I needed a new windshield on my rental truck before I had to turn it in. I usually use my insurance when I rent a car, but with my deductible being so high and experiencing a crack in the windshield that would cost less than the deductible, I will from this point on add on their insurance. But that is a topic for another review.I went in to ask for the windshield, the lady at the front desk came out and assessed the windshield and told me that I would be able to come in the next day to have it replaced! Nice!The next day, I arrived when they opened at 8am. Another lady at the counter informed me that the windshield would be arriving at 9:30am. No problem for me since they could fit me in the schedule the next day. It was about 2 hours after that when they were finished. All of the ladies that work behind the desk were professional.If you need any auto glass work done, come here instead of the other place where you know the jingle. The service will be quicker and prices cheaper.

I’d like to say I’m a pretty understanding person but after a unnecessary few trips to auto glass now I’d say it’d be pretty normal to become a bit impatient and irritated. I am satisfied with the windshield replacement but I don’t plan on returning even if I need warranty work. I’ll just come out of pocket elsewhere. Attention to detail goes a very long way. Especially when I bring my car in clean inside and out. Then when I get in my car to leave I have to wipe my seats out before sitting down and pick up pieces of glass, plastic and adhesive. The ladies behind the front desk do a great job managing the high call volume and customers in and out of the building. I’m not looking to be compensated or anything just making sure people slow down a bit. The little details go a very long way when it comes to customer service.

Thought I needed to replace my back glass on an old car. The technician advised against replacement since the newer glasses dont come with the trim /gasket which I was afraid had dry rotted and would cause a leak. He checked and said the glass wasnt loose! What an honest place! I would HIGHLY recommend this business that has great integrity! So thankful for his honesty! They were more interested in doing the right thing than making money at my expense!

I was very happy to get in and out from my appointment relatively quick. The staff was helpful and everything was great... However its that price that was the biggest wow factor.

Had my windshield replaced, and it took less than an hour.Due to the glass shortage it may take a while for them to get the window you need (in my experience a few days, but other vehicles may take longer), but when they say they can do it at a given time, they mean that time. My car was taken into the bay exactly when my appointment was scheduled.Unfortunately, you really only notice the quality of your windshield replacement if it is bad: your new windshield working just like the factory-installed one isnt something you notice, it leaking is something you will. So places like this dont get much positive feedback.I have not had any problems with their work and do not expect any, and look forward to completely forgetting it was done.

Called to ask a few questions about getting a windshield removal and whoever the female was that answered the phone was rude as hell. Trying to cut you off as you speak like I was bothering her when its her job to listen to the customer. Then hung up the phone when she didnt like what I said. If you dont like tour job then you should remove yourself. There are plenty of happy people that would love to answer the phones for a PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. They wont get our business now nor in the future

The gentleman who came out was unbelievably sweet and communicated well. (Working from home ) he cleaned up and advised me to get new wipers before I scratch the my windshield. The company saved me a solid $200 safe lite wanted to charge a good $300 plus dollars for them to do it that didnt include install or disposal fee for an 04 jeep. Nothing fancy. I have recommended the services to quite a few of my friends for their wonderful services and prices

Had an appointment at 1:00. They literally didnt pull my car in until 2:53. When I asked Why would someone set up an appointment for 1:00 p.m. if you werent even going to look at my car until 3:00 p.m. and caught an attitude by the three employees there. They seemed like I was bothering them. No apology no sense of urgency. If you have something to do with your day or in a time crunch or want your time respected this is not the place for you. Will never go back here again.

Worst service ever. They lied to my face about calling me back 3 different times. They also lied about being able to do repair. A total waste of time. When I called to complain, they hung up on ME ! Don’t bother with these people, especially with Jenny or her manager.

Auto glass wont make you disappointed. I have replaced twice at this place for my windshield window and rear door window. All mechanics are great! Highly recommend for everybody! 😀

Very unprofessional office staff. Had my windshield replaced today. Did not receive a call to say they were coming they just gave us a window from 9-5 to sit and wait. The guy showed up at 1:30 and was finished within a hour. I was about to give him my card for payment but he said to call the payment in. I go to put my baby to sleep and fall asleep myself. Within two hours I have multiple calls from this company demanding payment and threatening to remove the windshield. I call them as soon as we awake with the payment and speak with Lindsay. She said she has had customers not pay for their windshields. I bet that happens especially when your company doesn’t use Square or collect payment at time of service! I don’t know what company treats you as a criminal because of their own faults and expects a customer to return or give a good review. Would not recommend or use again because of the unprofessional office staff.

