Ordered furniture almost 4 months ago, only received the couch. Called constantly to get updates about our order and received nothing. No info whatsoever. Decided to wait it out because they said 12 weeks would be the max wait time. We waited, 12 weeks passed we called and nothing( when they would actually answer the phone!). No help they still magically don’t have our bed set. Been waiting to get help with the full king size bedroom set and have received zero help. Won’t answer the phone, was referred to Kathy she doesn’t answer her phone, tried speaking to someone above her they don’t answer their phone and no one ever calls back. I would never use grand again, or recommend them to anyone ever. Horrible customer service I’m not sure how its possible they are still in business, DO NOT USE THEM. I’m about to ask for a full refund and return the few things I did receive. If I could actually get someone to help with that. Would give negative stars if possible. Beyond tired of dealing with them.

I have been waiting 5 MONTHS for my couch when it is guaranteed in 90 days. Communication is horrible. I was told my couch would be delivered yesterday and it was canceled. I took off work to be there for the delivery. I have been told it will be delivered today and haven’t received a call. I have been waiting around all day to receive a call for when my couch will come today... nothing. If you are looking for quick business, communication and professionalism... do not go here. I have been very patient but this has been the last straw for me. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience purchasing our adjustableTempur-Pedic bed and another bed for our daughter as well. Matt Stein was incredibly informative, patient and resourceful during the ENTIRE process from store entry to item delivery. He answered every question with professionalism, experience and genuine sincerity. A truly wonderful shopping and purchasing experience. Thank you to Matt and everyone who assisted us. If I could give 0 stars I would. When we first got our new furniture we set up a payment plan, and it was interest free. When we had to get our old furniture replaced, it was suppose to be free, but instead they charged us for those items. And then added all the interest to my newer items. And they randomly take your money on days you were not scheduled to pay. And we are now with no money at all because grand furniture has taken all of our money and is holding it for 90 days and we have called and called and called, nobody has answered us. And nobody will call us back so we can get this issue resolved. I am over this company. DO NOT BUY FROM GRAND FURNITURE!! it seems great at first but they WILL screw you over in the end!

Our salesman was extremely nice . We have a small issue with our sofa . The team on the other end of the phone . Very very unprofessional. We are getting another delivery. We were told a certain date but they never gave us a time. I called for time and they told me no clue. Save your money and go somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed in my service

I came in ready to buy a couch. As I walk in there was no greeting, or any type of service. Just the workers all on there phones at there computer desk. I said ok to my family, lets continue on and look at what they have. We seen a set that we liked, price seemed reasonable. So I go and shout Can we get some service? And once again they all just sitting in there chairs with no reaction. So guess what, we left. Wont ever go to Grand Furniture again. Theres absolutely no customer service. Its absolutely disgusting seeing how people that work at there job but dont work. Whomever the manager is I would highly recommend new employees. Thank you for showing any respect to your customers.

By far the worst Furniture store I’ve ever purchased from. Furniture quality is very poor for the price! My couch barely made it a year and I didn’t get any customer service after spending close to 4grand. I do not recommend this store unless you like cheaply made furniture and a headache. The finance department is also the most disrespectful set of young ladies I have ever met!

Sales lady was amazing at first but for the delivery the first half the sectional was broke but only found this out because the last delivery the delivery guy put the sectional together and noticed the first half was broke. He took pictures and emailed them to the company. I’ve had my sectional for a year now and my sectional was not fixed. Grand Furniture claims they never received anything regarding my sectional.Long story short I called every month and they refused to repair my couch. New broken couch and all I wanted was it repaired.Grand Furniture is the worst and regret ever going there.

Overall bad experience. Dont let them summarize the contract when going over it or feel rushed when reading it because they will leave out important details like: a 20% cancellation fee, and that it could take 90 days or more to receive furniture. Ive also had issues with being on hold and not getting the information about when the furniture would be in unless I drive to the store. Now I have to get the mattress set without the bed rails and headboard or loose $336 deposit to cancel my order because all of the issues.

