Anyone that deals with service department or talks to AJ, make sure you dont pay until you have them break down you bill, every dollar. They are adding hidden charges to their bills... 2 stars bc they fixed my car... consumer affairs will be contacted after reading these other comments and seeing Im not alone

Made the trip from Northfield and it was worth it. They fixed my air conditioning and they also took care of a recall that I didnt even know about while they had it. And it was in the time frame that they gave me. Worth the trip.

On approximately 8-8-21 my 2008 Honda Odyssey purchased at Rossi Honda needed its ignition fully replaced because the key would not turn. Research online shows it should cost no more than 200$ parts and labor. 641.00 is what they charged to replace the ignition and new keys. On 8-16-2021 my 2008 Honda CR-V left me stranded because the ignition wouldn’t turn no matter how many times I turned the steering wheel. I had it towed to Rossi honda Vineland. They do the same exact ignition replacement as my Honda Odyssey accept they charged me 780$ for this job. So I went to the manager for sn explanation and suddenly he was able to “ help me out” and gave me the same price 641$ that they charged to replace my van ignition. Price gouge much??? I’ll NEVER buy another vehicle from them again! The mechanic didn’t even put the plastic steering covers back on. I had to do it!

Justin was patient, accommodating, and very thorough. He even introduced me to a representative in the service department, Luis Rosado, Jr., who assured me that he would be there with any service questions or needs I might have along the way. It wasn’t long before I was pulling out of the lot with my brand new Honda Pilot Elite! It was by far the easiest and most simple car buying experience of my life. Rossi Honda is great! I have been there twice in the last month with my 19 year old Honda Civic. I was able to schedule an oil change online (where I also found a coupon that made the cost of the service way cheaper than competitors prices) so I was able to choose a date and time that worked for me. More recently, I heard a noise that wasnt right coming from under the hood. I called them up and even though I couldnt get my car in that day, I was able to bring it in the next day. I called another mechanic that I thought would be less busy but he couldnt look at my car until next week! Rossi had my car ready that evening. I am always treated well when I go to Rossi Honda. They provide customers with a very comfortable seating area with TV, restrooms, and complimentary coffee and soft pretzels. I was informed on what needed to be done to my car and what were my options. I feel confident that my car is safe to drive and that I wont get stranded with my grandchildren when I take my car to Rossi Honda.

My experience with Jerry and Dan and the entire staff at Rossi Honda was by far the best experience Ive had purchasing a vehicle! I felt no pressure. No haggling. Everything was to the point. Extremely disappointed in this place. I took off from work to make a deal with Justin on a used 2019 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition with 37K+ miles on it. From the beginning, it was apparent that Justin and his manager were in it to line their pockets and cheat me out of my trade in. Justin even had the nerve to say were trying to work with you by them taking off $200 on a $34,449 vehicle! Thats laughable and insulting. Sadly, they fit the steroetype of a car dealership--and even worse, they obviously have no problem trying to take advantage of people during a pandemic just to line their own pockets. I highly recommend that you find a better, more honest and trustworthy dealership to do business with.

Talk about honesty people! I took my car to Rossi Honda for service and I had lost a big chunk of money a year ago but while the technician was replacing the air and cabin filters he found the envelope and he handed it back to me with all the money there! People, Ross Honda in Vineland is a place to go for all your car needs. We need to deal with people with integrity and honesty.

Car came out great.

My husband purchased a new car here last year and the purchase process was good. We decided to also get the Hondacare extended to cover the car and were supposed to get free oil changes included, etc. But now every time my husband brings the car in for an oil change, they try to upsell other services, every single time they are trying to make a few hundred dollars on us. The car is only a year old and thank goodness has no issues so its clear to us they are just trying to make money on us every time we go in. Yesterday afternoon he was supposed to have an oil change, they asked to keep the car overnight so I had to run and pick him up. They called this morning to approve work that wasnt necessary, my husband at first said yes, then a few minutes later called them back to decline and was told the work had been done the night before. They also tried to charge for the free oil change. When he picked up the car they didnt really do anything to reduce the charges so its feeling more and more like a scam every time he goes in. There is no need to do an alignment on a one year old car that has has shown no problems - check the alignment, maybe but... Last time it was something else that they recommend... come on, the car has all kinds of alerts when things are needed. Now we got home, there are a few items on the paperwork that are in the red section, noting Requires immediate attention that were never discussed. My husband calls them and they basically tell him its nothing to worry about. Here we thought we were building a relationship with our local dealer to help us take care of our new car and they are just trying to take advantage of a good customer. They should be ashamed. Be careful!

Rossi is not pushy or hurried. Their reputation for quality drives the business.I live a good distance away now, but I make the trip specifically to use their service department. My wife previously used a different Honda service nearer to us, but they didnt always fix the problems and I convinced her we needed to stick with Rossi. They never do a thing without your permission and never try to convince you to get unnecessary work for their own gain. Its pleasant and quick every single time.

I have taken my car here for services since we moved here two years ago. I feel that the service department at Rossi has always be honest and fair. Recently I took my car in because I had noticed it making a noise. The repairs needed were worth more than value of my car. They contacted me before proceeding with repairs and were understanding when I chose not to have it repaired. Because we were in a pinch, the sales team jumped right in to help.They listened to my concerns and helped me to find a car that would fit within my budget and didnt push us to get something pricier. Eli walked us through every step of every process never misleading us and was very honest while discussing options. He never pressured or tried to steer me in any direction. I came knowing exactly what I wanted, he understood that and worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I came to get! He even recommended a local buisness for us to grab lunch while we waited for the final paperwork and car to be detailed. Finance team was very helpful and took their time with us. We had called before arriving and were told they had plenty of Odysseys to test drive. We get there and are informed they have parked them nose to nose (maybe for the snow that may be coming, but it isnt currently snowing) and since we were only there to test drive and not buy, could we come back next week. Rude, totally rude, went there twice to purchase a new vehicle once in 2015 and again recently, the first time I walked in I had to reach out for a salesperson when it should be the other way around, now it was summer and I was dressed in flip flops shorts, and a beat up favorite tee, I said I wanted to look at the Accords, and the salesman pointed and said “ there out there” really? Never walked with us gave no info about the cars or any deals going on, so I looked and when finished could not find the salesperson, so I went to a competitor down the street and within 2 hours I was in a new vehicle! Just recently walked in, again and after awkwardly standing around was approached and I asked about a lease deal going on, was given a rediculous amount required down and I said ok, that’s a bit out of my range thank you and have a good day, never a counter off, nothing, again I was in the lot for quite awhile and not one salesman approached me, funny thing is I bought a Honda Accord from Jim Brooks, who ironically is the best salesman I’ve ever come across that I had for 14 years! Thanks Rossi Honda I took my business elsewhere!