All I can say is, WOW! Courteous front desk team, polite & quick repair team (Total time from parking to leaving was about 1hr). A pleasurable & gratefully inexpensive experience. I would DEFINITELY recommemd Auto Glass Now to ANYONE.

Price was good, service good. Costumer service Horrible. Called ordered glass on a Monday. It got sent to the wrong location when I was supposed to come in Tuesday. Thank God I called to see if it arrived or I would have wasted the gas to go there. Wendesday it arrives I show up it was the wrong glass. Thursday finally got the glass installed. Worst part of it all is that I missed approximately 4 hours of overtime at my day job.

Went on a Wednesday was told my vehicle would be done, that same day to only be next told we can order the part then it will be here the next day. Come back the next day once I called about my part to find out its still not there, call the next day its end to find out they ordered the wrong part. Over the weekend my window falls down from where they taped it and they are closed on weekends lets just say it took over a week and poor communication. To get a job done that I was paying full price for

I called this company day before about getting my window replaced they scheduled me and I explained I had to go out of town and the next day was the only day i could do it. They called me the next day and said they could not do it because the glass went to the Hampton location, so i was willing to drive to Hampton, so the women called and she said they cant do it today and the driver is headed to Richmond. They seemed not to care, but that is OK. I called another glass company and they did it and they couldnt understand why they could not do it or they didnt want to.If the delivery driver screwed up they are responsible if they want business.

Great experience with this place. I called around 12pm to get a quote, which was very reasonably priced (about $170 after taxes for a front windshield replacement on a 2011 GMC Sierra 2500 truck). They were able to fit me in at 2:30pm the same day. Once I showed up, it only took about an hour and a half from start to finish, and that was woth multiple other people waiting.The receptionists at the front desk were friendly, courteous and helpful. The work appeared smooth and high quality. If I ever (unfortunately) need another replacement, I wouldnt hesitate to come back.

They came to my house and installed faulty glass. i had to go to their shop so they could confirm it was faulty and then i had to go back so they could reinstall a new front glass when i initially paid an extra fee to have them come to my house which was not refunded for me having to waste my time at their shop. i sat there for 2 hours from 9-11 even though my appointment was at 9 and they didn’t take my car in until 9:45. they broke a clip on the weather strip on my windshield and claimed it was like that. bottom line is that i WILL NOT go back to OR recommend them ever. i would rather pay the extra money for a reputable company like satellite.

All the mechanics and the staff were AWESOME! Definitely would recommend their services over Safe Lite or Basinger Auto glass repair. I have one more car windshield to replace and I definitely be back!!

Last week I called and scheduled an appointment to get my windshield replaced at 2 today and I arrive on time and sit down and by 3:30 I was still waiting around with my car still in the parking lot where I left it. When i asked how long it would take, they told me it would be another half an hour at least before they could get to my car as there were people ahead of me in the queue and the repair would take around half an hour to an hour. I ended up leaving before my repair could be done as I had other things I had to do that day. I called later to find out why they didnt honor my appointment and they told me that they dont actually make appointments at all, its just first come first served based on when you arrive. Here I thought Id be in and out within an hour, but if I had stayed it would have been at least 4 or 4:30 before they even considered taking my car in next. Im sure their work is fine but if you plan on coming here make sure you clear your schedule first.

They repaired two windshield nicks on my car. The office staff were very courteous. Even though they were rather busy, the repair only took 45 minutes. The location is easy to find, but there is a lack of parking space.First impressions mean a lot: the office interior and customer service area are a bit grubby. The office staff could have been more professionally dressed.Still, the work they did on my windshield was great and it didnt take long for them to do it. I would definitely recommend them.

First off I would like to say:WOW. I called on 23Aug2018. They quoted me the best price for replacing my windshield. They even said that they would price match if I found any place cheaper. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I got an afternoon appointment the next day for 2pm. I arrived a little bit early at around 140pm. The man was very welcoming and had great customer service. Got me checked in and said that it would take about an hour or an hour and a half. By 207pm, my car was already done. I was shocked! I paid my exact quotes price ($150 to replace my windshield that had none of the extra sensor features). I am amazed by this company and their customer service. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will return again in the future if I ever have to!

I have not encountered better car service then here ! Their customer service over the phone was great ! Made the appointment on Saturday to fix my back windshield in less than 5 minutes with an exact price for payment, hassle free. (Monte was great!) I arrive on Monday with my car ready, signed one sheet of paper with no hassle. UNDER AN HOUR my glass was completely reinstalled (I kid you not my whole glass was gone from the back) cleaned all the glass in the trunk and I can’t tell you how happy I was with the service. I would 100% recommended this place to anyone in need of glass repair!!! Would definitely come back for any of my glass repair needs!!