If I could give less than one star I would our sales guy was OK however he lied about the final cost of the couch and loveseat when we went to grand furniture we were told that if we bought the couch for full price we would get the love seat for free it was some special that they were doing we were told that the final cost of the couch was about $1700 we had put down $850 financed the other half waited 3 weeks for it to get delivered upon delivery it was damaged the delivery people were notified pictures were taken and we were told somebody would contact us waited called nothing went to the store cars are payment was due and they said that they needed pictures email that the delivery people did not send in the pictures that they took got the email address email the pictures was told to call Wednesday would know something when i called Wednesday waited 20 minutes on the phone just to be passed through to a voicemail called again got somebody very rude and told me somebody will call me tomorrow about my furniture to see if they would even repair it or replace it I bought the 5 year warranty on this furniture Im at the point where I want my money back strongly recommend not buying from grain furniture

Its ok. They have a lot of off brand stuff that is not of good quality for expensive prices. There are a few fair deal, but they are far and between. They did have a couple of nice wireless mice for $7.

Sales people were great. Problem with delivery people. Claim wasnt scheduled for delivery but yet they called to say it wasnt being delivered. Doesnt return calls. When they do call back its not the correct phone number they call. So tempted to cancel order completely.

The couch we ordered is lovely so far and the customer service wasnt bad. That being said, it took over a month and a half for our couch to be delivered to us and the delivery men were extremely unprofessional. Our sales person lied and told us it would be just 2 weeks and we didnt have to make a payment until 30 days after we got our couch delivered. We ended up having to make a monthly payment for a month when we didnt even have the couch yet and then another monthly payment after having it for only 2 weeks. Absolutely will never buy from Grand again.

If You are looking for furniture drive directly past Grand Furniture. It doesnt make a difference which location you go to they are all scammers. They are nice to you until you sign the contract. Management is rude not customer friendly. Beware its like walking into the Lying Dean. Yes I said Lying dean because they will lie to get you to purchase something but once you sign the contact different ball game. And dont even thing about buy the warranty because they are worthless. I give them an negative 1. Again run, speed past this store right over to another furniture store.

Im very disappointed in Grand furniture. I ordered furniture July 2,2020 and here it is October 13, 2020. And thats all I hear is because of COVID 19 thats why its slow. I was given an estimate it will be here the beginning of August then middle of August then the beginning of September. Im only getting told this to keep my mouth shut. The only thing they said oh we will wave the delivery fee. Everytime I asked how to get intouch with the general manager they skip to something else. Im wondering does the general manager know how long customers are waiting? And we keep getting the run around instead of just saying they are not sure.

I bought a bed for my sister. I was told it was $1465.38 @ 29% interest. Now that the bed has been delivered, I find out theyve also charged me finance charge of $548.34.Thats highway robbery. They only pointed out the facts I knew and I had them corrected. Because they had tried to change the amount of the bed to over $1900. But I had kept the card with the quote and came back within the sale time. So instead they shifted it so I would not be aware of it.This is not a car where I have to pay for paperwork, tags and title. This nonsense is fraud. You need to beware of their practices.

