, I travel 30 minutes each way just to continue shopping there. And where else do they have a cancan sale, exactly?.

I love the store and the produce is always fresh but there needs to be something done about the amount of people who are in the parking lot asking for money. Security in the parking lot would be nice. And for the love of god, why would you stock shelves on Sunday afternoon the busiest time. Makes getting around almost impossible.

Prices are exorbitant. Particularly for their own store brands. I only buy here what I cant get at Lidl, Aldi or any other store such as certain vitamins, grains and vegetables. I do shop occasionally at the liquor store. I dont like the bagging waste. Also the selection is too large in many cases which slows down the overall shopping time. Do I really need 20 different brands of pasta or cereal. I like getting the biggest bang for my buck and thats usually not at ShopRite and Im also not from Vineland so I dont have to make sure people see me shopping here.

This ShopRite store is super clean and well organized. Its very easy to find what you are looking for because the aisles are wide and spacious. I usually shop here once a week after reviewing their store circular. The cashiers are friendly and very knowledgeable about items in the store. So if you need anything, dont be afraid to ask someone or stop by the customer service desk.

This store is always clean and well maintained. Pharmacy staff is one of the best around. Store staff is always willing to offer help and are very knowledgeable about products and their location. Have never had a problem here with finding items that I want.

This is one of the better ShopRites. The location is good, the parking is pretty good, the building is clean and well kept. And once you are in the store the location of items makes sense and its always nice and organized. Things always seem stocked well and the selection on products is very good. I will go out of my way or drive a further distance to go to this ShopRite. Its my go to store.

Its Shoprite, but this one is well stocked and clean as a whistle. And usually it doesnt take long to check out either.