Replaced my windshield replaced same morning for more than half of what the big name place quoted me. You are not going to get a fancy lounge to wait in or anything like that, but all I wanted was my windshield replaced for a good price. Plus they got it done quick to boot.

I went to get my rear window replaced as it was smashed out. I let know what day and time was best and they were very polite and curtious. Customer service was amazing aswell. My window was done in about an hour. Let also let me know how long it would be before i could drive again.

Best experience Ive had getting anything done to my car. Polite, professional, and quick. They did my windshield replacement for $40 to $70 less than any of the other glass shops in the area. I only sat for about 20 minutes before they pulled my car back. The windshield was replaced and car was ready to go within an hour. On top of that, they did NOT make a mess in my car, or improperly reattach my rear view mirror like Binswanger did. I will go here for any auto glass needs from now on.

Fast, reliable, and best prices Ive seen around the area. One minor issue I experienced was when I picked up my 2002 GMC Sierra my rear view mirror, which has a digital compass, wasnt working. Being pressed for time I called them and had told them about the issue. They said they would take a look at the issue and fix it and that it would be covered under their warranty. Personally I dont have time to drop off my vehicle for someone else to do the repairs so I simply looked at it myself. one of the wires had been cut, most likely when they were using their razors to cut through the seal to pull off the old windshield. Took me on my own about 5 minutes to fix but it was comforting to know the shop had me covered had it been something more.

Needed to have the back glass of my truck replaced. Long story short.... 2 different glasses were ordered none of them fit. Instead of sending me on my way and making excuses for why the glass wouldn’t fit. Mike called around to savage yards to find an exact match to my vehicle. The glass was brought in and installed.... and looked better than it looked prior to me needing the window repaired. I appreciate the customer service from management all the way to their installers. It’s hard to find good customer service out here so when I have a great experience. I don’t mind taking the time out to share!

Called once I realized replacing the glass on my side mirror was harder than I thought. The lady asked for year, make, and model, and said I could come in right now. That didn’t work for my schedule so I told her tomorrow at 8am and we agreed. I get there, check in, sit down. The only glass they had was too big for my car. So they weren’t able to fix anything. For one, they should’ve asked for a VIN number since they know it’s different parts for the same car. Waste of time. But customer service was great.

Staff is helpful, answering all my questions. Prices are fair and the installer was great, especially as I have a huge speaker box in the back. He managed to replace the rear side glass without it having to be removed. They really know what it means by customer service and doing the job right. Great place. Highly recommend it.

Super slow, Ive seen there mobile service replace multiple windshields on various models of cars and they all averaged 30 minutes to an hour. This day at their facility I was there for three hours and that was with an appointment. The quote does not include tax, but I was informed of that buy I was not informed of their service charge until payment was rendered. Service charge may have only been 9 dollars but if you come expecting to pay one price and get another......after the work was completed, no matter what the fee is that could be a real problem. A little unprofessional in my opinion. Other than that the car was kept Kleenex during the process and the windshield look great. Tighten up guys you seemed to perform better as glassmasters.

First off, let me say you get what you pay for and I should have never taken my car there but they were recommended. I took my car to BMW to get some repairs done and they discovered water in an area that water shouldnt have been, thats when they noticed the windshield was installed improperly and told me to take my car back to where I had the windshield installed so they could fix the problem and I could get the repairs I needed at BMW. Well I didnt have my receipt for one it was a while ago and i moved but you would expect them to have your information on file. But of course they didnt because it wouldnt benefit them to. I had to pay 85.00 for them to diagnose where the leak was coming from. They discovered that whoever put the windshield in did not put the strip underneath the windshield to stop rain/water from coming through, but because I didnt have my receipt I would have to pay the price of a whole new windshield for them to correct the problem. If they didnt do the job in the first place why would I want to take my car up there for THEM to repair it??? They arent an elite windshield company. I should have read the reviews before I went there and stayed with the dealership!!!! They focus too much on tryingto get the customers in there and not KEEPING them!!! They call people trying to get them to buy a windshield and when they tell them theyve found a better deal they think theyre lying. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there and I would NEVER go back. The only shining star and the reason I even gave 1 star was for the Technician who worked on my car who tried to fix the gap as best he could without me being charged for a whole new windshield. He should be working at a dealership, where they treat their customers like royalty. Again, you get what you pay for!!!!