My entire Grand furniture experience has been a complete nightmare. I have never in my life had to write a review for a business before, but I have to inform others what this establishment has put me through. I went to Grand Furniture on May 3rd to purchase a bedroom suit. I walked in, the first thing the salesman tells me is “let me show you everything we have in stock right now”. He shows me 3 bedrooms sets, everything else is out of stock. I purchased one of the sets, and paid for it cash, outright. He later calls me and tells me the dresser was damaged & won’t arrive with the rest of the furniture set. He stated it should arrive a week or 2 after the set is delivered. It is now July 1st & I have yet to receive my dresser. 2 weeks past by, I go back up to Grand (May 12th) to purchase a living room set & dining set (I just bought my first home, so my house was completely empty.) I also came up to the store to find out the status of my dresser, since NO ONE, I mean no one returns calls at the store! I had to leave a voicemail numerous times. Very poor communication & it is very hard to get in contact with anyone! I paid for the living room set and the dining set in cash, because again, the salesman (a different one) is only showing me items they have in stock. I decided to give Grand the benefit of the doubt because the sales reps makes everything sound so good & promising. I know that’s their job. I understand they’re trying to make a sale but they need to be honest with their customers. All of my living room furniture didn’t arrive until weeks later, at different times. Very frustrating. I had to rearrange my work & life schedule too many times just for the delivery. I’ve called so many times in regards to my dining room set. My experience with their customer service alone was terrible. Poor phone etiquette skills! It is so hard to understand the voicemails because the employee in the credit office has poor annunciation of her words. She left a message that was so unclear, she had me dialing the wrong call back number! The voicemail translator couldn’t even understand what she was saying. She speaks so fast like like doesn’t care about what she’s saying, as if she just wants to cross my name off of the call list. No one is on the same page when it comes to this company & their merchandise . So many employees from this company tell me so many different things. No one knows what is going on, I’m constantly misinformed. I get a call from the delivery office, to confirm a delivery. I get a call 2 hours later from the store telling me items that won’t be delivered, after they just told me they were! they always say “I’m not sure why they told you that”. I have been told that very line at LEAST 5 times from different people. I’ve called to speak to the manager but I’m always told he’s busy with a customer and he will call back but he never does! When the items are dropped off at my house, the deliver man ( I know it’s know their fault ) is always telling me there’s an item missing! They have made 3 separate drop off’s for ONE living room set!! One day, they left a note on my door saying they tried to drop off an item and I wasn’t home. They also said they called me! I was expecting a few things to be delivered, (although there was no confirmation sent about the delivery) like my dresser and my dinette set, so the note wasn’t a surprise. I had not heard one knock on the door or gotten one phone call. I was awake during the time the note states it was placed on the door. Nevertheless, I called the number on the delivery note. The woman on the phone told me it was a mistake & that nothing was expected to come for me. She then insulted me by telling me “well, do you owe on your furniture? maybe they were coming to collect items you haven’t been paying on!” I TOLD HER NO BECAUSE I PAID FOR EVERYTHING IN CASH AND I HAVE NO FURNITURE!!!

We found a black leather swivel barrel chair we liked. We’d already ordered a chair similar from Haynes, but Lorenzo informed us that this chair was almost $200 less than what we were going to be paying through at Haynes. Once he told us that the chair was IN STOCK and available to pick up (today), we cancelled the order we had through Haynes and made the purchase with Grand. Fast forward to today when we go to pick it up at the warehouse and they bring out a gray ottoman - not a black leather swivel chair. When the warehouse worker looked at the receipt, they see that the order was put in for an ottoman. Lorenzo has plugged the incorrect item into the system and ordered an ottoman instead of the swivel chair we were sitting in and requesting to purchase.We needed this chair TODAY because of a large family gathering we’re having and it’s absolutely FRUSTRATING that both Lorenzo and Heinz gave us the incorrect information and put the order in incorrectly. Turns out the chair was NOT $200 less than Haynes’ chair - in fact it was over $1000. They offered to try to sell the floor model for $500, but the one at Haynes was $500 and TWICE the size. Had we known this WE WOULDNT HAVE CANCELLED OUR ORDER WITH HAYNES. Management did little to rectify the company’s mistake and tried to blame us for not noticing the word “ottoman” on the receipt. We don’t know what the chair is called! We just know we were sitting in the chair we wanted and were purchasing that chair. Future customers beware. Grand won’t be apologetic for their mistakes and will do little to nothing to rectify the situation and won’t offer much in lieu of the inconvenience they’ve caused. Terrible customer service. I recommend shopping at Haynes - they’ll at least try to make up for their company’s mistakes if they make one.

I do not recommend this place at all. I bought a dining set last november (two days before thanksgiving and I picked them from the warehouse myself) and I am still missing parts. First I was told it may be delayed due to the holidays. I called again and I was told they have my orders. Great new!! For three(3) month and counting I still havent received my parts. Who is the next in the command I can talk to beside customer service? Im very disappointed for this unrealistic business because I paid off my bill and dont expect to be playing games like this. The lady (Miss Penny) who helped me at the front desk was super nice by the way.Purchase date: November 26, 2019.

We just received the three piece set (sofa, love seat, recliner). We are very happy with the delivery people. The store called when they said they would. The delivery personnel arrived on time and took great care moving our furniture in and setting it up correctly. We will update the review once we have had the furniture for a few months and see how it performs. Overall, we are happy with Grand furniture so far.

Theyll send you to court in the blink of an eye. Then once you have paid for that cheaply made furniture, they still call talking about you have a balance. Keep all of your receipts. Oh they will also put a lien on your bank account if you miss a payment... I was out done. Id rather go to a thrift store and buy furniture then to buy from them.

I got my furniture in February and it totaled 4971.00 after financing to pay off 7575.00 what the ...30 percent finance charge. Geeze and I have a800 credit score. I decided to pay it off all at once finally July 3rd. at a total spent around 5500.00 after 5 months in financing.salesman named sparky was great. Very friendly not pushy and was very knowledgeable about all the furniture. The only thing negative really was the amount they are charging people for finance. Which is the most important.. And the delivery was very quick, and professional, on time and nothing will wrong.Ill be updating as now that its paid off I have a stain on couch and will be contacting the warranty department and will inform on how that goes.

Ordered on March 8th and still haven’t received the entire couch. Sparky -ours sales associate- stated it would be to us by Friday the 13th. But for sure would call us Monday, March 9th to confirm. Didn’t hear from him. We called him several times and had to leave several voicemails, with no return phone call. When we were able to speak with a manager they said only part of the couch was ready and would we like it delivered separately -the part that was ready on the 20th and the other on the 25th or 26th. We received it March 20th. We have been calling -still can’t reach Sparky- and we had to speak to the assistant store manager on the 25th. He stated the piece we were missing still wasn’t at the warehouse and should be there on the 26th. I asked would we get it that day. No, if it comes in on the 26th then we will get it the following Monday as all their delivery trucks were full until then. But because of the waiting and the situation with Sparky, the delivery fee would be waived. Oh great because Sparky told us it was free delivery already so yet another lie. We still have not heard anything. Have no clue what is going on or when we will get the last piece of our couch. I asked the assistant store manager to please make this a priority and communicate. He assured me he would. Obviously he hasn’t. Our experience is that they are there to make a sale and then done!

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing furniture. I purchased a Signature Collection Living Room Set. Placed my deposit and my order 2 weeks ago. I get a phone call this weekend with exciting news, my furniture is finally in. So I made arrangements to rent a pick up truck so I can get my furniture to my home at a sooner date, they wouldnt be able to deliver until the following week. Get there and see the furniture I purchased was dramatically discounted.... SO Instead of complaining, I decided to purchase an additional chair to contribute to set. Since this was done a new contract was made..... And boy oh boy did Angelo in Accounting messed up bad. He lost a good customer and tarnished the credibility of Grand Furniture. He decided go back and forth with paying customer regarding a $97 passed due payment that the cashier, consultant or I was never aware of. The day I originally purchased this Signature Collection I made a payment on my account. FULL PAYMENT. Then after that, purchase the set with FULL DEPOSIT. Now, after all these transactions, why was it never mentioned that there is still at $97 payment due on the account. GRAND FURNITURE ACCOUNTING IS NOT BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE for the mistakes.

Very unprofessional!!! This will be my last time renting from them. If you call and have an issue with your furniture they will not return your call. Look at their reply to reviews, they never try to resolve the issue. My name changed a couple of years back. I log into my account to make a payment and it has my old name. I emailed a message through the website to ask them to change it, no reply. I legally changed my name, a judge signed off on it. I have gone in the store to tell them, left vms, no one calls back. I asked for them to use my PO Box, but they keep mailing things to my home. They were supposed to come out and fix something for me that was not secured properly. I was told they would call me the day of service and inform me of the time someone was coming. They never called between 8-9AM! I had to leave out that day and I come back and a notice is on my door. It said they came out, but they never told me when. Those days of staying home all day and waiting are over! They did not uphold what they told me. I called and a lady apologized, she placed me on a long hold. She came back saying he could come out 3 days later. I tell her Im upset about several issues, she put me on hold and hung up. I guess her leaving at 4PM was more important than helping a customer. She never bothered to call me back. My next move is the BBB and let them resolve. Im glad I pay with my debit card, because my bank statements will prove all my payments made and when. With so many places now where you can get furniture, I will try someone else next time. Their furniture is not the best quality. You go into to the showroom and feel like running from the salesman. I regret I went back to them. Lesson learned.

Below is Grand Furnitures blanket response to the damage on my furniture. However, they will only look at pictures! they refuse to actually have someone come to my house and look at the actual damage which will show the tears are the product of inferior materials and cheap manufacturing. PLUS they dont even acknowledge the facts that we were lied to during the sales process when we were told the materials were 100% leather when its clearly thin cheap man made materials or the fact we were lied to during the sales process when they stated the warranty will cover any damages regardless of the cause or circumstances. they would rather go to court and battle it out than do the right thing by their customers. She also told me if I buy the extended 5 year warranty that will cover me no matter what for years to come. I bought the set and the warranty. Less than 30 days later both the couch and loveseat started coming apart in the corners. Stitches and fabric both tearing. It was not leather at all but a very thin and cheap man made material. When I contacted Grand about the damage their response was we don’t cover damage that may or may not have been caused by your dog. First of all I sent them pictures showing the damage and in no way could the location of the tears be caused by an animal clawing or digging, secondly not only did the sale associate literally say the warranty even covers pet damage but there is no mention at all in the paperwork I received that day that has any pet stipulations. Grand Furniture told me sorry about your luck. You still owe us over $2000 for torn furniture. But they did offer me a $200 gift certificate. I don’t recommend anyone to shop with Grand Furniture. The products are cheap and poorly made but what’s worse is they don’t stand behind their products at all and actually lie to your face to get you to buy them.Like ShareResponse from the owner 11 hours agoAfter reviewing your photos the damage was not caused by a manufacturer defect. Level of professionalism as far as organization in the customer service department is low. I returned to the furniture store at least three times in one day to finalize my furniture order. I was not informed during my initial transaction to bring certain documents. Therefore, each time I went to the store that day to take a document, they realized something else was necessary to complete my transaction.

I waited over 4 months for a chest dresser. I really like my furniture I got from there, and the sales people are nice, but my sales person obviously didnt understand what I said I wanted to order and didnt put my chest dresser in the order. I got the rest of my stuff really fast, but it took almost 5 months and SEVERAL visits back to the store before I FINALLY got my dresser. It was not a very pleasant experience.

My first experience with Grand Furniture was not a good one. They walk around stalking you like prey. They are constantly calling if you do not buy. Once you do buy, for the love of everything good, please do not miss a payment. The furniture I purchased was beautiful and I was happy with it, the price at the time was ok not something to write home about. Buy at your own risk.

I would give them a Minus 5 Stars if I could!!!! Bought a bunk bed set in March 2017, in August the top fell apart while my sons friend was laying up there. Thank God my 4 year old wasnt below. So, I file a claim and the insurance company tells us that they wont have parts to fix it until November. So, at the end of November, I call the store and they say we can come out next week. And they do. But, all the parts are wrong. The repairman then tells us that he thinks the whole bed will need replaced. Give the office a call. The office says, sorry we dont make those parts anymore, you can get another one of OUR beds. (The rest are cheap or easily damageable, which is why we chose the one we did in the first place.) So, today we go in and they tell us the same thing and that our only option is to pick another bed from them. Keep in mind, when we bought the bed, we paid extra for the warrant and insurance. The manager had the audacity to tell me that $800 is not that much money. To which I replied, how do you know what $800 means to my family? By this point, I was pretty pissed and got the number who is supposed to be their Customer Satisfaction top dog. So, I call her and leave a message. She calls me back and just says all the same things. Choose another one, No refund, etc. She also said that they dont make this bed anymore. I dont know who theyare because with about 10 seconds on the Internet, I found it for sale at more than 8 stores, to include Wal-Mart, and Bed Bath and Beyond. And some places for up to $300 less mind you. I actually didnt want a refund. I just wanted my bed to be fixed and for them to fix it. But, if they cant fix it, refund it. All I am saying.

This place is horrible dont do any type of payment plans cause they will screw you over 16c years now they have been pursuing me about 1200 dollar furniture that I paid 500 for initially but now they say after garnishing my checks for 5 years that I owe them 5000 dollars lol.... If anybody has been done wrong by them try and contact me we can get a class action case against

We just moved to the area and had been looking for the right furniture for our apartment for over a week. After being to so many stores we felt like we were never going to find what we were looking for. Once we stopped here the sales rep. was very inviting and did not follow us around the store like a vulture. We found what we were looking for and ever thing was smooth sailing from there. The only hick up we had was the our couch was back ordered and we had to wait an extra week for it. We were informed a head of time however.Both the delivery teams were very nice and put everything were we wanted it.

Salesperson Ed Madden get 5 stars. Grand furniture gets 3.5. My salesman was friendly and patient. Even called me when my couch came in stock. Because of him I will be back. Couch is exactly what I wanted. Looks great in my house.That was 3 years ago and now I need a new bedroom suite. I went to GF and said, what the heck I asked for Ed Madden. Wow he is still there. He helped me fine the perfect one. Thanks for dealing with all my pickiness. Thanks for getting me a great disconnect. Youre the best!!!!

I bought a couch before moving to Texas. The sales manager knew I was moving and talked me in to buying the extra warranty because it would take care of me out of state. With in a month of having the couch the frame broke and the stitching on the seat is coming a part.I was then informed the warranty wouldn’t cover me cause I am outta of state. If I wanted coverage I would have to return the couch to Virginia. I am a government contractor, for Air Force.I just moved here to cover their contract here. I can’t just drive a couch from TX to VA, especially since the couch has been discontinued.I bought the couch 6/25/2015 for $1213.31 The Sales manager that sold it to me name was Woody. I paid an extra $ 99.99 for the warranty through Grand Furnitures warranty company Montag. I filed a claim with them on 08/2015 Claim a few days later, a man came out to fix the couch. He fixed one board in the head rest that was broken but was unable to fix the frame. Said he would need to order the part.09/28/ 2015 I got a letter in the mail from Montage saying they have been trying to get a hold of me. My phone shows zero missed calls. Any way I called them back 09/29/2015 and spoke with Jen in the discontinued department. She (Jen) told me they couldn’t fix the couch unless I brought it back to VA. Since I can’t do that they would refunded me $79 what they say I paid for insurance.I called Grand Furniture to let them know what was going on. I was told I still need to make all payments, to bad so sad they can’t help, but let me transfer you to woody(sales Manager) so he can explain to you. I got transferred to his voice mail and have called back several times today but just get transferred to his voice mail over and over again. I left one message for him to call me ASAP .The Only reason I bought this couch before I left was because of the sales tactics used by the sales manager Woody, telling me that the warranty would cover me out of state. If I would have known that I had no coverage or limited coverage out of state I would of never paid extra for the warranty or bought the couch.

This business is a scam. If you finance anything from them they will black mail and freeze your account due to unpaid costs and such. Yes everything was paid on time except about $86 they wont tell you about till they take you to court and/freeze your accout. Something that was $1,200 costed over $3000. I could probably easily say over $4000. Just go elsewhere

Got a deal on a living room set in 2014. 2 months later two springs had pop and they sent over a maintenance guy to fix the problem. Now in 2016, I have 3 popped springs and a broken wooden part. I had a maintenance guy come to fix it and he said it cant be fixed. The warranty group said my couches have been discontinued. I live in Florida now so theres no way to take it back. To have 2 broken couches within 2 years is unacceptable! I do not recommend this place at all. Its cheap and for a good reason.
